I recently visited the Sleep Number store in Studio City, CA, and I was very impressed with the Sleep Professional, David A. He provided an exceptional customer experience during my visit. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted warmly and attended to promptly. His product knowledge was impressive, as he was able to answer ALLLL of my questions about the various mattress models and features with ease.During the consultation process, David took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, asking thoughtful questions and making helpful suggestions based on my feedback. He was patient and attentive throughout the entire process, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.One aspect of his service that stood out was his ability to explain the science behind Sleep Numbers adjustable mattresses. He demonstrated how each side of the bed can be customized to individual preferences using the SleepIQ technology, allowing for optimal comfort and support for each person. This level of detail helped me feel confident in my decision-making process and ensured that I left the store with a mattress that truly meets my needs.Overall, I would highly recommend David, the Sleep Professional at Sleep Number in Studio City, CA for anyone in need of a new mattress or looking for exceptional customer service. We had such an amazing experience at the Sherman Oaks Sleep Number (unlike the Sleep Number location at a mall near the El Segundo area. Awful experience there; don’t go!). We met with Damian at the Sherman Oaks location and he made our experience such an awesome one, we ended buying a king Sleep Number! 🙌🏽The engineering of a Sleep Number bed is beyond impressive! The breakdown of the details that Damian explained, helped us understand how beneficial a Sleep Number was for us! We walked into the store wondering if we wanted to purchase a Sleep Number...we walked out of the store buying a Sleep Number. Lol! We can’t thank our friend enough for referring us to Damian. AND DAMIAN, THANK YOU for all of your help!I not only recommend a Sleep Number bed, I also recommend you visit with Damian and decide from there what’s best for your future of sleep! 🛌 💤 We can’t wait to sleep in our bed!Our sleep numbers? 35 & 40! The sales person that helped us out in the store was very nice. This review is for the product and customer service after our purchase. We have had nothing but problems with the $3300 adjustable base. Its non-refundable even though it doesnt and has never worked. From the moment we got it weve had nothing but problems. Today was the second time we had technicians over to fix it. It still doesnt work and its still within in the 100-day trial period. The technicians were surprised that weve had the mattress and base for such a short amount of time considering the issues we are having. Its clearly a lemon and customer service says were stuck with it. We will never purchase anything from Sleep Number again.

This Sleep Number’s got our number. Really incredible store and service.Ben, the Store Manager, indulged our last-minute pre-closing rush in and helped us find the pillows we needed while graciously delaying his return home (to later, we found out- wives and kids!).The products are, as you know, incredible. The ability to try them out, the expertise of Ben, and his generousness in helping us out were incredible. Our only regret is we weren’t there to buy a mattress…yet! Do yourself a favor and check out Sleep Number - they’re number with us is high!

Damien made it so fun. Gave me discounts I was not aware of in addition to excellent money saving suggestions. I have not received my bed because they are all made to order. The low pressure highly informative sales approach is very much appreciated.

Annemarie & Damian were both so wonderful and helpful to us when we visited the Sherman Oaks store. We spent a couple of hours in the store going back and forth between two beds and asking tons of questions. They were both so helpful, and never pushy at all! We felt zero pressure to buy, (even though we did!) Overall the experience was wonderful, can’t recommend it enough, and we can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive!

First off, Michelle from the Sherman Oaks location is the sweetest, coolest, most professional sales woman I have ever met and she made my bed purchase experience memorable and so fun! She definitely knows her knowledge of every bed and even predicted me and my boyfriends exact sleep number! We are beyond excited to receive our new bed and are very thankful for our experience at Sleep Number Sherman Oaks. Thanks again Michelle!

Terrible product & equally terrible business. Slept on a SN mattress at a B&B this summer and, beyond its slow and noisy action, I have rested on inflatable pool toys as good. It made me grateful that I had not sunk money into their hideously overpriced products. I also had subsequent first hand experience with the customer service delivery people. When my neighbor wisely returned his SN product, the driver blocked our shared driveway and refused to move. That was before I watched him drag that $$$$ mattress through a dirty driveway and throw it in the back of his truck.Guess he doesnt think much of SN, either.
