Their digisign product does not even offer very very basic feature of saving recipients or contacts or import contacts. I complained to support and ask for refund but refused

I am a Real Estate Agent and I have access to SkySlope through my TRREB membership. I absolutely love the platform! It has reduced the time that I spend assembling the documents and forms that I use frequently. It is straight forward and easy to use with little to no learning curve. Cheers!

We were forced into using Skyslope by our States Association. We tried to make it work well for our team and but the product is garbage. There are three different components to their suite Digi Sign, Forms and Skyslope. None of these integrate with each other seamlessly and the product support is a constant struggle.Skyslope certainly didnt work for our team and it seams to me theyve acquired three separate software platforms and are trying to make them talk to each other. Dotloop is what what our team uses now and it seamlessly integrates with our automations and brokerage software.

Brokers: find another service. They have deceiving sales practices. I was told signup was a 12 month commitment then month to month. Well into my 2nd year, I attempted to cancel but was told I am unable to being that renewal term is actually 12 months - not monthly (even though payments are made monthly). So now Im stuck paying for an expensive service that i will not use. I highly suggest looking at other options.

It is impossible to change your skyslope email if you are a real estate agent. My skyslope account is now unusable and skyslope did not offer to help at all. They will just take your money and leave you with an unusable account

Update: Jan 12, 2024SkySlope has taken my suggestions and made it easier to use but still lacking a couple of features that I wish they can add.Be able to delete a page from a documentSave signature blocksOld Review:Limited functionally which makes it hard to use.Cannot delete a page from a documentCannot download a fillable formCannot save signature blocksCannot save contactsCannot delete a file for good, it can only be archived

First time using SKYTC, and it was a great experience. I do not think I took full advantage of all the services offered. Plan to use them on my next transaction now that I am a little more familiar with the services offered.

Customer service setup sucked I paid for a full year never used it. Then they started billing me per month I asked to be refunded for the last month when they charged me. Sorry we cant do that was the answer . I wouldnt recommend them at all. Very poor transaction software, do not recommended. Their support team is terrible. What the advertised has nothing to do with how the program works. Fundamentals from real estate like legal description, sellers names, counties, do not auto populate, documents mapped incorrectly. It is an absolute disaster.Wastes of money.

I had a very bad experience with Skyslope. I called and asked about Transaction coordinator services for leases mainly but I do need sales also. I gave Elizabeth the details which is very easy. I mean anyone can fill out a couple boxes. Some things were wrong but I was on vacation so I sent more emails than usual. The next lease details I sent was when Elizabeth was on vacation. It was a trainwreck. It was simply put put 6 percent late fee and nothing was checked on the lease. The rent cap document wasnt marked. It was a complete nightmare. I just ended up doing it. The people called me and said lets do this together and I told her what to fill out on the phone. I went to car documents and it was never marked!! Horrible experience.

My real estate company switched to Skyslope about 6 months ago. My agents found their transaction management platform to be difficult to use and not very intuitive. Because I had received numerous complaints about Skyslope, I was very concerned about loosing agents. Consequently, I decided to cancel my account. They refused to refund the money for the balance of the year. I would not recommend Skyslope to anyone looking to keep or recruit agents.

So many issues with this platform. Unfortunately it is clear that most of the programmers have never represented a client with a real estate listing or purchase. Been offering feedback for years but see zero results.

SkySlopes management, is short-sighted, deceptive, defensive and just all around horrible... Not to mention they made stupid mistakes on a daily basis.All the new 5 star SkySlopes reviews you find on the web were written by management! SkySlope management is so dishonest that they changed their yelps name to Sacramento TransactionsThere are not reasons to stay at this place. Luckily I left when I could, but I feel bad for those still stuck at this place since a lot of them are good people. The company sells the idea of working at a fun environment and contributing to a growing market. However, the environment is not fun, its completely stressful and be expected to lie through your teeth to customers. Yes, we have 24/7 service, yes, we are fixing that bug, and I tried giving you a call earlier, but you werent free, but Im glad we connected now are just a few of the many, many lies you will say, or youll hear other people say. As a support, activation, or sales person, youre expected to work multiple hours outside of work, supporting a platform that has tons and tons of bugs, and have a smile the entire time.Fix your buggy site before adding new features, which adds to the bug list. Pay your employees more than $10/hr if you want them to stay (your ads say competitive rate - far from it!). We get that YOU love to work outside of work, but your employees need a work/life balance. Youre loud and everyone, even the people on the phone that are being talked to, can hear you, its annoying to both them and us.

Our broker purchased Skyslope for our company early this year (2016). I used it for the first time just shortly after, to complete an entire transaction while vacationing in Hawaii. It was an easy learning curve and has revolutionized my file-keeping system. I literally can work from anywhere. I cannot say enough great things about the features, color coding, transaction/email log and especially the file splitting and digi-sign features. If I could give it lower I would. Dont get caught up in there auto extending contracts. Thats what companies with inferior products do to keep customers. Dont waste your money

BEWARE!! We signed with SkyTC and were required to sign with sky Slope (12 mth) When Sky TC was a complete disaster at their own admission and after waiting 90 days to go live. We fired SkyTC but now were stuck in a SKySLope contract that they will not release us from. Were not touching the system but uaving to pay anyway. They found a way to get money out of us. Dont let them mislead you. We were told they knew Missouri forms and again after several months the TC admitted that no one there was familiar. Delays, delays, delays when we needed their help the most. Ask for a trial period. Other reviews here say the same. Be 100% sure BEFORE you sign because they will not let you out if its not a good fit. We fell for the lies of SKyTC and now were stuck with SkySlope.

I am totally comfortable giving my clients their phone number & saying if its the least bit confusing, just call Skyslope. They will walk you thru it. And they do - graciously.
