Great customer service, family owned Wi-Fi. I live out in the country and don’t have problems with the wifi lacking at all. Had to switch to Skyhi because AT&T sucks when it comes to high speed.

Never have any issues with our service. We are in an area where almost no one gets good service but ours is great! Recently, something was off and the wifi wasn’t working. I called and let them know and they made sure the issue was fixed. I was definitely expecting to have to wait for a technician to be able to come out but they fixed it right away.

Skyhi top notch and highly recommend in this area! Mark always quick to respond and fix problems unlike when we had cal net horrible all around !!

Great service great product. Each interaction with everyone in your the company from installation, billing, and IT has been as though Im speaking a friend or neighbor who is an expert in their career. I’m using my internet exclusively and do not have any delays or interruptions.

The internet quality provided is definitely lacking in a price/mb department. During most of the day the internet is definitely slower than desirable, struggling to even load a HD video on YouTube without buffering sometimes. If you want to play video games, it can definitely be frustrating, with frequent ping spikes. However, for an older individual who just wants to watch YouTube, take care of emails, and stream Netflix once in a while, its certainly adequate.The internet is so inconsistent that using a personal hotspot from my phone gives me better ping than SkiHi does, which is blasphemous in my opinion.However, the customer service cant be beat. Theyre genuinely nice, professional, and caring people. They also provide extremely prompt service to take care of any serious issues like an antenna malfunction. Top notch customer service, but the quality of the internet service itself, is definitely on the slower end unless you pay $70+ a month.

Great costumer service and the internet is by far the fastest for foothill areas between Lincoln and Auburn. Highly recommend them!
