I have an insurance policy through this agency for my mobile home. I was recently contacted by one of their agents, Amalia Mendoza, via email, following up on my policy and asked for me to let her know if I wanted to get a quote for my vehicles.I responded to Amalia’s email and stated I would like to get a quote for my two vehicles. Amalia then responded and stated she would give me a call in a few minutes but she never did, but she did provide her direct extension.The next day I received another email from Amalia stating she had a great deal for an insurance quote on my vehicles and that she would call me. Just as I was trying to pick up a call from Insurance Services the caller hung up. I tried calling the number back and entered Amalia’s extension but it went straight to her voicemail. I then emailed Amalia and stated I may have missed a call from her or her agency and that I wanted to find out about the insurance quote for my vehicles and that I had tried calling her.Amalia then responded to my email stating that if I want a quote for my home then I would need to provide specific information about my house.For the past two days Amalia and I have been emailing back and forth to talk about a vehicle insurance quote.I responded to Amalia’s email and informed her I no longer wanted to talk about the vehicle quote since she doesn’t pick up her phone, doesn’t call customers when she says she is going to, and can’t even remember that I was trying to get a vehicle quote.I think I might start shopping for a different agency to handle insurance for my home because this agency has horrible customer service.

I had the best most outstanding experience with Cruz, he was knowledgeable and informative, and got me what I needed to get for my insurance to get a vehicle again not only did he help me get insurance he educated me on what was worth, and the best way to do things to save the most money I would recommend anybody else, but this company what alone this man right here. It’s taken me 3 to 4 months to find somebody worthy and trust worthy enough to help me and willing to help me with open arms thank you again Cruz, I appreciate it more than you know 🙏🫵🚗

I absolutely LOVE my agent Sarah I only go through her. She is professional, patient, and helpful. I recommend this company to those like me who have a lot of questions and concerns. I greatly appreciate you sky blue insurance for having workers like Sarah. Outstanding customer service, I have been a customer for a year no problems.

I contacted SkyBlue for insurance on our trailer in Florida in May 2023. I was very pleased with the process and the policy was issued. Then, 9 months later, I get a call from the insurance carrier. They had a refund check for me but it was returned to them. What refund check I ask...? Well, the carrier cancelled our policy weeks after the issue date because they never received the inspection report we submitted to SkyBlue. Neither the agency or carrier contacted me about this cancellation, so I was unaware of the cancellation...for 9 months. None of my calls or emails to Genesis regarding this, were returned. Almost a year later, I have new insurance and finally received the refund check. We are fortunate nothing happened to our place in the mean time.

I just got a new homeowners insurance policy with Foremost, and the agent at SkyBlue processed my request and provided exactly the coverage I asked for. It only took a couple of phone calls with Amalia Mendoza to get it done. She even set up the payment schedule I needed quickly. My home is paid for, and I did not want to risk leaving the coverage lacking. Thanks again to Amalia at SkyBlue for making it easy and taking care of me.Richard in Stanley NC.

Today I cancelled my old homeowners policy and asked my neighbor if she liked her insurance company. She replied yes and I contacted Shaun Watson at SkyBlue. I am glad I did. He was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He cut a big chunk out of my insurance expenditures.
