This place is amazing! Ive been to many other trampoline parks where its mostly just jumping, but this one offers unique games and activities. We attended a birthday party here, and it was incredible. They handled everything from start to finish, including the room setup and activities. The kids absolutely loved it! The obstacle games are awesome—my 5-year-old played for three and a half hours and still wanted to keep going. Its a fantastic place to host a birthday party or just to visit with kids anytime. Highly recommend!

Just want to say Adeline is the best, she always greeting us and making us feel special. Then now every time we come to sky zone my boy is always happy to see her when she is here. Then always when he see’s her it brings him a smile and goes says hi to her.

My first time with my 5 year old. Prices are very fair, and my girl enjoyed herself as did I watching her jump,swing tumble and flip. I wanted to mention that I appreciated the staff being attentive and keeping the little ones safe . Every kid had a turn and they kept theHecticness well ran, the experience was enjoyable. I recommend Defy for 5 years and older. Not much to do for little, little ones.

I take my son & daughter here pretty regularly and they have so much fun that it’s a struggle every time to get them to leave.There are a lot broken amenities so I would give that piece of precaution, but otherwise it is a very vibrant and fun place and a great afternoon activity for the kids.Also wanted to mention that the staff are great, one of the staff Bella plays with them whenever we see her and they love it.

Broken fence on the raised platform kids jump off of. We told multiple employees and they said they are aware of it, but don’t have the tools to fix it. Asked for a manager and a lead came and told me someone is scheduled to come out to fix it but not today. I asked them to put caution tape around it or cones so kids are aware it is broken. They said they don’t have tools to fix it. I asked the lead to call the general manager and the gm told the lead it is his day off. This place needs to hire better management. Will be reaching out to corporate too. Hoping this review will get their attention.

LOVE this place! I have two littles, and it’s such a great place to take them when it rains, or even just something fun to do to wear them out in the mornings before nap! If you’re like me and have two kids, definitely sign up for the Elite membership for a family of 4! Such a great deal! And if a parent wants to jump then it’s still only a $10 add-on, about $40/month! We love this place.

I have been taking my nephew to Sky Zone for a year, and its as good as Disneyland for him. We go about once a week, bought the blue socks with clouds, which we both love! There is so much to do there and we usually spend one to two hours, first jumping on the trampolines for about 20 minutes, then doing almost everything else for the rest of the time. I have watched my nephew develop at Sky Zone, getting braver to try new things each week. I love going as much as he does because there is plenty for me to do, too. The equipment is made to carry adults weight, as well, so not only is it a great place for kids, but for adults who want to play with their kids, too. And the customer service is AMAZING! The staff at Sky Zone are hands down the sweetest people. I actually adore each and every staff person there. What made Sky Zone even better, recently is that they opened a cafe! Now you can buy food, drinks, and snacks. If you want to help challenge your child in a safe way, or give them a safe and fun place to play, I highly recommend Sky Zone.

Robert the GM clearly doesn’t like to work with the community… he tried to quadruple the price on us after having this location as a traditional end of the school year trip he decided to go against the quote from his events coordinator (who by the way was super kind and clearly felt bad) and go from charging us $2100 to $8400 to bring our 4th graders over for a few hours on a Wednesday morning…. This will no longer be one of our traditions! Great Job Robert! You clearly don’t know much about being a GM!

I hath procured thrice the number of VIP memberships, yet upon the third visit, the food bar doth remain closed. Thus, I must gather mine children, load them into the carriage, and take them elsewhere to dine. Thence, I must return with them, fetching bottled water so they might have drink to quench their thirst as they partake in the merriment of the tramp. Furthermore, I have yet to behold an adult in employment; the establishment seemeth to be managed by youths on their summer respite. This place is naught but a grievous disappointment!

Went for a birthday party. The place was loud and crowded multiple events happening simultaneously. There is no separate space for toddlers so youll experience 14 year olds horsing around and trampling over your kid. Trash was overflowing in every single bin. They use high schoolers to staff this place and they dont care if a kid has a nose bleed or the trash was being taken out. Concessions had ice slurpees and the girl who was vending didnt care if the glass was full of liquid instead of slush. Pathetically operated place.

5⭐️ definitely recommend. It was easy to schedule and check in. Lots of room to play and my almost 5yo could play on almost everything in there. They do a great job making sure all ages can have fun. Price wasn’t too bad but honestly the monthly membership seems like the way to go if you have the time to go at least once or twice a month!

This place has a mixed feelings on how great it was. I would say my overall thoughts was that it was a pretty fun place and the kids love it. It was so great to see so many kids having fun and actually getting good exercise. Lots of different things to do, not just a bunch of trampolines as I have seen at other places. There were lots of foam pits for soft landings, rock climbing walls, parkour courses, swings to jump from, dodgeball, warped walls and more. Things I didn’t care for was how unorganized it was. The staff there didn’t seem like they had a clue what was going on. The wait to get signed in and a wrist band was forever. The referees were useless and offered no help or assistance when it was needed. It also didn’t help when 3 out of 4 of their A/C units stopped working when it was 96 degrees outside and hundreds of kids inside. The cleaning of the equipment didn’t seem to exist. It would have been nice to see that happen in between the sessions times. Lastly, don’t go on a weekend, it was way to crazy and a million kids screaming! But, at the end of the day, my kids loved it and want to have their bdays there now.

I brought my severely autistic, special needs adolescent son (who is non verbal and cognitively 18 months old), to this recreational trampoline park today. When I bought him a membership yesterday the staff reassured me they accommodated disabled individuals.Unbeknownst to me when we arrived, not only did they refuse to accommodate my disabled son, the blond woman at the front desk gave him dirty looks and rudely and disrespectfully instructed me to stand in line and they would get to me “when they could.”My son, who is unable to wait in lines, ran around the open lobby space, without disturbing anyone, though without understanding, went up to the trampoline park area, still with me waiting in line not being assisted in any way. His two siblings were assisting Aidan (my autistic son), and followed him to the trampoline area so he would remain safe. I had to leave the line and follow my son to ensure he remained safe.After a few minutes, a kind male manager walked up to us and explained how it is policy to have wrist bands prior to entering the park area. He offered to stay with my son until I rushed back to the front desk for the wrist bands. Once at the front desk, the same rude, (seemingly self-righteous), female worker (another manager), became overtly disrespectful and discriminatory, telling me to go to the back of the line. Trying to refrain from being disrespectful myself, I explained the situation again, as patiently as possible, though continued to look at my son and his siblings from afar.Once they FINALLY issued me the wrist bands, I rushed back to my kids.The blond woman at the front was incredibly rude and discriminatory towards my disabled son, and refused to provide any accommodations whatsoever (such as expediting the process of checking in).Sadly, this was discrimination, and I, as the parent and advocate of a special needs individual, am livid (euphemistically speaking).At the very least, this organization needs to implement accommodations for those with special needs, such as a line for all disabled individuals.If such discrimination continues, they will be hearing from my attorney.

Kids loved it (5 & 6 years old), but I do not plan on giving my business here anytime soon. They have issues with capacity max, as other reviewers mentioned. Today there was a camp here with 50+ kids, and it was just extra rowdy with so many older kids that were excited to go on a field trip. I would have appreciated knowing there would be a camp here. It was so overwhelming to have that many kids plus all the non-camp kids.You Must have DEFY grip socks; which the employee that checked us in said our grip socks were fine. It was when we entered the play area that we were not allowed in until we switched our socks.100% I prefer Big Air trampoline park over Defy.Also, we purchased tickets & signed the waiver ahead of time. We still had to wait behind people that were not “online purchasers”. This is terrible organization. Make a line for online ticket check in. The line moved EXTREMELY SLOW, taking nearly 20 mins.

I actually was hesitant after reading some other reviews but my daughter and her friend had a great time! The kids I brought were age 13 for reference and we were there on a Saturday afternoon between 2:30-4pm.Check-in was easy and fast. We did everything online ahead of time and it was a quick scan of the QR code they sent us. The staff was friendly and there were plenty in the play/jumping zone(s). There were lots of different stations/areas available and its a large building. I did not feel like it was overcrowded....it was crowded, but not overly. Kids of all ages and some parents were all having a blast and from what I saw being respectful to each other.I felt like the maintenance and cleanliness was exactly what you SHOULD expect from high traffic, high use trampoline park and totally acceptable.Have a realistic expectation based on the age of kids youre bringing and day/time you bring them for sure! But well definitely go back!!

I recently took my family to Sky Zone Trampoline Park to shake off our wiggles, and I am so glad we did. This place allows children to fully enjoy themselves, offering a wonderful balance between maintaining safety and not stifling the fun.The staff at Sky Zone understand kids. They set rules that are essential for safety but dont limit the childrens abilities to have fun and just be kids. As a parent, it was heartwarming to see my children play freely, their laughter filling the air.On a whim, I decided to join in on the fun and jump with my kids, and it was an absolute blast! Not only was it immensely fun, but it also served as an excellent workout. Meanwhile, my wife had the chance to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet.Another aspect that impressed me was the refreshment options. They sell a variety of beverages but also allow visitors to bring in their own water, which can be conveniently refilled at the water station.Its also worth mentioning that Sky Zone is an excellent spot for parents to catch up on work while the kids are engaged. The late opening hours (up to around 11 PM) also give families more flexibility with their visits.In conclusion, Sky Zone Trampoline Park gets a hearty recommendation from me. Its the perfect place to let the kids burn off some energy while parents get a bit of a break. Remember to check their late hours and get ready for an exciting, fun-filled visit.

The music is crazy loud. If they turned it down by 20% it would make a much better experience. But Oh boy when they turn on the PA system is madness. My grandson had a membership at Big Air which he enjoyed for a few months but when we tried out Sky Zone we were so impressed that I canceled the other membership.In comparison to Big Air, Sky Zone is clean and all the equipment is maintained really well. The staff aren’t bored out of their minds (as at Big Air) and actually engage with kids when appropriate. The music in the background (or foreground 😉) doesn’t give me a headache and there are plenty of really nice places for grownups to sit.

Horrible experience! Weve been members for years, and have been pleased with the new changes recently, however, there have been some issues with staffing and safety. The staff they hire are kids themselves and allow their friends to take over complete areas with disregard to families. I strongly suggest you stay close to your children (school age and under), regardless of any staff you may see.Management allows groups of unsupervised grown teenagers without parents on the premises to overrun and bully smaller, younger kids. When confronted these boys began to physically threaten us for trying to protect our children and other random children. When management was notified and security tapes reviewed, they did nothing but say We will notify their parents and put a warning on the kids memberships but their parents arent here and they cant have them leave. They gave our kid a t-shirt (haha, like that would do anything) and while these boys went back to the jump area, they proceeded to stare our 8 year old daughter down, while she was crying because she was scared of them. Again.... Management did nothing. We were going to call the police but we didnt want to spend the time dealing with this with our daughter crying and these guys intimidating her.The manager on duty Brett apologized but it was clear he knew these group of boys as well. Extremely disappointing. Of course we will be canceling our memberships and put the word out. Weve heard complaints from other families but this was the first time we ever directly experienced something. They might have remodeled the interior, but in terms of staff and clientele, that place will tank if they cant figure it out.Not to mention, last week one of the kids had an accident (which, as a parent, I understand) but there was literally solid poop on the floor, smooshed and stepped on, in the bathroom and stayed there for the 2 hours we were there last week. Just imagine all the feet that stepped on that, then jumped on the trampolines/foam pits and are now all over your kids.... Just saying :/Corporate will obviously be contacted as well.

Let me start by saying- really cool place!! Areas ripe for improvement are overall cleanliness and better customer service. There are tons of staff members and there doesn’t seem to be much man power being delighted to ensuring the bathrooms are kept clean and stocked throughout the day. A simple solution would be to assign these teenagers the responsibilities of checking, cleaning and stocking the bathrooms every hour and the manager following up and holding these kids accountable and guiding them to do better, when it’s done inadequately. There is always a mess and it feel pretty dirty every time we go. The floors throughout the facility are sticky and dirty and they don’t appear to have been cleaned or cleaned well in months. The smell of stinky feet hits you when you first walk through the door and it appears there is a spray being used to mask that smell. It could be easily taken care of by cleaning the floors and equipment regularly. I can elaborate more to the manager if they would like but overall the staff seemed disengaged and confused. I’ll continue coming back because my kids loved it and I hope the feedback helps make it a more enjoyable experience. If those things were improved I would consider birthday parties here and probably come more often.

We love this place. We are members and go 4-5 times a week. My children are 5 and 10 and they NEVER get sick of it!! The staff is awesome. My grandson Loves this place! The staff is great. There is one particular young man who is so good with the kids and makes sure that they are playing fair and safe in the dodge ball area. In May of 2023, I signed up for two monthly memberships. In less than a month, we decided to cancel so as directed I went to their website and had to dig around to find the cancellation form. I submitted it online and presumed it was canceled. A week later, I called them and spoke to their manager and they confirmed my membership was indeed canceled because she couldn’t find the 2 memberships anymore. Odd but I accepted it. Fast forward to last week and my past cc billing statements, Sky Zone continued to charge me for both memberships for 3 months after May. I called them and explained that I’d like a refund for the past 3 months and they said I can only send an email and wait for a response for the refund request. They got back and said sorry but we don’t do refunds. It’s clear that they have records of us not using the membership since the cancellation in May but now they said they have no record of that. Unfortunate how this place is not customer first.

We went here before a lot and my little sister got couldnt ride or play with ANYTHING because other girls just came cut the line and they looked like 7or8th grade and they cut the line and fight with my 7years old little sister and I told employ about that to warn them because that didnt listen to me and the employ told me that he will talk me them but they did NOTING they just go up and say dont cut the line and that was ALL. And at the same day my 2nd grade brother got hit by one of the boy and I told the same person about and that employ told me THERES NOTHING HE CAN HELP AND TOLD ME HE DIDNT SEE ANYTHING BUT MY BROTHERS FACE LITERALLY GOT SO RED AND HE WAS CRYING I cant believe this happened and we will never come again they literally do NOTHING what they do is just playing with there other employees and on there phone.

Awful experience!Took my daughter and her friend for 1 hour of jumping, and front staff said “Your total will be one dollar less if you get 1 month pass, and you can bring them anytime during that month”I accepted, he didn’t tell me that it is going to be membership, he lied to me and is so sad.Since then they are charging my credit card every months for two person, one of them even is not my child.I have called Mission Viejo location in California, and asked for cancellation. My daughter and all her friends love this place. Its clean, has plenty of fun features for the kids to play on/with, and the price is totally reasonable. The ONLY reason I gave it four stars is because I dont think the check in process is practical or effective. We went on a mellow afternoon, and to check in you wait in line at the front desk. They have a normal line, and then they have a VIP-type line for members who have the jump pass. Im fine with that, its nice to have that perk if youre a member. However, with only 2-3 people working the front desk, members kept coming and all of the employees kept taking them instead of one dedicated employee for that line. With only one group in front of us in the normal line, we ended up waiting ~30 minutes, which is frustrating if you have some kiddos who are excited to start jumping. I cant even imagine what the wait would be on an actual busy day.

We really like this place. Lots of fun and a safe place to get the kids excess energy out. The monthly passes are a reasonable deal, they have a good variety of jumps, swings, obstacles to keep the kids entertained for at least a couple hours. Staff are friendly and the equipment is pretty clean.

My family members are pass holders and every time we come we are greeted professionally and kindly. We have been so impressed by the updates they did when SkyZone took over. There is a NEW basketball area, toddler play area, video screen interactive action area, and a new air jump. The General Manager is awesome and does a great job with his team. We really like to come in the evenings on the weekdays when it isnt crowded and my toddler can jump to her hearts content without me worrying about other kids bouncing her too hard. The facility is cleaned and organized and we always enjoy our time there.

We went here for the first time on a Friday morning to meet up with a friend who has a membership. Parents have to pay for their own ticket even if they don’t jump. So we spent about 50 bucks for me and my kid to go for 90 minutes. I had grip socks from another trampoline place and they didn’t allow them, we had to buy a new pair from them. The place was so packed with people there was nowhere to jump. They had at least 50 kids there from a camp in addition to a birthday plus the regular people jumping. Kids were running around bumping into each other not following any of the safety rules. An older kid fell on me and my 6 year old, hurting my child’s arm because the teenager was going up a ramp a way that they weren’t supposed to. Employees said they were understaffed so they were doing their best but couldn’t handle supervising the amount of kids and people that were there yet they were still letting more people in. All while there were 5 staff members chatting not helping any customers at the front desk area. We barely got to jump for 20 total minutes just because there was no space. The facilities were dirty, sticky, not cleaned. Most of the lockers to store your stuff were broken. The basketball hoop area was closed for maintenance. My friend ended up complaining and getting a couple free tickets to come back another day from a manager but I doubt we will be returning any time soon. Highly recommend not going on a Friday or weekend.

Employees need to follow through when telling the older kids not to use the equipment incorrectly. Older kids have been bullying little kids. While the little kids parents step in, the employees tell the larger kids not to do something and then walk away. So the big kids take over. We were told we had to cancel online, so we did. We received confirmation of the cancellation on March 30, 2022, yet they are still charging us automatically monthly to this day. My boys have been enjoying Circus Trix/Defy for many years spending hours on the wide array of trampolines as well as the parkour park and rock climbing wall. We were surprised today to find out it had changed ownership and many of the features my boys enjoyed are now gone. We wish we had known this before we paid the fee, which was also much more than it used to be, and seems like it is now geared towards smaller children. There was maintenance being performed in many areas of the facility which prevented my kids from going on the few attractions that they were interested in, including the extreme trampoline which was closed. I have to say, I’m extremely disappointed. Aside fromThe long wait times at check in, even with a pass, the limited staff is concerning. There is no one supervising each area to ensure jumper safety as it has in the past. Safety should still be of utmost priority. Instead, children of all ages, even those too young to read, let alone understand, are shown a grease board with the rules on it, as if to expect that no child, once let allowed to pass through the holding tank, will break said rules. No employee monitoring the dodge ball area where older kids were tagging two year olds in the face and girls that weren’t looking in the side of the heads. Or kids that were in the pit of the zip line and wouldn’t move so the kids that were waiting could proceed. I don’t go any further but can guarantee there were safety issues other areas too. I understand we sign waivers upon entry to release your business of any liability, but not ensuring that this establishment is doing everything in its power to make sure that the experience that parents pay for is top notch and safety is the priority, we will go Somewhere where our business is valued. Minimum wage employees don’t even get paid what you charge for one jump hour. You shouldn’t be charging parents more than what you pay your employees.

The most impressive part was the crew member assisting the birthday party. He was really engaged. He knew how to speak to the kids. He put on gloves to serve the food and went around passing the pizza. He offered drinks and make sure to pick up any trash and helped load items to the car. I generally like Defy but the things I do not like are when returning from the bathroom they ask you to walk up the ramp where everyone decides to wait. Either let people walk up the stairs where someone is already standing to check the wrist bands. Or dont let the people wait so far in advance for their jump times so people can actually use the ramp. Or make a bigger ramp with 2 sides one for future jumpers and one for current jumpers. And do not send little kids to the back of the ramp line. They do not realize they can pass all the adults standing in line for the next jump time. Also if kids are only allowed to jump 1 kid per square than why have a dodge ball court where those kids are running jumping and throwing balls at each other but lets single out the 2 kids just jumping together not even roughing around. Let alone you guys cram so many kids in there it is impossible to just get a square to yourself. Im ok with the crowd but dont expect 1 square per child. This is an unreal expectation.

We recently returned and purchased another unlimited pass and while we’ve only been there maybe 8 times or so in the last couple of weeks it’s disappointing to see no matter how busy they are, there doesn’t seem to be adequate staff supervising the place, manning the different activities, etc. kids are basically in their own. It’s also not nearly as clean as it used to be which is odd because we just got over a pandemic, you’d think it would be the other way around. Today the most unfriendly person helped us at the desk, never returned my pass, then had an attitude when I asked for a replacement, had a living conniption when she saw I had the big air trampoline socks (I forgot our DEFY socks but had Big Air in the car) she gave me the full blown lecture about their strict policy on not allowing Big Air socks on their arena. Took my son there for his birthday and purchased the Defy nights tickets that states there would be like a cosmic type of might with different neon lights/lasers/music starting 8pm until whenever, so something different from the day. My family came to visit grandma and papa in OC and I decided to take my son here to burn off energy. We went on Easter Sunday as soon as they opened. Its our first time here but not our first time to indoor playgrounds (for a lack of better word) like this for kids. First impression on the outside, I was not impressed. There were trash everywhere in front of the building. Next to my parking spot was a full box of open fruit. The trash bins were overfilled and anything that couldnt fit in them were strewn around in front of the building and around the parking lot. Obviously, the customers that come here make the mess but if the closing crew the night before cleaned up, that wouldnt have been an issue. The fact that all the trash bins were overfilled tells me that they werent checked much the evening before. I almost didnt go in just because of that. However, my son was already excited about being here so I decided Ill give it a try. Inside was clean so I was thankful that the outside didnt match the outside. The two employees working the check ins were great and friendly. No complaints there. Thankfully I checked and knew the waivers had to be signed online first so I had already taken care of that. The place had a lot of activity areas for kids and plenty of spaces for the parents to sit. I was also allowed to bring in water for us so that was a big plus bc many places like this do not allow outside drinks, even water.My other big complaint though was that there was only one employee really watching the kids. Other places Ive gone to had one employee per play station watching the kids. And this employee was also the one checking in the kids inside the play area so he couldnt focus on watching them anyways. Obviously its up to the parents to be aware of their children but its good to have employees ensuring the kids are playing in the correct fashion so that they dont hurt themselves or each other. That was a big minus for me. Especially bc I watched an older kid pretty much bullying some younger kids in the dodge ball area. After watching him hit several younger kids in the face w the balls, I had to step in and tell him to stop. I had watched him being dropped off when we came in so there were no adults to watch him which I thought was odd since I thought minors werent allowed to be in there by themselves. He couldnt have been older than 13-14. And if there was an employee watching the play stations, he might not have had the courage to act the way that he was. Finally, there was a point that my son got frustrated with him and we ended up leaving before our time was up. Otherwise, my son still had fun when he wasnt interacting with the older kid. Overall, it was okay but I dont think Ill be taking my son here again.

The actual equipment is fun, but the company needs a lot of work. It’s incredibly overpriced, and even if you have socks with grip on the bottom you still have to buy their socks (no exceptions). It took us over 30 minutes to sign waivers, pay for everyone, get our socks, secure our things and get the rule run down. They have some weird rules about letting you in in 30 minute increments. It was a headache just to get in. Overall, just go somewhere else.

I brought my wife and kids (ages 7, 5, and 3) here on a Saturday afternoon and we all had an absolute blast. The staff were all gracious while still enforcing the rules that keep everyone safe, which I appreciated with younger kids out there. We all loved the variety of obstacles and fun things to try. One of my daughters especially loved the climbing wall and I had a proud dad moment watching her conquer something that challenged her! My 8yo son and I went there yesterday and Overall he had a great time. But me not so much. I brought my computer and hopes to get some work done without the super loud music. I knew from reviews that there was an upstairs area with table away from the chaos for parents. I was happy and started to work, then abruptly at 5.45 they say the upstairs is closing for the night and that all parents had to sit downstairs in couches in the middle of the chaos and loud music — not conducive to working on my laptop.The place doesn’t close until 9pm — why on earth do they have to close the parents area at 6?!! A few of us argued and all of us were upset but they could care less.Very poor customer service. The cleaning they claimed they had to do there took less than 30 min and then the area sat dark and lonely for 2.5 hours more, as all of us parents had to stand around in the loud, chaotic kids area. We were all miserable and bored.And Why? Because they clearly don’t care. And that was the impression I got from management as well. I unfortunately got duped into the Flyer Club monthly fee so I may go back, and my son had fun, but the way they treat parents is not cool. I’ll be actively avoiding this place as much as possible.

Suggestions: Supervision staff needs to be present around the floor to ensure everyone is sharing and taking turns as some kids were rude and hogging all of the turns, many of the foam cubes were deteriorating and needed to be replaced and it would be nice to have a specific toddler jumping area so they don’t get trampled by the big kids! :)

I thought the place was really fun and large. Plenty of activities to do around either alone or with friends. The staff are pretty cool too. 4 stars because I came with a group of friends who were 17+, and there were lots of rules we had to follow, which slightly lessened the fun, but its understandable due to safety precautions for younger kids and overall we had fun. Perfect place for little kids and gymnast to have fun or practise stunts, but if you were like us, Id say find somewhere suited for teenagers or young adults. Still a great place if you want to have fun with buds.

We love Defy! Our kids love Defy usually, but I was a little bummed that when we went this last Friday, no one was at the door taking temperatures, and some of the staff were pretty oblivious to what was going on. My boys were constantly complaining that other kids were cutting in front of them, taking an extreme amount of time on the trampolines. Nobody gave anybody any space and the staff just didn’t really seem to care about anything. I noticed the same thing... so I told my boys to be patient and to just go to another area.We still love defy, and kids will be kids... but I do wish that the staff were a little less oblivious. We discussed my concerns, and I felt that she was very receptive of my input and committed to re-educating her staff to provide the best experience and safest environment that she could. We have received complimentary tickets to return to Defy, and will take advantage of this opportunity to make our visit a more positive one.This was my first experience with Defy, and I wasn’t very impressed. I was dropping off my grandson for a birthday party and wasn’t sure what we were supposed to do. We found the check-in desk, and were asked if this was our first time there. I said it was. We then registered my grandson, and I was asked if I had filled out a waiver. I had not since it was my first time there and didn’t know I needed to. I was then directed to the waiver computers by the entrance. I was told that my grandson would be given his socks and his wristband while I was filling out the waiver. After I came back from this lengthy process, my grandson had disappeared. I asked the person at the check-in where he went. She said he went up with his group. That made me feel a little bit better. I was then told I could get a wristband and go find him. I walked up where the activities were, but after having walked around three times, I found neither him nor any attendant whom I could ask for information. I went back to the check-in desk and asked if you might be in the party room. I was told they were not, and I was also told that there were attendants up by the activities. I turned around and saw one person standing by the stairs I had just come down. He hadn’t been there when I was looking around for my grandson. I then went outside and called my daughter to let her know what was going on and find out where I might or how I might locate my grandson. She then had to call the mother of the birthday boy to locate her son. Later, when I spoke with my grandson, I found that he had not gone up with “the group“, but had found one other child attending the party and had gone up there alone looking for his friend and the group. I wasn’t impressed with this check-in process nor with the security or watchfulness of those supposedly stationed around at the activities. I saw children, young children because was an early afternoon activity on a school day, trying out different equipment and activities alone. We have been to similar facilities and held several birthday parties for our older grandson, and there had always been an introductory time with a reading of the rules and visible and plentiful in attendance. I didn’t feel safe here and I didn’t feel comfortable with the safety for my grandson or with the lack of information or concern from the check-in person who seemed unaware or unconcerned that my young grandson had been sent off by himself before I came back from filling out the waiver.When I picked him up, he was very excited and had had a wonderful time and was safe and unharmed. For all that I was happy. For the lack of organization and the apparent lack of supervision, I was not happy.

Great place to take kids on the weekend because it allows them to exercise with no screen time. There are plenty of trampolines and other activities for the kids. When this place first opened up, It was the new and improved alternative to the trampoline park, Big Air, which is about a mile down the 5 freeway. As it became popular, they came out with membership passes which allow you to come in whenever you want, and while it is very convenient to skip the line, the amount of children piled up within the small building is very overwhelming, especially for someone as young as my sister whom was getting tossed around at our last visit. Theres only about 20 or so 5x5 jump pads and when theres too many people, it may result in a double bounce. On top of the capacity issue, there isnt enough seating for parents, which results in them leaving their children and expecting the employees to keep an eye out, but Ive seen some terrible stuff happen in the 3-4 years Ive been coming here. All in all, I dont suggest coming here unless you have their special VIP pass, otherwise come relatively early, or an hour or 2 before closing.

Absolutely disgusting.Cleanliness clearly doesn’t look like a concern here judging by how you can see the dust and dirt in the air. All the floors are sticky and look like they haven’t been cleaned in forever. The bathrooms especially are a problem due to the intense smell of urine and the (once again) stained/ sticky floors. It seems everything I touch here has some kind of residue on it. The top floor/ overlook area is paid the least attention to. There are cleaning supplies lying around and thick coat of dust on everything. It’s a huge health hazard to sensitive groups such as those with asthma. I came in yesterday around noon. The day before I had called with questions, and I spoke to a guy who was not helpful at all. He claimed to be a manager, and yet gave very bland answers. When I got to the park, the staff was very friendly and was more helpful. I did not understand that we needed the special grip socks as that was one of my questions from the previous phone call. At this point the workers stopped me at the ramp where I became very frustrated. I asked to speak to a manager. Jade came up and was very apologetic. She sympathized with my concerns and frustrations. She gave us free jump passes to come back again as well as free socks for the day. Love the new management here. This has always been a great location since circus trixs took it over but the management at Defy does a way better job of managing the kids and the facility. Still a pricier facility, for one hour with myself and one child it was about $40. An amazing and safe establishment to take your family to experience.All trampolines and active areas are kept in great shape. They have staff throughout the grounds to enforce safety control. My son is a toddler and can roam throughout without colliding into other kids. This place is the bomb! Best place ever for a kids birthday party! My triplets are so excited to have their upcoming “double digit” birthday next month. We are regulars here for their awesome home school days which are a super deal.

My grandkids ages 6-15 absolutely love this place. It is such a great thing to do on a weekend. They will totally be going back again soon! Even my son-in-law wants his 45 birthday to be there! Sadly they live in NC so theyre wishing that one will move close to them. Overall a great place, but I wish it was a bit cheaper so I could send them there more often.

My tween daughter and friend had a wonderful time! Lots of places to jump on. They were able to tap their inner acrobats! The upstairs waiting area was clean. The excitement level of the children having a good time might be a bit too much for those that arent expecting kids to have FUN! Great times were had!

This is a awesome trampoline park with so many different options and opportunities for anyone. Great areas for kids of all ages. I love the supertramp that allows more experienced jumpers to test their limits on this stronger tramp that gets you higher in the air. There are also countless areas for less experienced people who want to have a good time. Would recommend for anyone!!!

Staff are very nice. Place is always clean. Parents friendly as in there is places forr us to sit. I take my nephews and absolutely love it. We always have a great time.

The environment is great and outstanding. My son had a blast. However, their restrooms need to be cleaned more often as it is very smelly and dirty.

They just cant seem to get their act together at check in. Took my 3 kids at 3 pm on a weekday. Stood in line 30 minutes while the three teenagers doing check in seemed lost and confused trying to check in other people. They need a manager up front to expedite the check in process. Terrible!!

As an adult one hour at this place and you’ll be gassed. Plenty of fun to be had just careful not to mow down any kids and upset a mama bear . Kids may require more hours and more slices of pizza til the level of exhaustion I achieved. I see the appeal as a parent. Early bedtime might be in the stars after DEFY. Sock selection is dope and Katie is the MVP.

To whom this may concern-On 2/14 our family friends came to Defy to celebrate a birthday. Attendees ended up getting a double eye infection after the visit (we have doctor documentation)- children and adults. Causing children to miss school-We can easily trace back in relation to who attended, and when everyone fell ill.This was the worst our family has been sick- probably ever. It required an ENT visit for me, and we have all been battling symptoms for several weeks now (started with eye infection- then swollen glands, sore throat, severe congestion in nose and ears). Currently I cannot hear out of my left ear.I am busy- and also a business owner so never take time to leave feedback or write reviews- but this is highly concerning to me.In a time where health and safety is an utmost priority, I encourage greater attention to cleaning and sanitizing, and a greater level of attention to this detail.Thank you,Sarah Robbins

Staff was rude and inattentive, and I had to buy their branded grip socks to enter when I had a personal pair already. That wouldve been fine if it didnt take them 30 minutes to let my buy another pair. By then most of my time was already up. Id rather keep making the longer drive to Big Air.

Wish they had these when I was little. Fun but nerve racking at the same time. Just let your kids go and have fun. No food except for parties but a great time.
