Every visit is a delight thanks to the impressive staff. These diligent, authentic, and committed young individuals consistently exceed expectations. They answered all my questions comprehensively and always with a smile. Initially, I was apprehensive about letting the kids participate in a glow night, but the thorough safety measures in place reassured me. The kids had a fantastic time, and the reasonably priced memberships make it an affordable option. Im eager to return!

I just went there for a birthday party in November and Apparently the plan that the family God was that the children would jump for two hours then they would call us out when the room is available for about an hour so in total, the package is for three hours and you can bring in juices waters like candies cakes, but I think the pizza does have to come from the same spot but I’m not too sure but other than that it’s very secured. It’s very safe and children love it!

SkyZone in TO is amazing. A sprawling space that gets kids and adults hyped up and jumping. This space is very large with multiple areas for jumping and expending the energy. The staff is friendly. Good for parties; there are special rooms with catering and dedicated staff throughout the event. Membership is pretty reasonable as well (see picture). Thumbs Up. Will be visiting more often.

I brought my grandsons (6 & 8) to Sky Zone because they needed a place to play after several rainy days. They had such a great time, we came back the next day. I bought a membership, which is a great value. They love the trampolines, dodge ball, the slide, and the obstacle course, and their favorite zone is the basketball court/soccer field. One time we were there, it was pretty busy, but they were still always able to find a place to play. A great feature is online reservations can be made for a specific date/time. Adults can play for a fee or “observe” for free. There are couches and sitting areas when you need a break from the action. There are a lot of birthday parties on the weekends, lots of noise, and a lot of fun! It’s tough to convince the boys that it’s time to leave!

SkyZone has its party process dialed in.Other than the waivers taking forever to fill out (highly recommend getting your guests to do it ahead of time), everything is super easy because they handle everything - from the carts with the birthday childs name on it, to the clean and pre-arranged assigned room, to the party host or hostess who is trained well on how to handle kids, parents, the cleanup process, and everything in between.Every staff person Ive met has been very nice and efficient at their job.The reason I give it 4 stars is that despite there being an express, members check-in line, it can still take up to 10-15 minutes because there are only 3 computers to scan people in and during busy times of day, it can get really backed up. Also, the female bathroom never seems clean enough.

They refuse to let you wear your own socks despite their socks being too big and a fall risk for smaller children. Even if you bring your own socks they will force you to buy and wear their socks. Stupid policy that poses a danger to those who don’t fit in their sock size. I watched them let a six year old in without parental supervision in front of me with some coaxing from the mom, but somehow their sock policy is firm. Make it make sense.

This place is awesome for my two 3 year old he loves it, we have our family monthly membership here we go like 4 times a week. My only concern is how we get talked to when my kid goes to places where his age is not allowed. Please be kind these are kids who are excited Try to use encouraging tone. Other than that great place we figured out their down time. Also when you guys close at 6pm for private bookings please email us, imagine a 3 year old seeing people inside and can’t get inn

BEWARE!!! I spent $150 to take my kids one super packed Saturday afternoon. Was told its the exact price to sign up for a month membership. So we did that. Never actually made it back. But oh well. Then I saw was billed another $150 the next month. I was never told this was a yearly thing. I thought I was signing up for just the month of march. I reached out multiple times via phone, left messages, emails and no one got back to me. I finally received one email saying they would cancel my membership in MAY. So now I am out $300 for ONE trampoline visit. Their customer service is terrible.

This place is madness haha.I would love to come here as a kid and experience something like this. I came here for niece birthday and we had an upstairs reservation for her celebration. It came with two large pizzas and the rest my cousins catered. That party was probably not cheap to say the least. I overall had a good time especially being parked on the second floor seeing all the kids run around having fun. Plenty of parking for adults since its in a big outdoor mall.

Great place as far as indoor playgrounds are concerned but poor air conditioning maintenance. The lint is pouring out of the filters. Its disgusting. The bathrooms are not well maintained. We got there at the top of the hour, and they smelled and did not look like like they had been cleaned recently. I would not buy food here and would recommend washing your kids hands often or at least sanitize.

My daughters and I have been going here since it was Dojo boom. Nonetheless, it has improved. Recently they added a basketball/soccer arena, slide and a Strafing video game. They still have obstacle course, parkour area, dodgeball arena, foam swing pit and much more. They do have vending machines as well as a small arcade area. Also did my daughters Birthday party here and it was awesome. It included food, soda, jumping time and stress free of serving the kids as well as the hassle of cleaning. Highly recommend this place for a fun time for the kids and/or adults or Birthday parties. Have a blast!

Fun environment for the kids. Paid around $70 dollars for 3 kids to jump for 1 hr and a half. The place has obstacles and swings, dodgeball court, and rock climbing wall. Would recommend to take your kids there they had so much fun. 😄

Do NOT leave anything unattended. Came here today for niece’s birthday and left my red limited edition Stanley briefly on the cart next to niece’s birthday cake and someone had the audacity to steal it. Whomever stole my cup, you’re an awful human-being. I left it there trusting everyone here would respect each other’s property, apparently not the case. I asked the manager if he could check video footage and gave him the timeframe to look for. He checked twice and said it was “grainy.” To the person who stole my Stanley 🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽 and may KARMA come back and bite you twice as hard. The manager kept saying that it couldn’t be any of his employee’s. Sus. Never returning to this location ever again. I’ve been to places in the hood and I’ve never experienced any of my belongings being stolen. I go to this location in Thousand Oaks and my cup is stolen within the first 30 minutes. Worse part is the manager didn’t show any sympathy. Yeah it’s “just a cup” but it’s limited edition and it cost me a pretty penny.

Do not bring your young children here on weekends. The team members do not enforce safety rules. The staff member with wavy hair, glasses, and ginger hair wasn’t enforcing any safety rules so there was no place for my nephew to jump because the children were double jumping everywhere and when I went to grab my nephew because kids were jumping all over him she ran over and yelled at me that it was only one person per trampoline (as if I didn’t know that before my nephew got jumped on by multiple children) she was rude and still continued to not enforce the rules with any other children so after being there for only 15 minutes I decided to leave. My nephew was scratched while in the Toddler zone by older teenagers, even after all the 5 years and under rules. I supervised him the entire time with his mother and all of this still occurred because there was so many children with no rules being enforced. I decided to get their membership just a few days ago but this made me decide to cancel.

This place is an amazing Feast for the eyes and body. What a great place for a party do you want to bring out your inner Ninja Warrior what a great place to get your practice in. A fun place for adults and kids alike. 5 stars… absolutely. I love the renovations, the small kids play area, the cafe. It’s very clean, I believe they redesigned the obstacle course so now it’s really fun.I take my 3 year old during the week right when it opens so it’s not busy and it’s more kids his age.Only things I don’t like. I went a few weeks ago (I didn’t realize that kids didn’t have school that day and it was madness. I walked in and walked right out. I can’t imagine that being safe, so I think they should have cut it off to just the scheduled parties.And the bathrooms need a little attention :)But 5 stars. The staff is really friendly, They are doing a really good job in there.

Fun for kids if they enjoy jumping. Can have a birthday party here. Prices are not expensive. Looks pretty fun and the kids really enjoyed the experience. They serve food too. Great location with lots of parking. Other nice stores nearby. Good definitely recommend for family birthdays or just to let the kids run wild.

We normally love this place. Today the bathrooms were a disaster and the employees were too busy socializing to keep kids safe. Kids throwing balls in areas they werent supposed to be and using the sticks that you battle with all over. Little kids were running wild under the age of six and we witnessed one small child lost for quite a while while the staff wandered around trying to find her parents instead of paging them. We are members but todays experience makes us regret it. Management must have taken today off a long with half their staff

Brought our 7 and 10 year old nephews. At first they were hesitant cause it looked busy. We bought them an hour and a half and thought they wouldn’t last and hour. When it was time for them to leave at the end of 1.5 hours they didn’t want want to leave! Best $22 we have spent! They passed out right after dinner! Easiest night ever!!

Did not use the trampoline park just stopped in to look at the avatar aerial sports company that holds classes inside this facility. Trampolines park huge but aerial arts part 15 x 15 ... will wait until we get to experience it then will re-rate so check back soon for update.

This place is amazing! A great place to bring your family and have a good time while getting exercise. Great place to have parties. Just a lot of overall fun. Definitely recommend it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s pretty big as well so even if it is crowded it doesn’t seem like it and there’s plenty of space to jump around. A lot of different types of activities as well relating to trampolines.

This place is kid heaven. So much to do. The kids had a blast. One hour is enough because they get tired unless your kid has lot of energy then they can definitely spend more than one hour there. On weekends and holidays it’s packed. A little more than i would like but nonetheless kids have fun.

Very cool place, lots of room for kids to have fun.The first thing I noticed was how clean it was and the couches for parents to sit on when the kids are off playing. I know to some people that may not be a big deal but it really is. Doing a waiver ahead of time is the best way to go as doing it when you get there may be hard as they only have a few terminals.Overall: Kids dig this place and its about time that Thousand Oaks has a place like this.

My Son had a birthday party here for my grandson, very well organized, all the kids had a blast, although feel like there wasnt enough time to get the Birhday room set up for the party, birthday party he paid for pizza but they ordered large pizza pretty sure they where not large not enough food for everyone, next time we will confirm the amount price is spending for the amount you actually get for party room and food other then this great time

The staff impresses me every time. These young kids are hard working, genuine and dedicated individuals. Any questions I had were thoroughly answered and they always had a smile. I was hesitant at first to let the kids go for a glow night, but they had multiple processes in place to ensure the upmost safety of every kid and I loved that. The kids had a great time and they have very reasonable memberships that make it affordable. Can’t wait to go back!

THEY CHEAT PEOPLE !! Tell you one thing then do another. Then refuse to make it right !! All the other locations have been great ! BUT I took my 3 granddaughters to this location 2 days before I went on a 6 week vacation. They were having a membership drive and Informed me that I could save a dollar on the daily price if I wanted a membership In a hurry I said sure and let them finish signing us up as the girls wanted to jump before they closed. The employee took my phone to help me through the process since o was having trouble. No one ever said that I had to cancel it or it would continue to renew. They just said that the kids could return again and again throughout the month to jump for free. I return from my vacation to find out they have been charging my over $80. For the last two months. I called to say why this was happening and was told by the store that I had to email corporate for the refund but they would take care of cancelling on their end. I emailed corporate to explain the situation. But they denied me any refund at all since their employee had checked the box that I Understood the terms that no refund was given. This is a terrible way to do business. Cheating customers out of 3 times the cost of a ticket. Shame on tgem

Very meh. As parents, we look for ways our children can have fun during the summer while still being somewhat enjoyable for us. This place is not enjoyable for parents. They push you to sign up for their membership, don’t run the air conditioning, it’s so warm and smells horribly of sweat and dirty socks. The kids had fun. But I was miserable. It’s gross.

Stellar find. Sometimes busy, but after comparing venues, this by far is the best as evidenced by its popularity. I purchased a membership for a birthday party and to explore the park prior to choosing the venue. The venue is clean and well staffed. The price was affordable and it worked out well for her birthday party. I decided to continue the membership and visit more often. It is that fun. I highly recommend this venue. Not just sky zone in general, but the leadership at this facility I believe is better in comparison with its sister facilities.

Took my 6 yo son today. He had a blast,but was pressured to buy a monthly pass,which I didnt buy. Then one of the orange shirt worker guys wasnt letting me jump with my son in an area where kids even younger were jumping with their parent. Just not the best experience.

I want to start this review by saying the staff was awesome and if your child(ten) are able to utilize the many attractions the price is very reasonable! That being said, this is not the place to take a disabled child.I normally scope things out ahead of time before planning a trip with my daughter, but we decided to go on a whim. I did check the website prior and under FAQ saw that “some attractions are adaptable”, but while the guys working the check in desk were great, there wasn’t anyone near the attractions to ask. We spent $60.00 for 90 minutes, got adorable matching socks (so definitely not all bad!), and walked in ready to have some fun, but unfortunately there was absolutely nothing accessible to her. After the second lap around the area, about ten minutes in, I left with a defeated kid. While she has always had to work harder to do things that come naturally to her peers this was the first time she couldn’t possibly find a way to partake and it was a difficult experience.However, our experience certainly doesn’t diminish that of the many others that were present during our short trip. I didn’t see one other child that didn’t have a smile on their face while the parents got a much deserved break. Honestly, I would have loved to go to Sky Zone as a kid! I just think it’s important to share our experience to avoid it happening to another family who has a disabled child.

We had my son’s 5th birthday here! We came on a Monday when there was no school and it was relatively empty, so the kids could play as much as they wanted. Our party room host (Mauricio - hope I got that spelling right!) was great and very helpful. We were in and out in 2 fun and easy hours. I would definitely do this again!

Way too crowded. It was way more fun before the changes. Not enough trampolines & the basketball took up too much room. The dodge ball was not supervised closely enough. Kids we’re slamming the ball into faces point blank. Many tears. The zip line is too harsh when it stops. The old rope style was more fun & user friendly.

I love taking my littles here during the week because it’s not as crowded. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The jumping area/zones are very clean and kept up but I can’t say that for restrooms or shoe cubby’s I wish those areas were cleaner. Other than that we love having a membership here.

We have memberships here and love coming. We recently Came during a heat wave and was so happy they had a good AC system! Made the drive worth it. My kids have so much fun jumping, my husband and I even enjoy the work out. Definitely recommend coming.

Membership Accounts / Subscriptions and CANCELLATIONS are a MESS! Check your accounts for incorrect billing!On 10/15/23, I was told by a Team Member at our local Skyzone in Thousand Oaks, CA that I COULD ONLY cancel my membership under my name by going online. I was not able to do this IN PERSON?! IT IS NOT AN OPTION online. WTH?While visiting our local Skyzone in Thousand Oaks, CA this past Sunday I also experienced poor customer experience across the board:1) I had to re-sign a waiver (for the 2nd or 3rd time within a few months) for my son. His waiver was not attached to his profile / account!? Not a big deal unless youre waiting in a LONG line for a party check-in (vs. member check-in), which set us back by 10-15 minutes to join his friends party.2) Your Team Lead checking us in for the party didnt take the time to FIND my signs waiver on FILE and attach it to our profile / account. Another employee did this AFTER the b-day party ended (he was GREAT), and spent 10-15 minutes helping us clean up our accounts.3) I was told I couldnt CANCEL my membership in person, but had to go on-line!? NOT a great customer experience!!! THERE IS NO MEMBER log-in shown on your website??? WHY IS IT SO HARD TO CANCEL??? FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS, DO BETTER. Clearly, you all need to change some things...

We called this morning to ask if they were closing early for Halloween and were told they were not. When we showed up at 3:45 we were told theyd be closing in 15 minutes. Got in around 10am. About 11am it was really packed with kids and sweating adults. Literally saw 1 guy sweating profusely and using the foam pits with the suspended floaties and having large traces of sweat left behind. It was pretty gross and no way it could be cleaned. So other kids just grab onto the floaties or had skin contact with the sweat….that was enough for me.I dont think it was worth $45/person for all day. Spent only 2 hours with 5 people; 2 adults 3 kids. Just toooooo many kids and adults which I understand.. blazing hot summer weekend.Also, chairs/sofas are lame. They need to get rid or repair them. Someone who was unable to stand for a long period of time could not use them without breaking their back.Arcades were all broken… why bother having them there if they all broken!Better to get the monthly pass and go at least 3x to get monies worth.

Its been a year since we have joined and has been a great outlet for my kids!What a great place to get your kids tired and worked out! We just moved to the area and with a few weeks to kill before school starts, this has been a great haven. Lots of fun different stations to play. It can get crowded, so need to assume your risk accordingly. I get a workout myself here as well practicing grip strength. We have the elite membership which is much cheaper than paying the one time admission, imo.

Amazing service!!! We hosted our 2 year old sons birthday party there. Paige the party host was very helpful. Paige was kind enough to take over decorations so my wife and I could spend time with our kids, family and friends. The jumping portion is great and the kids had a blast. The check in process is insanely unorganized, inefficient, and too long. Maybe people should have QR codes for their waivers? More staff to check in? Something different because whats happening now isnt working. Also member line sits empty and no one checks in the online and regular admission. In the last month going back from May 1st 2023, there has been a marked change. The place is now dirty, has a musty locker room odor. There are broken trampolines barely blocked off. 2 x 4s have been left as a barrier on the back stairs of the slide.A very noticeable staff reduction. Which leads to unsafe conditions. Kids do dumb stuff, and a lot of parents let them. Less staff to watch out for this is a bad thing.The staff there let clear problems go.This used to be a great family place. The 100 bucks I spent every month for memberships always felt like money well spent. Not anymore. None of my kids want to go any longer. A few weeks back they literally asked to go everyday. Most of the staff was great and had smiles on their face. There was one staff member working at the front desk who was the opposite. She seemed like she didnt want to be working there at all, which kind of ruined the mood of being there. She was working the front desk, and seemed to be taking her frustrations of life out on the people paying to be there. Ill reiterate though the other staff were all awesome. The place was large, there is an obstacle course, basketball hoops, and some free jumping area. You sign a waiver to be there and have to buy socks and shirt to wear inside if you dont have them. I believe you can also wash and return them to get some money back or get some kind of discount later. There is a lot of kids jumping there, so just be weary if youre a larger jumper not to accidentally knock one down but they also have other staff members watching all the trampolines in case someone gets hurt. They are pumping out a strong spray throughout jumping time, I’m assuming for the purposes of disinfectant, but it is pretty intense if you’re within 15 feet of the spray. Also, I was chasing my 16-month-old around while trying to observe my 4- and 5-year-old boys, and the employees were inconsistent with their rules for “observers” — one person said the baby couldn’t even touch the pads surrounding the trampolines, and I also got talked to when I stepped in the foam pit to retrieve my 4-year-old who was stuck, because I was an observer and “not allowed to be on the attractions” … I’m a membership holder 2 summers in a row, and this just started to seem ridiculous and petty. Even the manager said it was a “money thing” when I asked for a little grace in these situations, and that I should have paid the $25 if I didn’t want to worry about my baby getting near the pads. Not sure I will get another membership next year, not worth the hassle. When it was under Defy and DojoBoom ownership, I never had this issue, even when my middle child was a toddler.

They do not circulate the air. You can see steam clouds in the building. My kids got heat fatigue as did my wife. Then they close the entire place down for rentals on weekends often, so nobody can visit it. Ridiculous. We purchased a family membership for our family of four and are making the best of it. We go at least once a week, often 2-3 times. My 4 and 6 year old love it. From the trampolines to the dodge ball area to the swing.Going early is best if you can, it’s less busy, and especially due to the restricted capacity due to covid making a reservation at least a day in advance is best (especially for the weekend!).The staff is helpful, polite and easy to work with. If you need to cancel your membership (which we did went we upgraded our kids membership to a family membership) you need to email their corporate office instead of doing it in person but that’s the only issue we’ve had. My kids love going (and hate leaving) so I expect we’ll be keeping our membership for a while.

I loved coming here! Most of the kids were polite, and I got to feel 12 again. I was surprised to see the aerial silks over a foam pit. I was so excited to practice what I know from class. They have private lessons, but I was shooed away by the instructor rather rudely. She probably was busy and I interrupted. Generally, the people that work here are nice and do do a decent job of making sure that everybodys behaving properly and safely. The main reason I give this place three stars is because I am sick and tired of being nickled and dimed for every little thing just so that I can bring my kids to this facility. We come multiple times a week and I have premium memberships for three kids. This means I pay almost $100 a month in memberships to use this place. No issue with the cost of membership at all, but it is frustrating to constantly have to buy a pair of socks that dont have this sky zone brand on them when they are perfectly safe trampoline socks. Its also incredibly frustrating to have to continuously resign waivers and not be able to administer your membership online. I just wish they made it a little simpler to be a customer. Youd think that with $100 a month in memberships they could afford to swag you a couple a pair of socks every now and then.

My kids were happy to return after 15 months.I booked via the website on my phone which was quick and easy. Unfortunately I was directed to a Defy park in Virginia (we live in California) and I didn’t realize that I had booked the wrong venue until I received my confirmation. They have a no refund policy so I was unable to get my money back from that booking and so rebooked for the correct venue, meaning I spent twice as much for my kids to play for an hour.Upon arriving at the venue, I was disappointed to find that masks were not required for under 13s. Only one of my children is fully vaccinated. We wore our masks anyway, but with a 60% vaccination rate in our county, I would have expected to see more than a few of the over 13s wearing masks. Social distancing was rarely being observed.I’m happy that my children know and follow the rules of the trampolines and would quickly get off when another child jumped on their trampoline. We saw a few children get hurt from jumping on trampolines with other children. Staff were not quick to tell kids about the rules for jumping.We also observed a few kids staying past their wrist band allotted time (by an hour).Despite previously enjoying this trampoline park, and my kids getting the required exercise and being off devices, we probably won’t be returning.

It’s a fun place for kids. I loved watching my little brother jump around and have fun and just be a kid. But I can’t give this place 5 stars because the associates working there weren’t very friendly. They all looked like they just woke up from a night at the bar and couldn’t drive themselves home. It means a lot to have a welcoming friendly staff. Also, one of the staff members yelled at my little brother after a small miss understanding, my brother didn’t see there was a kid in the corner of the trampoline and he jumped on in excitement. The associate watching the area yelled at my brother and ordered him to get off the trampoline without any grace or calmness in her voice. And because of this I can not give this place anymore than 2 stars. It’s important to have warm, friendly associates to welcome the young kids in and create a comfortable environment of fun.

I was surprised to see the prices were raised to $25 for 90 minutes. When I inquired further they clearly wanted me to sign up for a monthly pass as the most affordable option. I asked when they raised the prices and she said last week- so they raised the prices on purpose before spring break well played sir. So for 3 jumpers and a locker I was out almost $80. The equipment is still the same and looking a little tired (no balls in dodgeball area, the pad on the high jump is falling apart). I hope they lower their prices again and reduce the time ticket. I actually liked the hour because it created a sense of urgency and excitement but with the 90 min my kid was ready to go at 60 min anyway so we left.

Great fun, my only recommendation would be to establish or enforce rules for safety of smaller kids. there were lines where kids were taking turns and then there were pits where kids were jumping on other kids because staff was not enforcing rules, I saw one girl get kicked in the face, accidentally however no one was there to enforce turns. Overall Great Place just need a little more supervision.

We purchased the “epic birthday package” with only one complaint, I’ll get to that later. This package came with one staff member for our 1 hour in-room time, who really helped clean and organize food and other birthday items—she was awesome and we tipped her $30. The room was okay, nice once you decorate it yourself. ***The room desperately needs sound dampening—foam padding on the walls. We only had 6 kids in our party, but it was thundering loud in there (even when no one was screaming). It caused some anxiety for the adults.The girls loved having their party announced in the main jumping hall. They assign rooms within the jumping park for party guest only for windows of time that worked for our guests well.

We had my son’s 9th Birthday party here... workers were polite. Day was very busy. They forgot to give my son his shirt for the party package we purchased. I had a family who had 2 boys under 2 and they would only allow one parent on the floor to supervise the boys. From my understanding toddlers under 2yrs of age need to be accompanied by an adult. As the day was rather busy and there concern for the safety of there boys, that family decided not to join us for our jumping time which we were willing to pay $31 for each child. When we went to check out they were over charging me for party guests. Somehow 2 paper waivers were added to our account, when all guests signed electronic waivers. (Yes they charge you when you sign paper waiver and not electronic waiver). So we had to sit there and figure out what those extra chargers were while all our guests were outside waiting for us. Lastly I am a member holder and they forgot to apply our party discount. So now I have to call and try and figure this out. Fun! Clean place! Wish it would have eased the load on hosting a party!... We were invited to a birthday party here 2 weeks ago. We were hesitant to attend due to places like this being germy in general, let alone during a pandemic. But I had the expectation that they were operating appropriately due to our current societal situation.However, once we were arrived I was immediately upset. There were hundreds of people, adults and children everywhere! They had stupid signs saying to maintain 6 feet of distance but that was physically impossible due to how packed they allowed it to be. I wanted to turn around and leave but the party hosts had already paid for my children and I didnt want to create a meltdown situation with them either. We did our best to keep our distance but as I mentioned, it was so crowded it was impossible.Within 2 days going to this place my 3 year old began showing signs of a cold. After a fever of 103 for 3 days we took him to urgent care and he was diagnosed with a nasty RSV (respiratory virus), croup and a double ear infection. we are going on day 11 and he sounds just as ill as day 2. Now all 4 children, myself and 2 grandparents are ill. I do not recommend going here as they are allowing far too many people at one time.

Theres too many non realistic, not posted, and strictly enforced rules. At one point it seemed like there were more referees than jumpers. Brought my kids and about every ten minutes it seemed they were doing something not allowed. For example one person on a trampoline at a time because double jumping is strictly forbidden, certain trampolines off limits, and no running. It felt like the staff were just following us around to tell us not to do certain things. Ive only left a couple bad reviews my entire life and this place is up there on my list of places to avoid. Drove a couple hours and after feeling like they were In trouble every ten seconds my children just said dad, can we go? I felt bad for them they were really looking forward to this place and what a disappointment it was. Other parents in the shoe changing area were saying the same thing while leaving.

This is a fun place for kids, but it has been getting so crowded at times that its dangerous, especially for small children. On my most recent visit, I saw several children get injured, mainly from bumping into each other. Theyre supposed to follow rules, but they dont seem to be enforced very well and many children are there unsupervised.

Wow I was surprised at how amazing this location is because I’m used to the Ventura location which is pathetic in comparison. The amount of apparatus choices was superior. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I was happy to see all the aerial equipment as my daughter does aerial silks.

The workers, the staff, all that they have to offer is great except…….. for the air freshener! It comes from 3 places throughout the center. I’m wondering if sky zone wants us all to get cancer. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous! I can taste it! I’m not the only one who thinks this. It’s so strong and pungent that you can actually smell it from outside as you are walking up. We would simply go to the sky zone in Ventura to avoid this and none of this is there. The thing is the workers there are awful and the last several times we were there some things were not working and no-one seemed to care. This sky zone is so much closer to us though. Please! Please! Been going to this location for years and recently went to it after it changed names to Skyzone. It literally smells like a gym or a sweaty high school locker room right when you walk in. Of the many improvements, this is prob the saddest change to the good ole Dojoboom, Defy location. There has to be some type of mold or fungus or athletes foot circulating inside in addition to the common cold and Covid. Despite the smell… other changes are 1. Rock climbing wall became a high slide 2. Dodgeball space can only be used when a worker chaperones for birthday parties 3. Watching 2 TVs while jumping 4. A sectioned off area in the front where you can play padded basketball or soccer but the wait is long bc the limit how many kids can be there at a time and 5. The quality of socks went downhill. They pilled after 1 hour. Prob good for one time use

My kids had a blast and I joined the fun.The reason for only giving them 3 stars is because the place needs some serious cleaning. The bathrooms need some repairing and cleaning up. Kids had a fun and active time at Defy today. By limiting occupancy it makes it nicer and less crowded for the kids.Was a little difficult for them to breathe having to keep their masks on the entire time while they were jumping and running around. But understandable.The music always seems to be too loud specially in the middle near the speakers. My little guy always complains about the volume.A suggestion would be to offer adults half off with full paid child admission. It would encourage more adults to participate with their kids and most likely increase revenue.

Lots of room for the kids to play, jump, explore and play dodge nerf ball!! Good time!!Only negative thing was the ladies restroom was pretty disgusting. Only 2 of the 4 stalls worked, no TP, and no air circulation. Floor was pretty messy with trash all over.

The facility was great-lots to do for all ages. I brought a 2 year old, 5 year old and a thirteen year old and we all had a blast. The only complaint was that the line took 20 minutes roughly to get in(we signed the waiver online ahead of time) and they seemed understaffed. DojoBoom is awesome, the staff is friendly and lively. The facility is well maintained and clean. Great place to get a work out and have fun at the same time. The ninja warrior course is on point, if you havent visited yet, you should check it out asap! My whole family had a great time and we had a huge age range from 13 to 59. We just recently went to DojoBoom for the first time with our almost 3 year old daughter. She loves it and its great exercise for her AND for us! Wonderful.way to spend time together as a family! Great way for her to burn all that energy she has! They always have great music! Lots of room for little ones to mix with older kids with out getting trampled. That was one of our concerns but the staff keep an eye out and make sure everyone is following the rules to keep everyone safe! We bought the Winter passes for the three if us. The only thing I wish was that the passes were just not for Mon-Fri as it is hard for us working parents. We live in Simi and dont get off til 5 and with it being a school and work night it can make it tough not to be too late of a night if we only can go after work Mon-Fri. They should consider having the passes include the weekend..even if it was just Sat OR Sun and even if only a certain block of time like not peak time but maybe when they first open like 9-11. Just something to think about for working parents with young ones!

We went today to have a fun time with friends and it was terrible!! The staff was extremely rude. My daughter who is 5 was playing and a staff member told her/us she couldn’t jump into the foam pit unless she was 6. Then she was playing with her friend who is 6 and the same staff member told her mom she couldn’t do it unless she was 7! Come on guys that is absolutely ridiculous you’re making up different ages for certain play areas. There are no specific signs for certain ages on the different areas so it is a waste of money when our child can only jump on the trampolines nothing else. We can pay half the price you charge and go to a regular trampoline park. We saw a few other parents upset so I hope they also give a review because customer service is extremely important.

Ive been here multiple times and have had great experiences but today our interactions with a front desk person was TERRIBLE. He was rude and would not provide his name. The manager was not helpful in addressing his attitude either. He said they keep him at the front because hes friendly. However, he was rude to the people in front of us. The manager passed it off as he was that way usually because he knows the people that are regulars. The manager on duty did not provide his name either. It was 10/4 at 4:27pm. This is unacceptable for an establishment. I will be speaking with corporate. So sad that all of our experiences prior to this were great and it takes these two kids to ruin a good time.Found out the managers name was Blake. Worst experience.

Staff was awful. No directions when you get in line. Cannot hear directions as music is so loud. When standing in line staff takes other people ahead of you. Staff member sitting at zip line not watching out when toddler falls into pit and allows zip liner to go at the same time. If she was standing she would have seen it. No one was watching the trapeze and allowing kids to use metal broken pool to retrieve it. Finally replaced but then no staff supervising it as kids were retrieving trapeze they were throwing metal pool back into the line. If they were that understaffed they needed to limit people in.

I decided to take my 2 young sons (3 and 4yo) to Defy on a rainy day in late December. School was out, so it was expectedly a bit crowded. The Defy check in was awkward. There are no clear signage that you must fill out a waiver prior to buying a pass, so I waited in line with my 2 excited toddlers only to have to go back fill out a waiver then wait again to buy tickets and mandatory socks for myself and the boys.After this we waited in another queue to enter the trampoline park portion. By this time my kids were HYPED. Really excited to enter and jump around. Once they were inside, my 4 yo was jumping and climbed on what was only supposed to be designated for 7yo and up. After spotting him I went to get him to ask him to stay with me only to be bombarded by a large and disturbingly angry man named Jeff. Jeff yelled at me to Watch my kids better and blew me off when I tried to apologize and told him I was there alone. My kids have been inside for a few days at that point, and were just excited to have a little physical freedom. My youngest son Id also autistic, which made no difference Jeff. He rolled his eyes at me and walked away. If my kids werent having such a good time, I would have left then and there. For a place that is made specifically for children and families, I didnt feel very welcomed. I likely wont be going back because of this experience.

We have 2 memberships, but when we show up as early as 10 minutes before our scheduled jump time, we are still left to wait in line as other patrons in front of us buy tickets, memberships, socks etc. Due to this delayed check in, we are bumped into the next jump time which is scheduled 15 minutes later. There should be a designated line for membership pass holders to avoid such an inconvenience. Also, to purchase tickets online, it would be more user friendly if someone can purchase 2 tickets with 2 memberships in one transaction. Its a great establishment for kids.

They have changed alot of the age requirements to do certain activities which are now 7 and up for certain things. My extremely tall 6 year old was really sad he was not able to do those activities before all these rule changes . Now my husband had purchased a basic for the kids and himself but our plan was to he would go with kids or I would go with the kids it would never be all 4 us together . When he purchased the tickets he was told our plan would be ok as long as I signed the waiver . A few weeks ago before my 4 year old started school I went with him with no problem at all!! Now today my older one was home with me little one at school we decided to go I was charged 30$ for a couple hours and was told i shouldnt of been allowed to go on last time . Very poor customer experience. We booked the elite package that comes with kids drinks abd pizza however the assistant told us they don’t have any drinks for kids and us to give them coke or Pepsi instead. If they didn’t have it they need let us know ahead of time especially when it is included as part of their package that we bought but not when we went there. The kids had nothing to drink abd they were soo thirsty after the 1 he jump time. The assistant was good but the management needs to take of these things when they are charging the money from us. I will never do my kids party with them again

I took my grandson who had a great time. I paid for 1.5 hours today for both of us my receipt time shows 10:50 am but yet by 11:45 am we were told that the red bands had to leave. I thought it seemed short, but not till I got home and looked at my receipt did I realize it was not even an hour that we got to stay out there. The cost is not cheap so I was very disappointed when I realized we did not even get the time I paid for.

The staff was not helpful not organized. Im used to visiting the skyzone in Ventura. I have a membership it was not honored at the T.O. skyzone. Staff was not watching the children there was no organization stood in line for 20 min waiting to be helped when parents were just walking up to counter. There is not a food court only vending machines. The Ventura one is much better. At least there you can keep an eye on the children.

This place is focused on kids though so be mindful of that when deciding when to go.Kids absolutely love this place though. I used to work at a daycare and the Best part of the year is when we got to take them on field trips to places like Dojoboom. Give them an hour maybe two hours tops and the kids will be absolutely beat by the end and will fall fast asleep on the bus ride back home.In the other months where I wasn’t the one taking the kids to Dojoboom I would hear how often kids would have their birthday party at Dojoboom and how proud and excited they were.Also the place is very clean but smells a little bit funny which you can get used to if you’re there for a while.

Disappointed that they are no longer honoring passes purchased before the pandemic. They gave no warning that they were stopping accepting the passes. I asked about the passes when the reopened and they said that they would continue to honor them. When I was there 3 weeks ago, the staff gave no indication that they werent accepting them anymore.My issue is not that they put an end to accepting them. it is that they did it without warning. First off, I called on Friday to see what time they close on Sunday. I was told 10, so I got a bunch of friends together for my birthday. We showed up at 8:30 and found out they closed at 9. We decided to pay for the 30 minutes. Some of us were charged the half hour price, some of my friends were charged for the full hour. The manager was super rude. They came and kicked us out at 8:59. All the staff rushed to leave as soon as they closed and they even yelled at one of my friends for taking his shirt off as we left.

2022: New ownership, wait a few weeks to come, if you are not a member. Took over 30 minutes to get through the line with a summer pass. Non-members = 5 helped in 30 minutes, members = over 20 helped. Plus we had already completed the new waivers. 2019: Fun, my three year old loves it. Girls restroom often has pee on the seats and toilet paper on the floor. It is a bit pricey, but the winter and summer passes are great.
