Alex responded to my voicemail promptly and was willing to help out my individual desktop PC repair as early as the next morning, fitting me in before his other clients because I was on a time crunch. My windows computer was randomly crashing and I had tried many things before giving Alex a call.Very knowledgeable, provided several scenarios in the assessment process of what the issue may be and broke down their likelihood and was honest that the repair has a chance to be expensive (if there were issues with the motherboard, for example) before we even met up. Stand up and helpful guy. Definitely deserves your business, and Ill turn to him whenever I have a tech issue.

I couldnt get on the internet on my desktop and tried for help from DELL but they couldnt help me... I called Best Buy but no appointment until late July.... My husband suggested I google computer repair and Computer Surgeons of Orange Co. came up on my phone... I called and Alex said he could come to my house and see what he could do... within a couple of hours he arrived and he was the nicest guy... Professional & friendly! ... He explained every step to finding out what was wrong and within the hour, I am a happy camper. He even dumped files that were slowing my computer and now it moves fasterI would highly recommend Alex and Computer Surgeons of Orange Co!

I am a thick head about computers, I was born before internet entered my house and have to rely on Alex Chaves a lot. I have ben calling him several times a year for the last 8 years and I admire his patience, knowledge and dedication. Extremely good service any time.Thanks Alex.Jenny
