Poor shipping and customer support. I’ve been waiting 10 days to receive order of over $200 in products and still have not received them. Called customer service, left voicemail bc they were so busy. They returned my call and said they’d contact post office and get back to me. I have not heard anything and my products are still missing. This is my first and last order with this company. I dont know if the reviews below are legitimate, but we have had a very scary and troubling experience with Skincare Market. We ordered an item, our credit card was charged, and the item was not delivered. We had called to inquire about it but were not able to get in touch with anyone directly so left a voicemail. We received a call back from another unlisted number claiming to be a representative of Skincare Market. They claimed to know who we are and started making personal comments that did not make sense -- talking about our activity on the Facebook page, when we had never interacted with their Facebook page or in any other context with the company besides placing an order. We asked to provide our order number to make sure they had the right person but got the reply Youre a fraud and the call ended. Now we are scrambling to cancel our credit card, etc.

(I use Image and can not find them in stores and their website prices a MUCH higher) Not only do they have fantastic prices on all of the products and fast shipping, the customer service is one of the best I’ve ever experienced for an online shopping company. I am so tired of playing games with the local businesses that run sales for very limited time or at events you have to attend. Came across this site and thought it was a scam until I did a little digging and saw it had some pretty good reviews. I looked everywhere for the best price for my skin care line (local medspa specials, eBay, Poshmark, and the company itself) but skincare market had the best price by a landslide. I live in Hawaii so I’m used to paying for shipping (even if it says free initially) and waiting forever to receive products. I was flabbergasted when not only was shipping actually free, but I placed the order at 10:30pm on Thursday night, the product had already been shipped by the time I woke up Friday morning, and arrived to my house Monday! The box did show up pretty destroyed and actually looked like someone had opened it and gone through it but all my products were accounted for. I was also nervous the products would be knock offs but I compared them to my current products and the packaging is the same, products look/smell/feel the same. I am more than 100% happy and will definitely be ordering from this company again!

When I ordered, it said 3-7 days until I receive the item. It took 15 days to receive the item from California to Texas? They did not ship it until 11th day from order. This company has been the absolute worst to get a refund from. It’s been 3 months now that they’ve been telling me that they’ll refund me, and still nothing has arrived in my bank account. I bought the skinceutical sunscreen, and found out today that skincaremarket is not an authorized reseller is skinceuticals. The skinceuticals website also specifically states that skincare market is not affiliated with them, so this makes me really worried about the sunscreen I bought. I don’t know whether the sunscreen is a fake, diluted, or used and returned and have no idea how skincaremarket is getting their products. I wish I did more research on them instead of buying because they have cheapest price. You get what you pay for, and next time I’ll be purchasing from an authorized reseller. Don’t be like me and do your research, BEWARE!!!

Just like most, if the customer service is lousy or the product is not up to par I would shop elsewhere. For several years Ive shopped here and at Blue Mercury for Dermalogica products. The only difference is I dont deal with the snark factor when shopping at Skincare Market.
