I have been coming to Skin Heaven for about two years now for laser and let me just say it has been life changing!! I made the best decision by coming here as someone who has PCOS their laser hair machine is amazing the staff is so sweet Rachel, and Sandy are the best theyve always made me feel so comfortable and safe I have recommended so many people to come here because I love it so much and they were never Disappointed!! The owner Rachel is the sweetest coolest person I have ever met and she always makes you feel like a friend not just a client

This is THE best place to get laser hair removal! I have gotten one session done elsewhere and wow I will never go anywhere besides skin heaven! There are different machines depending on where you go and this place uses the best machine it doesn’t hurt at all. It is a strange sensation and it kind of tickles because it’s cold, but it doesn’t hurt like some machines feel like it’s electrocuting you! This is the best most painless way to get laser! If you’re planning to get laser, take my advice, I did the research for you! 🙏

I am so pleased with finding Skin Heaven in Anaheim. I recently bought a package of five B12 injections that are really helping my metabolism and energy. I highly recommend Skin Heaven. Their office is clean, the people are helpful and friendly, and there is more than just B12 shots to want to buy. I am a happy customer.

Did Laser Hair Removal with this location and everyone here is super nice! Rachel does my LSH service and she is extremely kind and awesome to talk to. Book with her if you want to have an fantastic experience :).I am on my 5th session and everything is good so far. Most of my hair are gone and there are still some hair but they are finer now. Shaving now makes it alot easier when I do it at home and I dont have to deal with how coarse my hair was originally. I dont have any scars or bad experiences with the laser which is wonderful. Recommended for laser treatment here. Price is affordable too compared to Laseraway(Laseraway is scammy when it comes to price).

I found this place on Yelp and literally drove 45 miles to try them out. With traffic, it takes at least 1 hour. They are definitely worth the drive. Ive been here twice already and will continue coming to finish my laser hair removal sessions and see what other treatments I can get here. They have several packages and promotions.Everyone is SUPER FRIENDLY. Like sincere. Not fake. They all make you feel very comfortable.Two different ladies have done the laser treatments on me, but this last time Rachel helped me out. Shes sooooo nice. Will continue booking with her.Theres a ton of laser places where I live, but with mixed Yelp reviews, so thats why I decided to make the drive.Here, there reviews dont lie! You wont be disappointed!!

Highly Recommend Skin Heaven!! All of the staff are so nice and welcoming. I got a Hydrafacial with Nurse Rachel and she made sure I was comfortable and made the experience enjoyable. 10/10 recommend a hydrafacial for your skin too. It took out all of my white heads and left my skin looking very clear. I also got Laser hair removal here a couple years ago and the process was very easy and not painful at all! The results have lasted years and I will be back for touch ups soon.

I had a terrible experience here. I paid nearly a grand for PDO threading, which ended up making no difference in my appearance. Despite their social media advertisements and assurances during my appointment that there would be no downtime, I looked like a bullfrog after the procedure. It was both painful and uncomfortable. I deeply regret going here and wasting my time and money.

I HIGHLY recommend Skin Heaven Med Spa. The girls here make me so comfortable and are constantly educating me on the treatments they have available and let me know exactly what will help me to get the results I’m looking for. As someone who isn’t used to going to med spas or getting treatments for body contour or even regular facials, I love how inviting these women are to encourage me to keep taking care of myself and implement self care as a requirement for myself.I started off coming in just to get their hydra facials which always uplifted the brightness of my face and overall feel of my skin. I had gotten facials elsewhere in the past that was just such a waste, it turned me off to it. But I actually felt moisturized and revitalized with clean pores at Skin Heaven. I then decided to try their fat freeze services when it was there at the time. They were so informative and made me comfortable to trust them with discussing all areas of my stubborn fat & didn’t make me feel embarrassed about anything. I followed their instructions on post treatment care and my results were absolutely UNBELIEVABLE, even to them! They were hyping me up so much and congratulated me on my hard work in doing my part.Shortly after, they upgraded to now offering treatments with Evolve Trim, Tone & X. I wanted to continue body contouring with them, so Rachel set me up for Evolve X. At first I was nervous because it was completely different from how fat freeze works, and uses heat instead of cold. But she broke it down for me and Brandy also gave me reassurance of how the process works.My main girl through my treatments has been Adriana. She has been such an amazing guide through my treatments! I get the treatments in my abdomen & she makes sure to always ask me what areas I want to focus on during each treatment to help me get the results I want. She championed me since day one to make sure I reach the highest levels I can so that I don’t baby the process, this way each treatment is maximized. My results have been so awesome! She always makes sure to check that I am comfortable too and will apply extra gel to any areas that may be getting dry to avoid feeling any burn. She mentally prepared me on day one so that I knew what to expect and this way I was able to come in on my next treatment confidently.So far, after 4 treatments I feel awesome, I can definitely see a difference and so can my husband. It’s been improving how I feel when I look in the mirror each day, in addition to me showing up for myself by eating clean and working out. As long as I do my part, I know Skin Heaven will do theirs. I highly recommend Evolve X if you need to lose stubborn fat and tighten skin altogether. I just came to Skin Heaven for my first ever aesthetic procedure, laser hair removal, and it was a great experience! The facility is clean and beautifully decorated, and they offer you a beverage when you first walk in. The staff was so so warm, welcoming, and friendly, especially Johnye and Rachel! Johnye was super sweet and very knowledgeable, and explained the procedure to me thoroughly. The laser was almost painless (the occasional warmth and prickle, not bad at all) and she talked to me throughout it, which helped distract me. Rachel was also very sweet and reassuring when I was on the fence about getting laser. Overall, the whole process was super comfortable and easy. I cant wait to come back for my next few sessions and see the results :)

Nurse Rachel is absolutely stellar and her bedside mannerisms are incredibly genuine and caring. Prior to coming here, I needed to and wanted to get some Botox especially along my forehead and masseters. I connected with Rachel and she walked me through the process but also made me feel comfortable and heard. She helped me decide what to do and also assured me of what to expect and for future treatments. I went back in June and for another round this month and the overall results I’ve had are absolutely amazing. I ended up using Juveau which I also recommend to other potentially people are looking to get their fine lines temporarily erased. Her team and her hospitality truly outshine any other clinics or med spas.I’ve referred my friend here too and she enjoyed the results and experience!

She talked to me through the whole process and was letting me know everything that was going on. This is the first time I have my LHR done professionally. I used to do my underarm LHR with an at-home device and it didn’t get rid of all the hairs so I decided to look around for a professional one. This place has such good reviews and now I know why. All the nurses are extremely nice and accommodating. The device that they use has icing so it’s awesome for a girl with zero pain tolerance like me. I see great results with my areas after 8 sessions and I’m planning to purchase more for touch-ups.

I LOVE it here. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Rachel and Brandi make you feel like a celebrity every time you come in. It feels like coming to hang out with friends. Ive done Evolve to help with my post baby c section body and my confidence skyrocketed. Not only was I able to have abs again but functionally I was able to sit up again without needing help. Ive also gotten a formal facial, monthly hydra facial, lip flip and jeuveau and honestly its life changing. Rachael is knowledgeable in her craft and stops you (me) from being addicted and getting unnecessary things done. Other places just want to up sell you! It not here, she will literally tell me her honest opinion. She sends out excellent pre and post procedure info to make sure you have the best results. They also do follow ups and touch ups to ensure the best results. The B12 shots are also painless and so helpful as an exhausted mom. Ive never been to a better med spa in my life and dont plan on going anywhere else ever again. You cant beat her prices, kindness and knowledge. Highly recommend!

This Medspa is the best! They are always offering various packages & specials on pricing. I have been coming back to them for over a year for Evolve Transform on my tummy and I have been seeing drastic and long lasting results all over my body (weight loss of 35 lbs.) This has been a complete game changer as it strengthened my core muscles, tightened my loose skin (from weight loss) to a tight toned tummy, & faded my stretch marks. I absolutely love Skin Heaven laser hair removal . As of now I got total of 6 treatments full body treatments but I want to get more sessions to stay consistent with my results. I come from a middle eastern background we all have super thick coarse hair, for so long I wanted to do laser but I wasn’t so sure. I’m glad I made the decision because I LOVE THE RESULTS. Only time I shave now is a day before my laser appointment. I barely see any hair on my legs and my body . Before I had to shave every day !!! Nurse Rachel and Nurse Myelene are absolute gems . Just had my first session of Vasculaze for my varicose/spider veins and experience was 10000/10! So I have been following skin heaven Med spa through social media in the beginning so I decided to book my appointment for my first laser hair removal experience (underarms & legs) and I’m happy to say it was an amazing one! (October 2020). I was really nervous because I never had laser hair removal but Rachel made me feel comfortable and that was really important for me.She was able to walk me through the process as she was giving me the service, which I thought was great. I’m just glad she was able to take her time. Great customer service overall.Rachel does mention she has special promos and to keep a look out so I definitely will keep that in mind and follow up when I book more laser hair removal appointments. Prices and services are displayed and laid out at the front desk for anyone that enters the spa. The front desk ladies Brandi and alexia were helpful and were able to answer my questions while I was there and were very welcoming! They used a different machine/equipment but I liked theirs better. Other than that the staff were so welcoming and the best thing is that they were not ‘pushy’ to sell me anything other than what I’ve originally booked for and because of that, I decided to set an appointment for another service. Best decision to get laser hair removal here!! I was debating whether to use Groupon or this place and I’m happy that I chose Skin Heaven instead. Just after one session, I noticed such a huge difference. I barely had any hair growing back in between all the sessions. And the best part was that it was painless!Not only did my sessions go smoothly, the front desk and nurses were amazing. They were so kind and always made sure that I was comfortable. Any concerns that I had regarding the treatment area, they were quick to address it. 10/10 would come back for other laser hair removal treatments.

He was so shy & hesitant at first but after said he really liked it! Nurse Rachel made him feel super comfortable & explained every step & what he should expect to feel. Ive had their Brazilian laser hair removal & a hydrofacial with them! Ive never had laser hair removal before, so I was a little scared. I cannot express how much I regret not coming into this place sooner. I originally came across Skin Heaven Med Spa through someone I went to college with. It wasnt until this past summer when I finally decided to check them out and purchase a 6 laser hair removal session, while they still had their summer special. I have had 5 sessions so far and have absolutely LOVED the results. Ive seen a huge difference in the reduction of hair growth and the best part is that it has been painless. It feels like multiple mini static shocks on the body that tickles more than hurts. I also love that their LHR machine has a cooling effect. Youll feel the warmth of the machine when they target your desired areas followed by the cooling effect shortly after. So far I have been treated by Rachel, Samantha, and Johnye for my LHR treatments and they have all been extremely nice and incredible. All have made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my treatments. They truly cater to you.I also decided to try their Votiva service because I have been having issues where I pee a little when sneezing, coughing, or laughing (this is coming from someone who hasnt had any kids yet). Today marks about a month since my procedure and lve noticed a big difference. No accidents since the procedure! I really appreciated that Brandi made me feel so comfortable by verbally walking me through what she was doing and kept asking if I was okay comfortable.The experience lve had so far at Skin Heaven has left me wanting to try more of the other services they offer. I also really like that they offer Cherry which allows you to make payment plans. I decided to use Cherry to get an idea of how it works and as a way to help me budget since lve had quite a few holiday and wedding expenses these past couple of months. Definitely a great way to provide some self care without breaking the bank!UPDATE: This is an add on to my review above. Skin Heaven does not fail to amaze me each time! I decided to try Vasculaze to treat a few spider veins I have on the back of my legs and literally saw instant results! III admit I was a bit anxious and scared at the possible pain I could experience, but to my surprise it was not as painful as I thought it would be. The sensation of the treatment was first described to me as being hit with a rubber band, but I would personally describe it more as a strong static shock with heat, some of them being stronger/hotter than others. Rachel was super patient with me and made me feel extremely comfortable. I have already booked an undereye PRP service and will be booking another appointment for Botox in the future. Overall, Skin Heaven has given me a great experience and I cant wait to come back for more!

I was looking all over Yelp and Instagram for a medspa that offers laser hair removal. Booking was very straightforward! The first session was beyond what I expected. I was welcomed by the friendly staff and impressed by the cleanliness and gorgeous decorations. They really spent so much time making this med spa a clean and wonderful environment for their clients. I was greeted by Rachel and she lead me to a room where the laser hair treatment was going to be. Let me tell you, she is the sweetest and most humble and best person in the world! She really knew how to make me feel the most comfortable and she is so smart and I cannot believe how wonderful and kind she is! She explained the entire procedure to me and made sure I knew what she was doing during each step. I am now on my seventh session and I have had many of the staff do my laser hair removal. I was a new patient at skin heaven med spa. Making an appointment was super easy and quick. You are able to make an appointment through their website or call. They have open flexible availability which is always great. I did come from Los Angeles and let me tell you, the drive is worth it. Checking in was fast. The receptionist was friendly. They are taking precautions as well with sanitizing and temperature check. They have really awesome specials. I decided to do the hydrafacial. It was my first facial ever and Rachel did an amazing job. She walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. My skin looks and feels amazing. I was hesitant to get laser hair removal due to a prior experience which would leave my skin in pain with burn marks. My previous experience left me really anxious. I love my friends at Skin Heaven. They’ve made a huge impact in my weight loss journey. Due to COVID I gained a ton of weight and could not fit into any of my clothes. My plan was to lose at least 15 lbs by summer 2022 and continue losing until I was toned enough for a belly piercing. I’m 30 yrs. old so I knew it was going to be harder to lose the weight than when I was in my early 20s. Plus, my jawline was definitely starting to sag off my face. I felt really insecure about my overall image. So I first got a Double Chin PDO Thread, in mid-August 2021, because my genetics were pushing for a second chin. I knew the results weren’t going to be overnight and hence decided to try that first and let it work its magic over time. Nurse Rachel did this wonderful job on my chin. I joined the gym in September and did the Lipo Shots during the Package Sale of 5 shots x $125. I lost about 4 pounds that month, the ones I assume would be the hardest to lose. The intention was to get myself started, push my metabolism and develop my discipline. My next step was to begin my laser hair removal, a service I took advantage of during a Skin Heaven’s September sale. I did 8 sessions on the underarm, a long life-dream of mine, and 6 on the abdomen, to get my belly ready for the piercing. It took some time to see results but I now feel like my jawline is much more defined, am 14 lbs lighter, and my underarms are much lighter due to the lack of pigment in the hair. I have very thin hair still growing in both lasered off areas but its so light that I don’t have to shave as often. Because I only did 6 sessions on my belly, I can still see some stubborn dark hairs peeking through. I’d recommend doing the 8 sessions to get the best results. All in all, my results have been up to expectations and I feel great about myself. I’d love to go back for a Cheek PDO thread, simply out of curiosity. All the nurses have offered me the most courteous customer service, in particular Nurse Rachel, who is incredibly nice and professional. She’s radiant and uplifting, so whenever I see her I feel motivated to continue working on polishing my body. Also, their facility is always super clean and up-to-standard, trendy and pleasant to the eye. I know that if I ever feel the need for any of these services again, I’d go to Skin Heaven. Im a African American woman who struggles with PCOS, in result I developed excessive facial hair. For YEARS I was always discouraged from getting laser hair removal because I was told its not for POC. WRONG! OKAY, So I am someone who struggles with weightloss and I came across skin heaven’s IG a few months back and since they were near where I lived I decided to gather up my courage and give the fat freezing a try. So today, I had a second follow up from my fat freezing and I felt very discouraged as I was struggling with seeing a difference after the fat freezing (I did everything they instructed me to do, drink lots of water, exercise, healthy diet etc.). Buyer beware. They will schmooze you so you think you are their friend, and then take you for money. Both myself and a friend have gone here for work, and have left unsatisfied.My friend spent $1150 on Botox and it didn’t appear to even work. Additionally it was the trainee that did it without permission first from my friend. Two days later, Rachel reached out to ask my friend to come in so she could fix it. My friend went back, and without any kind of quote or quote approval for the fix got injected….and then got charged ANOTHER $1000!! Do yourself a huge favor and find a more ethical med spa.
