The office staff is great & very friendly. Dr. Josh is great & very professional. He takes time to listen to any concerns you may have & then gives suggestions on treatments that are available for you. He made me feel very comfortable. I like that they have reminder texts & are easy to get in touch with to reschedule appointments if needed. I highly recommend this office.

I been coming here for 6 months and my face had to get worse before it got better. I trusted the provider Josh and he along with his staff are wonderful. It’s not just in and out, it’s a thorough visit and you leave each visit feeling confident and understood. Acme if you’ve never had it is no joke and they understand. Aside from my visit, the team is kind and supportive.

It was easy to become a new patient. The office is clean and the receptionist was friendly. As I waited in the waiting area I saw there were quite a few established patients. The waiting area was full showing this is a popular place. The dermatologist was very nice and she took time to explain each step and gave thorough instructions for after visit care. I was very happy with my visit.

4 stars only because it would have been greatly appreciated that we were informed prior to the appointment by either when we called to set up appointment or through the text reminder that they don’t accept cash as a form of payment. Also that they require a card (credit or debit) on file for future transactions. Which I really didn’t feel comfortable doing so. Other than that we had a great experience with the Doctor my son was seen by.

They we’re so fast and i didn’t feel anything it was insane. they removed a small benign mole thats bothered me for years and it didnt even take 5 minutes. modern technology is crazy. theyre so talented here!

My primary doctor referred me to this place for a small problem i have and max by two appointment my problem would be over but they rejected me. Why? Ok my primary doctor doesnt accept my health insurance and i always pay my copay to visit him. He referred me to three other doctors for three different health issues i have and they accepted me and gave me a treatment, but this place which make no sense to me first gave me an appointment but one day before my appointment they called me and told because your primary doctor doesnt accept your insurance we cannot accept you and your health insurance so they cancel my appointment. Haha so how the hell the others accepted me but not this one? Pardon my language but it is completely stupid rule writting by dumb people in their department.

Update: The billing policies of this company are a JOKE! 1st they run an estimate and make you pay on the spot. Then when they owe you money for over charging you, you have to go through hoops to get your refund! I visited this doctor in January, have called billing 6 times; 3 of which I left voicemails that were never returned. 1 person instructed me to send email to which I sent several to get no response. Finally when I was able to get a hold of someone, he sent email - i still did not get a response. As of today, i should get my refund in another 4 weeks. So in total after almost 6 months and a tremendous amount of effort on my part I am hoping to get my refund. This is a TERRIBLE way to run an business.Heather is fantastic!! Very efficient, informative & overall lovely demeanor. She does a great job of explaining things and answering questions. East scheduling and friendly office staff as well.

This garbage dumpster business convinced my wife she was precancerous for TWO YEARS.My wife came to this place for the first time about two years ago. She was told she had precancerous moles and underwent several painful operations to have them removed, resulting in large scars on her back. For the past two years, we lived in fear that the remaining moles might turn cancerous, subjecting her to the same painful treatments we had witnessed our mothers go through. Today, she called me in tears because her new dermatologist informed her that her moles were not precancerous. This institution, which I consider a mockery of medical care, utilizes their own labs instead of animpartial third party. They manipulate results, marking abnormalities where none truly exist, all to overcharge insurance companies. For two years, my wife lived in constant fear, even wearing long sleeves in Hawaii. I cannot fathom the level of sociopathy required to be complicit in such a despicablescheme. Ive never experienced such a mixture of rage and disgust in my entire life. I can only imagine any positive reviews are from either customers who have also been tricked into thinking this clown show has saved their lives, or its family and friends of the employees.

Ive had consistently awesome experiences with this clinic and with Todd, the PA who treats patients here. Todd is very knowledgeable, friendly and engaging, and somehow can do a biopsy WITHOUT ANY PAIN AT ALL! Unbelievable! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and completing forms is easy as its all done electronically. As a physician, I understand what it takes to create a great patient experience and these guys have it down. I suggested they put a sign on the door before I realized that’s how they got daily laughs….those gals are truly delightful. Todd 2.0 (the replacement) was kind and efficient. I felt as if I was in the real Disney FROZEN movie by the time my appointment was over. He’s wicked good with a canister. I love not driving to Modesto for excellent care minutes from my home!

I drove an hour each way so they could do a MHOS procedure only to be told they were setting an appointment a month and a half out to do it. This whole appointment was a joke and wasted my time and my gas. They could have just set an appointment on the phone. Would never have scheduled with them if I had known they werent going to do the procedure today, they already had my medical records.

I was just slipping into the gown when the doctor arrived. Very pleasant young man. He, too, was very thorough and direct with his plan. I highly recommend this team.

My Experience was Awesome! From the front desk, to the nurse Rosiro who roomed, my patient care was very thorough, professional and I was seen in a timely fashion. The PA-C Heather was super patient & showed empathy and concern for how she could meet my dermatology needs.PA-C Heather answered all my questions, explained procedure options to me, explain medicines and other possible treatment plans in detail.,Then devised a treatment plan that was affordable, attainable and agreed upon. Very clean and professional office, the gals up front were courteous and helpful when I had questions. The doctor and the assistant were very friendly and professional when I was going through the exam. Neither of them made me feel uncomfortable or screamed when I exposed them to my ultra pasty sun-deprived skin. In all seriousness, it was a pleasant experience and look forward to working with them again in the future.

The PA I saw was so patient listening to my concerns. He was able to quickly diagnose me and offer treatment solutions, and within about 3 weeks my condition had completely cleared. At my follow up visit the medical assistant showed me before and after photos of my skin which i thought was a really great way to show how much my condition had improved. The women at the front desk Ana and Cherilyn were also very helpful and polite. I would definitely go back in the future for any dermatology needs.

He found a bump on my arm an took biopsy cause he didn’t like the look of it an it came back skin cancer. I wouldn’t have known if he wouldn’t have found it. I was greeted professionally by the front office staff and once my paperwork was completed I was taken to an exam room almost immediately. The Medical Assistant introduced herself and we went over information Todd needed.When Todd came in he asked about any areas of concern and I pointed them out.
