This my first time seeing a Dermatologist but my impression with the front desk was amazing! This girls are so nice and helpful besides the assistant who review my information and my concerns for the reason that I was there for and the Doctor they are an amazing team to help you and guide you with all the questions an concerns. I was very satisfied with the treatment and with the care that they showed for me as patient.

There is a large parking lot with plenty of parking. It was quick and easy, all my questions were answered. The waiting room was very nice and clean. The front desk people were kind and professional. Overall it was a great experience.

Everyone was super friendly. I was embarrassed to be seen for my skin condition and had put it off for a while, but the staff and doctor made me feel comfortable and I am so happy I came here!

This is my first time at the dermatologist because I was scared to go. I don’t know why I was scared. They were so friendly and the appointment went smoothly and I had nothing to worry about. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dermatologist. Everyone was so nice.

Was my first time going. I saw him Erica Moran, the PA She was awesome kind, sweet, thorough, and made me feel better about some concerns. The staff was lovely as well. Will tell all my friends about it!

The building was really easy to find, plenty of free parking and super nice front office staff. The office is on the 3rd floor of a building that has two of the smallest elevators i have ever seen, so small infact if youre wheelchair bound i would consider making an appointment at their Santa Clarita location. The office was clean and decorated with a cheerful holiday theme. They didnt have any magazines in the waiting room but that wasnt an issue because i only had to wait 2-3 min. anyway. i had a new patient appointment with Erica Moran, PA-C and ended up needing a biopsy...she was amazing!!! Erica was quick & professional while also being informative & friendly...very gentle.

This office always goes the extra mile to make sure I can receive my skin treatments. They are such a wonderful place to care for my skin. From the helpful staff to the friendly and knowledgeable doctors, I am always happy with my care.

Very professional, clean n honest. This is for Dr Kim and her nurse assistant. I still have to go back to remove a damn wart so hopefully it wont hurt I will update after. Thank you

Doctor, nurse & front desk staff are all very professional and nice people. Unfortunately, waiting room was packed, my exam was 1/2 hour after scheduled appointment time.

Excellent service from all staff, Dr Navi was very knowledgeable, professional and nice too. Would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for all I talked to from the staff, all professional and courteous.
