First time here, we both came in for work shoes. Paid $92 for 2 pairs of shoes, they had a sale buy one get one half off plus an extra 10% at register for signing up for sketchers rewards. Beautiful scenery around the warehouse hence the pictures taken.

Store are in the side of the building. Have also a cafeteria. Sandwiches, burgers, cake, salads. Truckers can ask permission and bob tail to the store and enjoy the fancy food, get steel toe shoes or nice work boots, summer shoes for everyone in your family and also get your delicious sandwiches with coffee. Skechers is superb and comfortable shoe brand for me. I ordered shoe and sandals online at very reasonable price with same quality and color with great looks.All collection online is very trendy and saves my time for shopping. I bought 4 pairs of slip-ins in 2 different times a week ago and 1 didn’t fit well. I came back with no receipt nor box for an exchange for a wide size but wasn’t available. Araceli and Sylvia was helping for the exchange. They both were courteous, professional and helpful and especially Araceli. I was able to find a new pair that fit me. It was an absolutely no hassle exchange. Skechers should be proud to have employees like them.

Well worth a visit. Great footwear and they have a full wide and extra wide selection. Always seem to be a sale. We left with 4 pair of lovely shoes for $200. $50 per pair average..Great Value for super comfortable shoes. We gave our email address but be prepared for at least one to two emails per day. A must visit if your looking for shoes.

Clean organized store connected to the actual factory!! Crazy huge with a beautiful storefront and cafe. Come here and eat lunch and have a drink while you have your shopping experience at the Factory! So cool and we enjoyed shopping and all of the active wear and shoes available. Smiley helpful staff. Well, I already put it in once I’ll put it in twice. I do not recommend this store at all. I go into an outlet store to get sketcher shoes expecting to get some kind of discount. Their discount is paid for one shoe retail price and get the second shoe half off. The same shoe at JCPenney‘s is I could buy three shoes for what I would buy one shoe at the outlet. The prices are way too high and then I went to the clearance section and their shoes are $69 in clearance. I don’t recommend this store to anyone. It is not an outlet.

Quite a large store, located off the freeway. This is a haven for those of us who enjoy a good pair of shoes, a large selection to choose from and a clearance price. Available in the following styles; active sneakers, wide fit and work shoes. I highly recommend visiting this store. Plenty of parking space, wheelchair accessible, and has a small restaurant on the lot. They also offer free popcorn while you shop.

Out in the middle of nowhere, this building sticks out & instantly, you think - cool running shoes!! We go back around to the other side of the freeway & a short turn later, a beautiful, stately brand new Sketchers store. New to us as we dont come this way very often. Nice, open entry area, store inside was very clean & organized. Youll quickly find your section as its very bright with lots of helpful signage. The staff was so friendly, courteous & helpful, no pressure sales so to speak, you go about on your own, and make the tough decision on which ones to choose, & how many to buy. Dangerous for me 😅 who loves shoes, and never have enough of them. But then again, this is where you find quality products, be proud to wear them. So if youre around by Moreno Valley, youll spot it off I-5 East side. Stop in, its worth a stop. By the way, I found 3 pairs - 1 for running, 1- walking & 1- backup, only!👍😊

I was really looking forward to my visit to this store but was very disappointed! (I was here 5 years ago). I wear a size 12 and they had none of this size in virtually any style of mens shoes I looked at.In addition, for a factory store, the pricing was too high. Pricing appeared to be at full retail price. When you are having a sale dont force people to buy 2 pairs to get a discount! Im travelling by plane and cant pack 2 pairs of shoes.On the upside they have a huge volume of styles if your not a size 12!

Inflation has made the price of everything go up, and shoes are no exception. I came here hoping to find a pair of business casual shoes for work, but there were none in my size that I liked. The shoes I did find were posted up for $100 (average) with a sale price of $80. Sure, its 20% off, but I remember not having to pay over $80 for regular prices shoes and sale shoes were $50 tops.

Best shoe outlet I’ve ever experienced. Huge kid’s selection with a separate kids activity area. When not helping customers, workers are constantly trying to keep stock filled and the floor tidy. Don’t be surprised if your size is missing; it’s still an outlet. If you have the shoe #, they can try and find out if you can get it.

Got a good deal on two pair of shoes. Wish they carried more golf stuff. Had a super lunch at the little cafe attached to factory. Great price and excellent sandwich on grilled toast. I stopped for waterproofer and shoe cleaner. I picked a bottle from the proofer section and one from cleaner section. I didnt read the bottles as I have been driving 7 hours the other day stopping by on my way home. I got home to realize I picked up 2 of the same waterproofer! Even more sad is this place wasnt busy. They have a variety of different shoes, clothing, and accessories. Will definitely be coming back. Reception isnt the greatest inside the store, so try to open your Rewards app before you go in to make the process smoother when trying to use your reward points.

Honestly one of the worst shopping experiences ever. Came in for a pair of slip ins and saw they were having a sale buy one get one half off. So I thought I would get another pair. Went to pay and the guy checking is out said “you know they don’t qualify for the discount right?” I said no I didn’t know that since literally everywhere there are signs saying buy one get one half off. He then says “yea well you can get anything that costs more than 26 and isn’t a slip in or massage and clearance is fine”. He literally said it so fast I couldn’t understand him so I asked him again and clarified what was on sale. I went back to clearance and found another pair of shoes that weren’t slip ins or under $26. I go to pay and the guy is gone but another woman is at the desk and explains that clearance is also not allowed. I was with my partner and we both had clearly asked the guy what was and what wasn’t allowed and he said that clearance was allowed. So now I go for the third time to find a pair that’s not clearance, above $26 and not max gel or slip ins. I can’t find a pair that meets their requirements so I buy the pair I want and leave. Honestly they need to clarify their shopping experience in a way that doesn’t have people stuck in the store for hours trying to meet their requirements. There was no manager that we saw and the people running the store were disinterested. I’ve bought shoes here for years, not sure I’ll go back.

I have visited this Factory Store twice, both with the intention to purchase Shoes. Yesterday I went with the intention to purchase work boots and possibly a second pair of casual shoes. Both times I visited this Factory Store I was not impressed with the price or the quality of the shoe. Skechers to me remind me of buying a Hyundai when they first came out and the only benefit to the Hyundai was the warranty that they offered 5 years 100,000 miles. Thats all I remember the salesman kept saying it just made me not feel comfortable about the quality of the car. Skechers is the same way where theyre just selling comfort as far as soft sole shoes. That was just my experience I would suggest going seeing for yourself and seeing if your experience is any different.

Difficult to find the entrance. Google maps will send you completely in the wrong direction.Nice facility - very spacious and even has a small cafe.The only reason I neglected to give them five stars is because nearly every ‘good’ shoe they have is ‘excluded’ from most deals and discounts. Worked there in their cafe for 1 day. The work environment was pretty bad. Everyone there only speaks Spanish and they blast Spanish music in the kitchen so loud that you have to yell to communicate. They kept getting the orders mixed up and then on my first day the two people training me both left without telling me so Im there trying to cook without knowing the menu. I left after 6 hours and just walked out. Ive lived right next to the factory store for years and had never gone. Its nice and clean with a wide variety of shoe styles, I was surprised by the amount of styles. There is even a cafe in front (I didnt eat at). The presentation of the storefront was very nice and there appears to be plenty of friendly help. I would give 5 stars if the prices were sightly better and there were more stock of common sizes. In terms of price, I felt like I was shopping at a normal retail store. Its wasnt exceptional pricing (as a matter of fact, a quick Google search showed me the same sketcher shoes on Amazon for cheaper than at the factory store). Also, there was a distinct lack of size 8-8.5 shoes for men. Sizes 9-12 were in abundance. Even saw some up to 14. Wanted to give 3.5 stars.

The prices here at the store have fluctuated overtime and my family would go here before just because of the price. However I have recently gone to the store and most items now are at full price which the styles they have for men are varied, but none of them came for my size. On the other hand, there is a café next to the store and honestly is some great food to get there. I got the mac and cheese and their burgers and it was tasty especially at its price point of 7.50 dollars with free refills on their sodas that isnt coke or pepsi products. but an independent company that is nice to see. However they dont accept cash and only accept digital payment. The scenery isnt that nice in that its located on the side of the freeway and not that far from Moreno Valley, but it has a nice architecture with pool that wraps around one side of the building. It was clean, but I wouldnt say that for every visit.In general its a nice place, but the price of the clothing can be a hit or miss, but the food that is fairly priced and unique on its own it a modernistic design.

They gave me a refund going back to my credit card but I had to order the second shoe online and because they couldnt apply the original discounts I ended up paying more than what I originally paid. Heard an employee tell a couple of customers they can find it on line...I was looking for shoes for myself in relaxed fit, but most of what they carry is classic fit, which is way too tight. They have signs in the store advertising wide fit, but there was very little, except in working or office shoes. I could find none in everyday shoes. Awesome - I had only been to the Skechers store in Palm Desert which only carries a fraction of the styles available at the factory outlet store. So many styles to choose from, womens, mens, kids. I found a pair of shoes I really wanted but I could only find one box and it only had one shoe in it. One of the salespeople there checked the computer to see if they had any in stock, then walked the entire store a couple of times until she found them for me as they werent where they were supposed to be. Large selection for men and women, but not much for children. And the wide width for women is minimal at best. Good prices on everything. My biggest issue with this store are the employees. Everytime I have went in, the employees act like you are interrupting their fun time. On this trip, a young woman was assisting a man and he asked if she could look on the top shelf for his size. They were feet apart and she stopped pulling the rolling ladder over to fix her bangs and check her look in a wall mirror. The man just watched her as she did this. He was lucky though. In the past, I have asked an employee to check for my size in stock and she clearly did not want to do it by her response, so I didnt purchase those. When I went to pay for my shoes, the cashier didnt greet me, never made eye contact (she actually was looking around the store), gave me my total and that was it. I dont think Skechers management is very good to their employees and this is their way of dealing with it. My advice would be go early, get what you came for and go. Thats usually what I do.

The best place to buy Skechers! To their credit all of their employees are helpful and most of them seemed happy to be there. Everything about the location is nice. Large selection of shoes, very large!!! Staff was super friendly and the kids section was nice with popcorn to keep them entertained. The clearance section was also pretty big with a nice selection, I was even lucky enough to find some 16s.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I went in looking for a gift for my father and I was having difficulty finding the size or style, because I was looking for wide width.. an Employee by the name Of ALEX went above and beyond to help me look for what I was looking for he took his time to show me every style that was wide width in the size I was looking for, he was extremely patient with me(I’m picky) I appreciate him so much!! I am a Skecherholic. Great selection, prices and service. Even has a rolling shopping cart. Bought 7 pairs to add to the 28 I already have. My husband bought 1 pair, but going back out to buy him 3 nice casual/dress pairs for his work. This place is better than Disneyland.

Nice since they renovated and expanded. Prices arent much different if buying one pair of shoes, really benefits when buying multiple pairs and getting their buy one get one half off deals.Unfortunately my size shoe (US13) is hard to come by here.

They used to have a clearance section and a buy one get one half off. They dont have anything like that anymore. In fact, I compared the prices at this outlet to the one in the mall and the mall had better prices. Not worth driving all the way out there when they arent really an outlet store anymore.

Fun festive vibe, excellent snack shop with killer soda fountain. Food looks awesome. Will return hungry.... AMAZING selection of shoes and apparel. Some nice deals...bring a sack of money you will want to buy multiple pairs.
