Ever since David Beard, the general manager, left this company, the service has gone down the pipes! Our speed has decreased by over 70%. I HAVE LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES AND NOTHING HAS BEEN CORRECTED. I suspect that this company may have been sold to another provider. We have been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years and will likely discontinue our account due to the poor service we continue to receive! This is very upsetting as I currently need to use my Iphone hot spot that is actually faster than Siteservers connection!

I never leave reviews but my experience has been absolutely terrible! The only pleasant part was the installer himself. Unfortunately our installation is still incomplete after a 8 1/2 hour day 5 days ago! I’ve been calling daily since then to see when it will be completed but despite my numerous calls Andrew just flat out will not return my calls. All of this after paying $600+ for installation! Extremely poor customer service!

I’ve had satellite internet service for the last 2 years, and it’s so overpriced based on the minimal speeds that they offer. However, I just didn’t have any other choices for internet service providers because I live in a rural area.Well today, was a game changer! I called SiteServer because of an advertisement I received in the mail, just to find out if they had a better option. And, boy did they have one!! They answered all my questions and sent me quote within 15 minutes. After I accepted the offer, an installation appointment was made for next week. An hour later, they called me to let me know a technician was available this afternoon if it was convenient for me. By 5 pm, the equipment was installed and I was up and running with download and upload speeds as promised and then some. An hour later, they called to check-in to make sure I was satisfied with the service. This company exceeded all of my expectations, and I will definitely refer them to others. Thank you, SiteServer.

Just a note to let you know how pleased everyone is with our new internet service from Siteserver. The guys are amazed at how fast they can download architectural plans and I never realized how slow my prior service was until now!Also, thank you for the amazing job switching us over from our previous carrier- it was seamless, we barely noticed any down time. This review is based on the last 2 weeks. As a healthcare provider, weve stayed in business and experienced an issue requiring Siteserver assistance. Ive attempted multiple times to contact Siteserver. I was told twice that I would receive a call back and never did. No email response either despite multiple emails sent to them. As an essential business provider, Siteservers lack of support has left businesses like mine abandoned. Very disappointed in their lack of no response for two weeks now.

We have 2 sites hosted by Siteserver Inc. in Simi Valley CA. Both sites went down 24 hours ago. They informed us it was due to the heatwave, theyre having server issues, and the servers are not responsive. When Ive asked when they can get the sites up, they respond we dont know. Well get back to you, they cannot give any more information or estimates. the sites that are down are sites designed as part of our eCommerce platform, and have caused a significant financial loss for us. Site Server claims to have 70,000 servers, so Im not sure why theyre unable to fix this issue, or at the very least transfer us to another server, its been 24 hours.I can say that in a world with tons of hosting providers that actually guarantee 99.9% up-time, there is no excuse for downtime or communication like this. Most hosting rarely has an issue,, but when youre hosting goes down, how its responded to tells you leaps and bounds about the hosting company. I would strongly suggest everyone look elsewhere.

There are so many web hosting companies to pick from. What set Siteserver apart is they actually picked up the phone! They were able to explain every step and their in-house developer helped me publish my website quickly. I recommend their services to anyone.
