Our bed is shifting so downward from the middle after 2 or 3 yrs purchasing and we had called them many many times to solve the issue since we had purchased warranty for 10 yrs . We have a sever back pain and waiting for sit & sleep to solve our issue but no one even bothered to even call back . I called the corporate office and left many messages but nothing . Our shifted bed caused is pain and other issue . This is crazy . Why would you keep asking people to purchase warranty if no warranty In reality . I’m very disappointed and ready to take the next action if doesn’t get solve

Bought the mattress 3years ago we have a 10yr warranty our mattress is sunken in in certain parts someone came out to look so it can be replaced why are they saying its not bad enough to be replaced, so were stuck with this mattress until they decide it should be it should be replaced. Went shopping with my adult son for a platform bed and mattress. We were assisted by Larry, who could not have been more friendly and professional. The diagnostic machine gave us a good start for our mattress selection. Larry showed us mattresses in all price ranges, explaining the qualities of each. We selected the mattress and platform bed (just what we were looking for) in short order and were given a great deal. Fast and enjoyable! Highly recommended.

I spoke with Adan R. with customer service, Sit & Sleep, I explained to him that the mattress that I purchased by mistake was to firm for me, it’s a great mattress, however, I have issues with my back so I need a softer mattress, he was very understanding and helpful, he asked me to please try out the mattress for one more month because it takes a couple of months to break in and If it still doesnt work out for me, he will be able to offer me a final exchange, I agreed. Wonderful experience with phone salesperson Anita Foster! I was frizzled and at my wits end because of my experience with a twice delayed mattress order from Sears. I called just to see if they could delivery any mattress within the next 3 days. She was so helpful and ask me several questions to find out my needs and preferences. Found a mattress and set up delivery with a 3 hour window for the very next day FREE of charge!!! Plus I saved $200 and got a better mattress than I purchased from Sears. I am one happy customer. I spoke to Anita who told me they had none, but asked me to hold on and went to look thru the deliveries they were expecting. She found exactly what I needed, helped me make the arrangements and was probably the most pleasant person Ive spoken to in a week. Had a hard time finding quality bed frames. Found one online, called customer service and in under 10 minutes had it ordered and scheduled for delivery. Even better if you spend $399 or more the delivery and assembly was free. My model came with a 5 year warranty. Great customer service. Looking hood so far. Awaiting delivery.

Went in today in the morning and Larry helped my wife and I out. He listened to what we needed and within minutes showed us exactly what we needed. Process takes some time but that’s only because Larry really wants to make sure you make the right decision. Less than 30 minutes later, we found the mattress we wanted! He didn’t push us towards a more expensive mattress or anything. Larry is great and he’s the man to deal with. Loved my experience.

Wow! I called, what I thought was the store, for some help with purchasing a mattress and I was connected with Vicki who handles outside sales. Apparently if the store is busy the calls are transferred to her. My lucky night!! I actually told her what I needed in terms of a mattress and she gave me several options. She helped me find the products on their website. I was able to make the purchase over the phone using the epay. Knowing my delivery constraints she was so helpful! It was such a pleasure dealing with her...she was knowledgeable and kind... not high pressure! Im surprised there are some critical reviews. I needed a new mattress and tried my luck at this sit & sleep location. They let me take my time and go through all the mattresses they have... from firm to soft, in my price range. It was about 45 minutes before I finally found the mattress I liked. I must have asked a million questions an the salesman answered all of them. When looking for a mattress, I need something that is hypoallergenic because I am a serious believer in dust-mite irritation. The hypoallergenic beds can minimize them, so I went with that. I think I got a good deal with delivery and taking out my old mattress. The salesman took care of the paperwork and charged me. Mattress was delivered two days later on time. No issues with delivery, the guys came in and handled the mattress swap quickly and gently. I have to say that it was a good experience for me. So thank you!

John was very patient responding to my numerous questions and provided very timely responses. The next day he got on the phone and helped me select and reserve a mattress and box spring to ensure I got the Memorial Day deal since I couldn’t go to the store until Tuesday and arranged for delivery and setup. He provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable. Today I will be going to the store to check out the mattress I picked - and may have additional feedback on instore service.

Overall Unsatisfied!! Originally went in as a first timer at Sit n Sleep with the expectation of purchasing something satisfying. I tried the tempur pedic mattresses that they have on display with the controller that allows different functions on the bed. It convinced me and decided to purchase one, mind you if you try something on display with all the functions and say I want this one you would think thats what you would be purchasing. Wrong! I ended up receiving the so call Basic model. I Shannon forgot to mention they have different bases and which one we would like to purchase. Its ridiculous having to pay a high amount for something you arent completely satisfied with. Just be aware that what is on display and what you lay on might not be what you receive.

Had the easiest and best experience at Sit n Sleep in Culver City. First you lie down on the bed match so they can see what you it body needs (soft, medium, firm). We selected Sit N Sleep because of their return policy. If we were going to spend thousands of dollars on a bed, we wanted to be sure we liked it. We went through their assessment process and a few beds were recommended to us. We tried them all and settled on a $4,000 Tempurpedic bed. It has been 54 days since our bed was delivered. Their policy is to accept returns anytime from day 31-60, with a restocking fee of 20% but not to exceed $500. Or so we thought. While my husband has adjusted to the bed quite well, I only sleep for the first 3 hours I am in bed and then I wake up all night long and in the morning my body aches.... everyday. Today, I called them to arrange for looking at other options. It was then I was informed that our replacement bed must be of equal or greater value of the original, PLUS the restocking fee. If I find a bed that we like better that is less than the original, I must still spend up to the original price on other products in their store. This bit of information was never communicated to us. They were VERY clear on all other aspects of our purchase, but the must you spend the same or more PLUS the restocking fee upon return was never mentioned. It is not the restocking fee I am bother by. I completely understand the need for that. However, it seems like they are all about the profit and not really about my comfort. How can they dictate price like that without really knowing what I NEED in a bed?Be very careful if you choose to purchase here. Read all the fine print VERY VERY carefully and make sure you truly understand the processes. If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

I am 70 and handicapped. This morning at 630 am Saturday that my delivery would be here in 45 minutes. They came shortly thereafter and apologised for coming early. Yet they left my mattress on the floor. Doors to the house open and bedding left all over. The bed platform they started to deliver was black not grey. They took it.The told me to either sleep on the floor or in another room until this could be resolved.

Be very careful with this company when purchasing their mattresses. I bought some for $4000 because they were of very good quality 2 years ago this month of November. Without exaggeration, since we bought them, my husband and I wake up with back pain every day.
