I had a wonderful experience! The guys were welcoming and Brian was my sales guy. He put no pressure on me and I felt like he was really being honest with me; which is huge in a salesman.The selection was really good. I bought my first wooden bed in hopes it will stop the nightly vibrating floor from apartment below.Then they deliver it the next day AND take away the old bed!!!!! Woohoooo!

Mike was our salesperson. He was wonderful, informative, knowledgeable, upbeat, enthusiastic, welcoming, and provided a range of choices in a nice timely fashion. We didn’t feel rushed and we didn’t feel overwhelmed with all of the options Mike presented.We knew what size we wanted to purchase before we got there so our king mattress arrived today in our new space and the comfort level is beyond anything Ive ever experienced ever before. It’s a game changer for my partner and me especially for our backs🤣Delivery was nice and easy —excellent communication and they were IN and OUT quick for a Holiday weekend. I highly recommend this Weho Sit & Sleep location. Parking provided in the back.No photos bc our place is in shambles!!!

So i needed to replace my mattress and Memorial Day has big sales on mattress. For me, I thought it will take the whole day finding the right one for the right price. My mom suggested lets see sit and sleep with founded on N. La Brea that was our first stop, we encountered a salesman by the name of Mike, he was professional. He showed us different mattresses. He knew the kind of price we wanted, and then just like Goldilocks,I tried each and everyone of them. The Brooklyn bedding is what I chose. This was our second time buying a mattress at Sit n Sleep. Such a great experience once again. Brian took a lot of time walking us through the store after testing our sleep preference. He even gave us side sleeper pillows to try with each mattress so we could get the real feel of our sleep style. He was very VERY patient as we tried a ton of them and couldn’t make up our mind lol but we never felt pressured either way. Worked with our budget to get a good deal. Would highly recommend!

I recommend coming here if you are looking to buy a mattress, whether you are unsure of which one to buy or you know exactly what you want. They have a huge selection (the most out of the handful Ive visited prior to coming here) of in-person mattresses on display and ready for you to try. Brian Iribe was very helpful and knowledgeable on the list of mattresses I had in mind. He was able to recommend a few firm comfort level options within my budget, and I ended up selecting one of his recommendations. He was also able to recommend a mattress for my mom, who also ended up buying a new mattress. The mattress was delivered the following day and I am loving my new mattress. Ask for Brian!

Was positive I was only going to spend a certain amount of money, and then met Brian at the Sit n Sleep store. The manager was very helpful in the phone pre-visit and I was fortunate enough to get Brian as the sales staff. I liked the automated assessment to help me select a mattress, and appreciated the clean cover that was put down on the assessment bed. I really can’t express how amazing our experience was with Larry. First of all, we came into the store as they were closing but Larry seemed like he had had his first 5 cups of coffee for the day full of energy greeting us with a smile. He also genuinely had an excitement and a true enthusiasm to help us find our perfect bed (and I am the most indecisive human). He was transparent, honest, friendly and hilarious at the same time. He helped us take our time to find not just the most expensive mattress but what he knew would bring us the most value for what we were looking for. We got a great deal and will definitely be back. We don’t have anymore need for more mattresses but I am definitely bringing any friends or family here that may be in the market for a new bed. This was spectacular. Went to the West Hollywood store. Met Mike the store manager. He put me through the super-scientific test bed to determine what mattress I needed. Then he immediately let me sample what met those test results. You might go to Sit N Sleep for the guaranteed best deal aka the radio commercial, but these people know what they are doing. They literally have the largest inventory of all kinds of mattresses. That is why you should go here. To get the best mattress. We are 6-Days Post-Black Friday but they honored those prices. They gave me a an additional 10% military discount just for seeing my Colonel Tie Clasp. (I proudly showed him my ID card.) Mike knew more about beds, mattresses and the science of sleeping than anyone that I have ever met. This is the only place you should go for mattresses. Larry Miller what a great store and company that you have built.

I had a great experience working with Brian when ordering from the store. My order was a little bit complicated since I was ordering from out of state for a delivery to a property in West Hollywood so it involved multiple addresses and time zones. In addition, I had a lot of questions with multiple phone calls before making a final decision and Brian patiently answered all my questions clearly and accurately regarding the product itself to the delivery process. Lastly, I had a request regarding delivery, and he was upfront with me informing me that while he couldnt guarantee the request, he would do everything he could to make sure everyone received the correct information and to see if the request could be granted. It started with Mike’s knowledge and understanding about how people should choose a mattress, and extended into his patience as we spent hours trying them all. That patience was tested even more when the purchase process required some back and forth with my bank, and he stayed past his shift to help out.Later in the week the mattress was due to arrive, but the delivery truck couldn’t fit into our driveway. I called Mike and he jumped into action, re-scheduling our delivery the next day with a smaller truck. Peter J was a HUGE help, so genuinely kind, and didn’t feel overly sales-y at all (which is why Ive avoided going in-person in the past).
