What a pleasant customer service experience at Fullerton Sit ‘n Sleep! Robert was very friendly and professional. He was genuinely interested in accommodating customer’s needs. Ronald Gonzalez is our guy when it comes to buying a mattress! He helped us buy our first mattress several years ago and weve bought our 2 bed frames and another mattress since then! He always goes the extra mile to make sure we have everything from beginning to end. If I ever have an issue, I know I can call him and hell take care of it. I also appreciated that the Fullerton location was very kid friendly and didnt mind that our children was trying out the mattresses with us! We will be back the next time we need to buy a bed!

I bought a king coil mattress in may and Robert helped me decided between the tempur luxe and the king coil. He let me try them out in the store for 10 mins each. I got the foundation that moves up and down. The delivery guys brought it in and set it up in 15 mins and they took the old one.

Walked in with basic knowledge about beds. Never purchased a bed for myself. My fiancé and I have been talking about upgrading our bed. Tonight we walked in and met Robert. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided us with all the information we needed. I am so glad he allowed us more than enough time alone to roam and test out multiple beds. When I confronted him about a different model that was online, he informed me of the differences. I found this very helpful. We have been to other stores and ended up walking out stressed because the sales person watched us like a hawk. I am so glad Robert helped us. We even bonded over having chocolate laboradors. We went to this store knowing we were going to buy a bed but didn’t know there’s so many choices, that’s where Robert Cueva comes in. He showed us different options, talked to us about them, and recommended some. He then left us alone to talk about what we liked and gave us our time to decide. He wasn’t pushy like other salespeople and once we made our decision he didn’t try to change it. It was a great experience because we ended buying something that exceeded our expectations and we decided on based on the information Robert provided us. If we know anybody that needs a new bed we’ll send them over to Robert so he can help them as well.

My husband and I had an awesome experience . Frank took a lot of time with us trying out different beds since my husband had back surgery we needed a good quality bed that was comfortable for him as well as me. He spent well over a hour with us and explained the difference in each bed. We got an awesome deal. Needed a bed after having the same basic hybrid non adjustable base for over 10 years. Normally I am indecisive and nervous about the possibility of an environment similar to a car dealership. This experience was no where near that! Smooth and respectful, Robert Cueva gave us the kindness, professionalism, and patience I prayed for. And to blow it out of the water was his knowledge of every single detail from mattress type, adjustable base differences, firmness, and the warranty offered with and with out the additional warranties. If you’re really looking for a bed that will bring you a peaceful sleep, don’t start at price. Lay down first and go from there. I spent 2 hours in this store and laid down on 3 mattresses. I know that I will go back to this store and seek Robert C. Again when needed.

I bought a mattress about 8-10 weeks ago at a different Sit N Sleep, different county. I bought what I really thought my body needed based on my previous mattresses. It felt great for the time I tested it in the stores. I researched the mattress online as well. But after the first 2 days sleeping on it, it caused me a great deal of pain. I was bound and determined to make it work but I was REALLY hurting badly. I honestly didnt know what to do. So I added some really thick blankets on top of the mattress to see if it was me or the mattress. To my amazement I woke up the next morning barely hurting. The pain I had before the padding had become unbearable. Now what?I went to Sit N Sleep in Fullerton (I had recently moved there). When I walked in I felt like there was no hope. Then I met Robert Cueva. I asked him question after question. What about this or that, I think I need this for this reason or that for a different reason. What if...He had me try several mattresses, based on what I could afford. Then he asked me to go to Brea, a larger store which had 2 or 3 other models he didnt have. It wasnt far. I didnt look at the price at first, I just wanted to see how they felt. I tried them out, going back in forth for at least an hour or more. The one mattress that was the most expensive exchange I tried last. It was softer, like lying on a cloud. Amazing. Could this really be the one? As an adult Ive always slept on a firm or hybrid mattress. Im quite a bit older now, bad back and neck. To me, firm seemed the obvious choice. Soft had to be bad. Surely soft cant be supportive, therefore moderately firm to firm had to be the right choice but it clearly wasnt.I called Robert as I headed back to Fullerton asking a ton of questions. He never ever seemed annoyed and he was always able to answer my questions. You can tell he knows this business well. I made my decision and went with the softer mattress. It still seems odd that firm is the wrong choice after all the years I slept on them, but it clearly is for me now. With this mattress choice, even though it is softer, at least while testing it, I still felt the support I need.Robert helped me get the mattress I need. As I was leaving I looked at him and asked you knew I would choose the softer one didnt you? He nodded yes.I want to thank you Robert for your kindness, patience, knowledge and enormous customer service! You are a very humble person and really care about finding the best mattress for each person that comes in. You also have heart. Robert...you are absolutely awesome. Fred Powell helped my 22 year old Son order the Nectar mattress after trying it out in the store, my Son has been not happy with the mattress we had purchased from Costco about 6 years ago and had heard Nectar Mattress was the way to go. Hes an athlete and needs a good nights sleep. After laying on it for sometime in the store he was ready to order. Its guaranteed for a full 365 days and you get a mattress pad and sheet set and two pillows with purchase, added bonus. The sheet bundle is really nice and not sure of the thread count but I am very particular and these feel wonderful. It was quick, easy and I am very pleased with our experience. It was delivered in less than 24 hours and the guys who delivered were wonderful as well. They helped with the mattress we were replacing which I was giving away and they wrapped it quickly in the plastic the new mattress came in, so it would stay clean for the person we are donating the mattress too. Shopping for a mattress can be a major pain followed immediately by buyers remorse. Working with Floyd brought that down dramatically. He was friendly, knowledgeable and never tried to “up sell” me on a mattress I couldn’t afford. He tolerated my pointless stories and even gave this guy a pity laugh when attempting to tell a joke. I have no complaints about me experience...minus the fact that I just shelled out a bunch of money. I guess writing a solid review for a solid experience makes the the lighter wallet worthwhile. Thanks for the help, Floyd. Enjoy my money while I enjoy my mattress.

Amazing customer service. Came in just to look but came out with a mattress. Larry is wonderful, he assisted us and walked us through the whole process. He is very attentive and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured into buying anything we didnt want. Everything was reasonable and overall a great experience. Thank you Larry.

If you’re into being educated about products, nice, no-pressure sales associates with great dad jokes then Sit n Sleep isyiur store!!!! When we arrived, Floyd the manager popped onto the sales floor eager to help us, but also gave us the space and time we needed to talk to each other about what we were looking for. Floyd went above and beyond and was able to get us the bed we wanted and stayed within our budget. I can’t wait for someone to ask me for a mattress referral so I can send them to Floyd and they can relish in the same great experience we had!! Thank you Floyd!!

We shopped today in the Fullerton store, not certain whether we should have started somewhere else first. Javier Villalpando, Store Manager made that concern melt away. He was so helpful, making sure we tried several mattresses and different pillows. We walked away thrilled with our purchase. My wife and I would not hesitate to return to Javiers store the next time we need to shop bedding. Thank you Javier!
