Ive been coming here for years. We buy all of our mattresses and sometimes bed frames from this location, and we are always satisfied. The customer service is great, and the representatives are always helpful and very knowledgeable.Highly recommended. Our latest purchase in photo.

I found myself in the position of buying a bed for someone other than myself so me testing the different mattresses wasn’t going to work. Amanda Miller was amazing. She not only walked me through all the options, but also took the time to discuss with me the other person’s needs, physical characteristics, likes, etc. so that together we were able to select the right bed. I would definitely recommend her and look forward to working with her again. Thank you.

Amanda Miller, remember that name!!! She is so amazing, genuine and welcoming. Amanda catered to our needs more than we did ourselves, we were just going to buy any mattress but she asked us a few questions to better understand what mattress what actually needed to compensate along with what we wanted. Me and my lady didn’t want to leave the store that’s how awesome Amanda was and is, she is cool to talk to and be around. I went to look for a bed with my mom, who is disabled .Amanda, the sales person, was so accommodating and really listened to what her needs were. She was a delight to work with and would recommend her highly. I’ve been to other sleep stores, where you didnt find the knowledge, nor the customer service that I got from Sit And Sleep with Amanda.

Fantastic experience shopping for a mattress. When my partner and I initially came in to shop, we prefaced to Amanda that we were not ready to buy, but had some questions. Still, she assisted us thoroughly and answered all our questions. She even invited us to try a mattress quiz. We felt very welcomed by her, and thus came back to make the purchase when we were ready. Amanda helped us checkout and continued to check in, answering our questions and giving thorough instructions. All in all, she made it a wonderful experience.

Amanda, our sales rep was extremely helpful and patient as we looked for a mattress for my father-in-law who has really bad back pain. Her expertise guided us to the best mattresses to support his back and we finally found a winner. Amanda didn’t try to push us to the most expensive mattresses either and kept our budget in mind. However we ended up with a more expensive option based on what my FIL found most comfortable. Overall, great experience and customer service. Highly recommend!

This is an easy one. Like most of you out there buying a bed is that not something we do every day I walked into the show room, and I admit I was intimidated seeing all those beds. It was like walking into a car dealership and not knowing what car I wanted to buy. Amanda was very busy that day. She was being slammed and everybody was in a hurry to get her attention. She took her time and was really patient with me. She made the process fun and believe it or not I felt confident when I walked out that afternoon I had purchased the right bed. That night I slept great. I really want to thank Amanda for her patience to answer my dumb questions and she made the process easy for me. Buying a bed is a bit stressful and it can be intimidating. I’d recommend Sit ‘n Sleep to anyone looking to get a bed. After 24 years sleeping on the same bed it’s like a new world for me now. Thank you and thank Amanda very much. Delivery was fast with only one hiccup which Amanda corrected quickly (wrong size cover for mattress). Alex Muro helped my husband and I during our visit to the Tarzana Sit n Sleep yesterday. It was our first visit to s store to shop for a new mattress for our bedroom. We didn’t anticipate making a decision that day. Just wanted to look. Alex greeted us as soon as we walked in, and immediately gave us personalized attention. He even waited patiently as we set up our son with his iPad (so that we can focus on the shopping process). He showed us mattresses that were suitable for us and within our price range. He even gladly showed us a couple of clearance mattresses, as we requested. He was a good sales person, offering add-ins like a power he’d but without being too pushy. He seemed sincere, very knowledgeable, friendly and nice. We walked out with a new mattress (to be delivered tomorrow) and a positive shopping experience.

I purchased a Sealy Brennan Queen mattress. I wanted firm. Alex the store manager lied to me and told me the Brennan only comes in soft. WRONG The Brennan Hybrid Queen comes in Soft, Medium, and Firm. He wanted to continue to lie about his lie and finally he said goodbye. Sit n Sleep at the Tarzana store only caries the Brennan in Soft which I did not want because I have a bad back. He tried to tell me that Soft is the best mattress for a bad back WRONG - Firm is the best mattress for a bad back Alex wants to say I heard him incorrectly - I DID NOT. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Walked in and was greeted by salesperson Doug Lunsford. He gave me and my boyfriend the full treatment -with the technical bed assessment. I told him exactly what I wanted, my price range, and he immediately directed us to all the best options. I tried about about five different mattress, but one stuck out the most to me and remained in my price range - so thats the one I chose. He answered all my questions and informed me about all warranties, etc. My bed will be delivered this week with haul away included. This was my first time at a real mattress store. Have embarrassingly bought all previously online - from a box. But as I get older, and my back gets more painful - I was ready for this investment. I was happy to walk in and out with ease AND quickly. I feel confident in my choice, and was pleasantly surprised by Dougs help and kindness. Highly recommended. I understand mistake happens, but I am upset about the lack of communication and customer service.There was no call from the drivers and no call from the warehouse to reschedule the delivery. I really didn’t know much about the actual technology involved into making and testing mattresses until i walked into the store. I spent some time and learned a lot during my visit which made it very simple to pick out the right comfortable mattress. Since I’m a hot sleeper I left with an infinity hybrid cool luxury mattress. This was a great experience. Freddy helped me and first showed me the mattress I came in asking about, then had be check out the “bed match” machine that measures how I lie in bed and sleep, then gives a suggestion on what mattress is right for me. The very next mattress that Freddy showed me was the perfect one (and I had tried out several after that and kept coming back to that one). The purchase went smoothly, however, it went down hill from there.We requested a morning delivery.The automated system called and scheduled an evening delivery.I called the store and their response was “we have no control over delivery times”.As it turned out, we finally took delivery by changing my schedule.We had purchased an adjuster for the new bed and when we lifted the foot of the bed, it bent right where my knees are.It stayed in the upright position in the showroom.I have survived two DVT’s (blood clots), one behind each knee and cannot take a chance on a recurrence.As it turned out, even though we purchased a soft mattress, the new one was much firmer.We went to the showroom to try to find a solution to the issues and encountered a very rude salesperson.Hi answer to the firmness of the mattress was to have my children jump on it.My wife, Freda, ways 105lbs and there was no way for her to break it in.Her answer to the jumping idea was “that’s stupid” meaning the idea.The salesperson said “are you calling me stupid?”.When I interjected that she was saying the idea, not he was stupid, he got up walked away and said to me “I’m not talking to you “ he repeated that when I asked for his name.The manager, Freddie, did his best to rectify the situation.The adjustment feature would be picked up and substituted with a box spring.The installation crew discovered the one of the posts to the headboard had been broken by the previous installation crew when they installed the adjustable bed.Since the bed was not supported by the built in support from the bed frame, we had no idea that it had been damaged.Since, it is part of the support for the box spring, I put the splintered pieces and horizontal dowels from the headboard in place and the installer put heavy duty clear tape to act as a temporary repair.The bed is made by Hendridon so it was a quality product.I called corporate and some named Evan was to call us regarding this incident.They said that would be within 72 hours.That was two weeks ago.I define 72 hours as three business days.Perhaps, the company has a different definition.I cannot and will not suggest this company to anyone.To the contrary, I will share our experience as appropriate.Dr. Evan R.
