I have bought two beds at Sit n sleep and it has always been a positive experience, but today, Sharon helped my mom and I with the best experience I’ve ever had. She was so warm and personable, and so helpful. She thought of all of the nice additions that we would have grown (sheets - because it’s a different size than we had in the past), a wonderful pillow that really suits my mom’s physical limitations and challenges. A great experience, and I heartily recommend this branch and Sharon.

My partner and I started our mattress search here and their technology matched us with a type of mattress that we needed. We tried out many mattresses and Rafael was very patient and helpful answering all of our questions. We found one that we liked but couldnt commit until shopping around more. We went to three other mattress stores but we had to come back to get the hybrid infinity with an adjustable base. The delivery was prompt and ready in minutes. We are so pleased with the entire mattress buying experience. Now time to get some much deserved deep sleep. Thank you Rafael!

Just moved to Torrance and my wife and I needed a bed. I first went in earlier and Ralph walked me through the beds. He was informative and not pushy. He wasn’t trying to spend all of my money just relaxed and patient. Fast forward later that evening I brought my wife by and I didn’t tell her what bed I chose so Relph went through the same thing with her. In the end, we both chose the same bed and got a great deal. Needed a queen mattress and normally would get 3 quotes from different places. My first stop was at Sit ‘n Sleep in the city of Carson. My wife and I were greeted by the store manager Rafael Ruiz. Rafael was the perfect person to help us out. He was not pushy at all and made our experience very easy. We ended up making the purchase on the spot. He explained each mattress and was very respectful and easy to speak with. Worst experience ever Going thru warranty with a mattress. These people make it so hard and almost impossible for your mattress to be covered under warranty. They come out with all these dumb excuses just for them not to cover it. Now I wish I wouldnt have ever bought anything from here. Wouldnt recommend any mattress from here as they wont last long. People do your research before buying here its not a good store.

My wife and I came in on a random Wednesday evening with sore backs and bags under our eyes from the lack of sleep on our terrible mattress. Rafael welcomed us with open arms and knew exactly what we needed. We needed to lay on the test bed to see what type of mattress we needed. In a few minutes we got told what type of mattress we needed and Rafael again being the amazing man he is guided us to the perfect mattress for us. He was knowledgeable about every mattress I tried to take a nap on in store after we selected our mattress he hit us with a surprise… cooling sheets!!! The warranty on the sheets and mattress are incredible look into it then he hit us with another razzle dazzle the pillow from purple and just as we thought it was done he sprinkled an amazing price on top of the amazing service. This man is top tier when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend to come to this sit and sleep so Rafael can get you what you need. If we ever decide to renew our vows Rafael has a serious running to be my best man.

After a couple attempts with trying to work with a store near my home with bad customer service, I called Sit N Sleeps amazing customer service and was told I could visit another store for a warranty exchange. Well, I was so happy that I did because I had the most wonderful experience with Ralph Ruiz at the Carson store. Wow, Im looking g at all the great reviews & hope this is the case when the inspection of my mattress is complete. Investing thousands of dollars on a mattress is not my norm, and for that amount of money, I expect to get what I paid for. The mattress that was delivered to me is much softer & sinks in way more than the mattress on display, and they get softer with time, and the expensive pillow I invested in as well, does not go well with the softness of this mattress as it did with the display mattress, all bad for my situation. Im pregnant and now have to sleep on a mattress thats not what i expected for 12 days (about 1/2 the 30 days trial period from day of delivery & all the phone calls in between) waiting for for an inspection of the mattress.I was told I would receive a call to schedule delivery, and instead of speaking with a human, I received a recorded message with a prescheduled delivery time window that did not work with my schedule. I made arrangements for someone to be home, so I was not there for the delivery, and came home later to find the mattress is not what I expected/like the one in the showroom.Sit n Sleepshope is to help our customers create a bedroom that is a refuge from the stresses of daily life and to help everyone enjoy sweet dreams of their own, and this has not been my experience so far.My hope is that they get it rightTBC...

All of the staff were extremely knowledgeable on all of their inventory. We were helped by Robert and he was really helpful and patient, we really couldnt have asked for a better experience. We were there for hours 2 days in a row because we wanted to make sure that we got the absolute best mattress and I never once felt pressured or rushed by any of the staff. We did shop around an find places with cheaper priced mattresses but the service is not the same and their staff was no where near as knowledgeable. Rob was able to meet us at a price point that we felt comfortable with and at the end of the day we got a GREAT deal.

As soon as my sister and I walked through the door, we were welcomed by Robert and asked what style of beds we loved sleeping on.He gave us a protective sheet and showed up 2 soft style beds, one with springs and the other memory foam.After I gave him a description of a hotel bed that you never want to get out of, he took me straight to my dream bed and I didn’t want to get up!
