🤩 Mark is absolutely fantastic at his job! I Called over the phone to ask for a mattress and he was so kind and nice that I ended up in the store in an hour time. He literally showed me every single mattress they had and I felt like he was loving and breathing for his job. Such a great feeling to have when shopping for something important. Now I’ve got a great mattress that I love and I am forever grateful to him!

10/10 would recommend. Mark, our Salesperson, was fantastic. This was a large purchase as we were looking for two identical cal king mattresses and adjustable frames which aligned perfectly to put them next to each other and create one big super bed From my initial call to the store, to our visit, to coordinating financing, to delivery and setup, it was a top tier experience. The Bed Match technology was fun to experience and helped my fiancé and I begin our shopping experience with an understanding that we had very different firmness requirements. In the end, we got a fantastic deal (Memorial Day sale + Mark really sharpening his pencil), had an excellent experience, and are very happy with our purchase.

A very large showroom of beds.I was extremely impressed with Diego Trujilio. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. And best of all, there was no “hard sell.” Even when I made it clear I wasn’t going to buy that day, he answered all my questions and was very patient.I went back the next day to make my purchase… and I’m extremely happy with my new mattress and adjustable base!

Having never been mattress shopping before, this was a much easier experience than expected! My fiancé and I walked into the store with no clue where to start, but we were quickly greeted by one of the salesmen named Mark and was totally taken care from start to finish. Since I hate shopping, I was surprised & delighted to have such an easy & pleasant experience trying out new beds at Sit & Sleep in Studio City. My Sleep Consultant Ken was an absolutely charming, soft-spoken gentleman, who was able to patiently answer all my questions & show me exactly the kind of bed & low price I was looking for. He was still really nice when I told him I also wanted to go to another store a couple blocks away to see if their competition had anything better. I came back to Sit & Sleep within 20-30 minutes & was more than happy to order my new bed from Ken. Sit & Sleep accommodated my delivery schedule & haul away my old mattress & boxspring, metal frame & foam pad for a reasonable $70 delivery fee & the required $10.50 recycling fee. I have to say these were some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to do business with from Ken to Joe, who called to verify they had the right address & delivery date. He said Id get a call the night before to give me a 3-hour window for delivery the next morning. I got another call when they were 10 minutes away & also a call from Eguardo & his co-worker as they arrived with my bed. They too were as nice as could be & even put my zippered allergy cover on my mattress before lifting it onto my bed frame. From start to finish all was smooth & easy & an absolute pleasure doing business with Sit & Sleep in Studio City! Turns out I forgot I bought my last bed over a decade ago at a Sit & Sleep in a different location where I was living at the time. I highly recommend them.

Loved this experience. I’ve been sleeping on an air mattress and needed to buy a real one asap and decided to stop by in to check some out and left with more than I expected to. Joe the store manager went into great detail about the type of mattress that would benefit me and had me take a test in store that would narrow down the type of mattress I needed specifically formatted to me. I thought this would be some type of sale pitch but it actually ended up helping so much and was accurate about the type of mattress I needed! Joe was very patient and kind in helping me choose the best type of mattress for my needed and was honest about what would work and what wouldn’t. I needed a few days to think about it and shopped around a few other places but it just didn’t compare to the experience I had at this store or with Joe. The other stores were more concerned about making a sale as to where here they actually cared about your specific needs and finding a mattress that would suit them. In the end I made my purchase at this store with Joe and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I definitely recommend Sit N Sleep and Joe for your future mattress purchases. My wife and I have been searching for a replacement mattress for our 9 year old one and went back to Sit n Sleep where we originally purchased it. The manager Justin C. was extremely helpful and walked us through the warranted process on our old mattress and helped us get into a new mattress. Unfortunately we had trouble sleeping on the new mattress and Justin helped us with the exchange and made the process seamless. We are very grateful for the time and courtesy Justin has extended to us. We have had a great experience dealing with Justin at the Studio City SitnSleep store. We purchased a split king bed there about 6 months ago, but only recently got a headboard for it. To attach the headboard required special brackets, so I called Justin to ask him about it. He not only was able to provide me with the brackets, but arranged to send two technicians to our home to do the installation. This is not something we could have done ourselves, as it was a fairly complex procedure. Ricardo and.William did a great job, and our bed looks beautiful! The customer service at this store--from sales to installation to follow up--has been superb! We really appreciate this kind of excellent customer service, as it is not easy to find.

Wayne was awesome! I loved the sleep test he had my boyfriend and I do in the beginning of our visit. I walked into the store and the sales person, Kat, allowed me to come in, take a look around and then approached me and asked if she could help me. It was a pleasure to not be pressured. She listened to what I was looking for and then described to me the different types of mattresses. She then led me to the Bed Match diagnostic system that matches you with the mattresses best suited for your body type and sleep position. Kat brought me to each mattress I was matched with, describing the brand, type and construction, etc. She asked me to lay down for as long as I liked, leaving me alone to assume my “sleep position”, but always keeping an eye on me for when I would sit up or if I had a question for her. Kat is extremely knowledgeable, knowing every product she introduced me to. She answered all of my questions, gave me room to go back and forth between mattresses and never pressured me for a decision. I chose the mattress I wanted, asked her about the pillows, and after her answer, I asked her to include 2 in my purchase. She offered the mattress protector and cover, telling me what it does and why it’s a good idea. She gave me a discount on the cover and included covers for my pillows. I made the purchase and look forward to my mattress and pillows being delivered. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Kat. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a quality mattress from a quality store with a high quality sales person who will handle you with courtesy and respect.

We were pleasantly surprised with our experience at Sit n Sleep. Our salesperson, Kat Allin, was very helpful, having us start with the stores space age bed measurement and comfort system. Once it had determined what type of bed we needed (firm), she showed us matching beds. These beds were way above our price range so we asked about less expensive ones. She took us upstairs and showed us some options. She left us to talk to other customers, checked on us every once in a while, and once we had chosen the bad we wanted, she helped us with bed covers and pillows. The best part? My partner and I went to Sit n Sleep about a year ago and tried a few mattresses. We were taken with the Sherwood Dunlopillo mattresses, but were just shopping and not ready to buy. We went back two weeks ago and we were helped by Peter Jenkins, who was very helpful without being pushy or hard sell at all. Unfortunately, the Sherwood Sanctuary mattress that we liked from before was no longer for sale there, but Peter offered to special order it for us, and we thanked him, but went on to visit 3 other stores in the area before going back to Peter and buying the Sherwood mattress on special order. He gave us a great deal, was never aggressive or pushy, and we left totally happy. We took delivery of the bed today and its wonderful. We couldnt have asked for a more perfect bed for us. They are great. I went in to the store very confused after looking online for a new mattress. I was greeted right away by Peter. I told him how I was confused and he told me he would explain everything to me. He went over the different types of mattresses and then put me on a test bed where I answered a survey. After I was done, the machine told me the best firmness for me. I was a red firm. Peter showed me the different options and was patient with me while my son and I tried the multiple beds. After going back and forth I decided to go with a Technogel Armonia gel mattress. It is being delivered tomorrow and I cannot wait. Although I had no intention of getting an adjustable bed he kept pulling out those remotes and showing me, without a word, how beneficial being able to raise my head or my legs would be on my joints. Since the whole reason I was getting a new mattress was because of my achy joints upon waking it dawned on me he was doing me a favor. After choosing a mattress I realized it would be irrational not to take advantage of what I always thought was silly technology. His no pressure sales allowed me to overcome my objections myself. I realized that taking pressure off my joints, especially my hips, would make my mornings much more pleasant. I had visited a few mattress stores on the weekend but Sit n Sleep was the only store that could deliver my new bed right away. The other stores all had a two to three week delivery time due to COVID. So glad I went in. I don’t generally write reviews, especially long ones, but obviously, this one is deserved.

The delivery of the mattress was a nightmare. I told the salesman when i bought the mattress that i had 3 flights of narrow steps and they need to have 4 people. I know its doable since you delivered my old mattress 10 years ago. Three men showed up and said they couldnt do the delivery with just the 3 of them. Kat gave us a great deal over at the studio city location! Very affordable. I really liked the technology they use to analyze what type of mattress fits your body best. Def recommended if you’re looking for a mattress.

I wont lie, the mattress we ended up with is very comfortable. That being said, the experience of buying it wasnt great. We felt very pushed towards the more expensive models, despite saying several times we liked a cheaper one. And they were very big on the upsell for the mattress protector and ventilation boards. As it turns out we dont actually need the ventilation boards, and their return policy for everything but mattresses is no-returns. So, next time Ill probably be going online.

The experience at the sit n sleep in studio was very high quality. Starting with finding out the exact customized support that I need for my body when it comes to a bed. My partner and I were helped by Wayne Hargraves who not only showed us a variety of beds but was also very knowledgeable about everything related to choosing a bed. Wayne also made sure to ask for our price range which helped me make my purchase. Sit n sleep also was the only mattress store that I went to that had a great safety policy in terms of COVID-19 by not only having hand sanitizer but bed covers for customers to lay on beds. I look forward to using my purchase mattress and bed frame for years to come.

The salesman (Dave) was very pleasant to deal with and very well versed regarding the “world of fine mattresses”. He made the whole process easy for both my wife and I. We highly recommend Dave to anyone interested in the purchase of a mattress that will meet their specific needs.

Extremely friendly, laid back,fully answers questions and the place/beds were clean. My wife and I dreaded the up coming bed shopping experience. This was our first stop(word of mouth and Woody Show) and should of just stop here. This location was friendly(shout out to Wayne Hargaves). Wayne was laid back showed us the sleep technology test a few beds after the results what to look for and lets us explore the store plus answered all questions we had even returned email prominently. Like I said we should of just stayed here but we looked at other places which had dirty stained beds, creepy salesmen hovering there while were laying down asking odd questions and not really answering questions the we asked. So I highly recommend this Sit N Sleep!
