Peter was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and did not put unnecessary pressure of me. Peter was very respectful of my budget and my space/time while I considered different mattress options. He was approachable and available to help me out with anything I needed and was able to answer all of my questions. I really feel like Peter worked hard to give me a good deal too. Overall, this was an excellent shopping and buying experienced and Id highly recommend my friends and family to visit Peter at the Sit N Sleep Agoura location.

We expected to deal with a lot of pressure to buy a mattress but we needed a new one so decided to just go. We were very much surprised. Marshall, our salesman, was pleasant and very helpful. We found the perfect mattress almost immediately along with an adjustable base. Looking forward to many nights of restful sleep!

I have not shopped for a mattress in over 10 years so I was very insecure about what is out there now, saying that I was so happy about all the info the salesman was able to give me on EVERY brand out there, not to mention that they had every brand out there. I found what I needed & they took care of EVERYTHING for me including showing me how to change the sheets because I bought an adjustable type split king bed! Very satisfied & going back later this year to replace my guest room queen bed.

Peter the salesman at the Agoura Hills store was excellent in every way. The choices available were many and the mattress we purchased was in stock and would be delivered the next day. We received 2 pillows and a protector with the $300 free bonus and also bought a set of sheets. Very pleasant experience all around. I was anxious about mattress shopping on my own… what kind should I get? How much should I be spending? What types of warranties or guarantees should be included? Freddy made these types of questions easier for me to know and answer and I felt like he was conscientious of my wants and budget, and wasn’t high pressure at all. Often as a solo woman when you’re making a high priced purchase you feel like you’re being misled or pushed into something but it didn’t feel that way at all.Delivery is scheduled for later this week, so hopefully that will be an as pleasant experience as in store! I initially came into the store to test out beds so that I could go and purchase online but my salesman Freddy was so knowledgeable, so personable and professional, that I was convinced to buy the bed directly from him. This was my first time visiting a Sit ‘n Sleep. I was greeted promptly upon arrival by Robert, the sales person. He was patient and accommodating in helping me find a mattress and foundation that suited my preferences. I ordered my mattress on a Saturday and it was delivered on a Sunday. I only have one concern, there was a charge on my invoice for $21 for a recycle fee, although I didn’t have anything to recycle or take away. I tried reaching out to Robert regarding the charge, but have not gotten a response yet. I’ll check with customer service.

Awful customer service. Salesman didn’t tell me on an adjustable bed need to flip the mattress. Someone came out to look at the mattress and said it was dirty. They claimed they took a picture when delivered the mattress. Don’t remember them doing that. Made me feel guilty. I put a mattress protector as soon as I got. We spent 3 hours picking out a mattress at the Agora Hills location with Marshall. We paid for delivery but when they arrived they refused to deliver because we had a two story house. It was our first time in a Sit-n-Sleep. Stay away from this place. We bought a mattress here less than 1.5 years ago. Spent $4,400 on a what they said to be the top mattress on the market with 10 year warranty. The mattress worked for the first 6 months, after that it started sinking in on one side. SitnSleep doesn’t provide warranty and sends you to the manufacturer that may or may not answer their phones. After long back n forth, they sent an inspector who immediately saw a dip in the mattress as soon as he entered the bedroom. Aireloom said that the imprint is not at 1.5’’ per their warranty card. I am a 135 lb person and my husband’s side who is closer to 200 lbs doesn’t have the same dip. Clearly there is a structural issue. They refused to do anything about it and Sit N Sleep Gad an audacity to offer to sell me a new mattress!Stay away!!! They don’t stand behind their product or their words.

He was very helpful with well knowledge about their products and explained to me in details. His service was excellent. When I got home try to vision with the bed that I took the picture. It seems not working well with my room. I purchased three bed sets and gave them instructions for delivery and that I had to meet them at the address of delivery. I was called and a message was left at 6:30am for a 7:30 am delivery, which I did not listen to till 9:30am . I did not get the call to confirm the delivery but they showed up and no one was there of course. I called the delivery department and told them I gave clear and sound instructions and that I had to be contacted personally before delivery so I could meet them but the left hand was not listening to the right hand for some reason. the way they handled it after the fact is completely unprofessional and amateurish . Fast and knowledgeable... do your research before going.. Make a list of what you want in your bed and in your base. (Adjustable, massage, USB ports ect.) Robert was great. We got done with everything in like that 30 mins.

My husband and I decided to get a new bed for Christmas. We went to the Sit & Sleep store in Agoura. John greeted us as we walked in and was very helpful . We basically knew what we liked and with his expertise we had everything wrapped up in under an hour.We will receive the bed in 2 days and they take the old bed. It was a pleasure shopping at Sit & Sleep.

Easiest mattress shopping Ive ever done. Go in, let the fancy machine analyze you and tell you which mattress color (read: firmness) you need, then wander the store and test out the various mattress at various price points that match your color until you find the one you like. Delivery (at the moment, at least) is quicker than Amazon. COVID-19 precautions (pillow covers, partial sheet of some sort to lay over the mattress) seem reasonable, too.
