We had been searching for a new bed and the associate Chris was very helpful! He helped us choose an adjustable bed that focused on both of mine and my spouses needs. He took us through a process of finding out which firmness both of us required based on our body types. I would highly recommend him for your mattress needs!!

I walked in just looking for a new mattress to feel it before I ordered online and was greeted by Raymond who was very friendly. I was thinking of getting the same bed I had before but its an older style thats been discontinued. I saw the newest version and he also showed me their latest bed matching technology that asks you a few questions on a screen and then you quicky follow the instructions which is basically just laying down on in your sleeping position on a bed. It changed everything and helped me tremendously . (It works) I almost fell asleep on 2 mattresses that were the type it recommended. Well I left with a new mattress, adjustable base, and great pillows designed for back and side sleepers like me. Raymond is very patient, doesnt rush at all, and answered all my questions without hesitation. Excellent service and price matching guaranteed! Their prices are already good 👍

This was our first time purchasing from Sit n Sleep and overall it was a positive experience. Causette (the salesperson) was helpful. The store has a good selection and the mattress that we choose was in stock and delivered the very next day which was great. The only reason why I didnt give a 5-star review was because I felt Causette was a bit short with her answers and I sensed she was getting frustrated & rushed with answering all of my/our questions. I would have preferred someone that was a bit more genuinely patient with the process of making a big item purchase. We felt as if we were bothering her with the questions. I would recommend purchasing from sit n sleep because they price match, are a family owned business and have been around for decades.

I went to Sit ‘n Sleep with my fiance not really expecting to leave with a new mattress that day, just browsing for a future purchase. When we entered the store we were greeted warmly by the manager Causette, who asked us thorough questions about what we were looking for and gave us time to browse. We tried the Bed Match, as we were struggling trying to find the perfect mattress for both of us, and we were very pleased with the outcome! Needless to say, we ended up leaving there with a brand new mattress and completely satisfied with our purchase. We won’t need another mattress anytime soon, but I highly recommend this Sit ‘n Sleep location as the manager was so friendly and helpful in the process of choosing the perfect mattress!

I went in to get a new mattress because I was in need of a new one. Karen was very helpful. I needed something I could take home today, and I was completely fine with a floor model. She found me the perfect bed and made the checkout process completely smooth and easy. She explained to me what exactly I was signing and was very friendly. My wife and I came here to look at mattress because were thinking about getting a new one. The sales person who helped us was Lisa and she was amazing. It was our first time visiting a Sit N Sleep so she recommend that we go to the bed match where youll answer some questions about your sleeping habits and then lay on the bed so it can determine what mattress suit you best. I was in the blue range and my wife was in the green range so the computer recommended a blue grading mattress. They had some good options but my wife likes the red grading mattress because it was more firm. Lisa was amazing on telling us how soon a delivery can happen and the process of it. We had to go back home to do some final measurements to make sure everything will fit but when we are ready to purchase, well be sure to go back.

We were very lucky to have the help of the store manager, Causette Adams. She took us through the process of buying a new mattress since it had been 20 years since our last mattress purchase. We were able to use the Bed Matching test (which was very cool) to find out which type of mattress is best for us. 14 years ago, as we were planning our wedding, we bought a mattress and box spring from Sit n Sleep. We have enjoyed this bed and often say to ourselves “Thanks Larry” when we climb in at the end of the day. This week we decided it was time to replace the bed so we went back to Sit n Sleep. We were greeted warmly by Store Manager Causette Adams. Causette proceeded to put us through the bed matching process and brought us over to the beds we matched. Causette did not rush us and she let us try a variety of beds until we found the one that we both liked. She explained the benefits of each bed so our decision was an educated one. We did not feel pressured or like we were dealing with a high pressure salesperson. Our bed was a substantial purchase but with her help we realized we were getting real value for our money. That body scan they have is really cool. Hector was really cool and explained everything in detail. Their beds feel amazing after you have done the scan and know what your body needs. The remote bed bottom is to die for and apparently it fits all their beds. I love the comfort it provides, specially the one with the massage options after a long day of work. It was on special but even if it wasnt I would make sure to get it. They have great deals for the holidays so we took advantage of that. Definitely check them out and Hector will help you out with no pressure. Hes very informative and listened to what we needed.

I do not write many reviews but this one is well-deserving. My wife and I were assisted by Karen Mehrmann at the Northridge store. Karen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products that were offered and available to us. We really like the sleep machine which measured what mattresses would be best for us. Karen patiently walked us through the mattress purchasing process finding the right fit for us. Not as easy as it sounds. She was very patient with us and we felt very comfortable as it is not easy to pick out something in a short period of time that youre going to sleep on for years to come. What really stood out was Karens attitude she seemed to really enjoy her job which is rare to see these days. It made a big impression on both of us. Thank you so much. A couple years ago a lady, Karen, Lisa, Laura, I don’t remember (mid age) told me they had mattress covers that would give me a lifetime warranty on my mattress. My cat had an accident on my bed, the mattress cover was on and it didn’t protect my mattress. This $100 life time warranty cover better not be some make believe story to get a extra sale. I will be coming inside to find out. Because the product doesn’t work .

Lisa is amazing! She’s extremely knowledgeable and confident, which both make a great salesperson. She greeted us right when we walked in and asked what we were looking for. After I gave her some criteria (hybrid, preferably euro/pillow top, medium), she elaborated on what it meant to be a true hybrid in regards to the ratio between coils and foam, asked the reason we were looking for a new bed (I have back/hip/shoulder/neck pain), and led us to a few mattresses to lay on. I wasn’t expecting to find a mattress here since I usually have to shop around before I find things I like (I’m extremely picky lol) but we ended up purchasing within the next 45 mins! We went with the King Koil Silver Leaf Medium Eurotop. Lisa says she personally has the previous generation of this bed herself and that her husband is 6’3 and 300lbs and they haven’t had any issues for the past 6 years, which is amazing because my concern was beds sagging! I’d also never heard of this brand but she informed me that they don’t advertise because they’ve been around for so long, they’re a tried and true brand, and that they’re above Serta, Sealy, Purple, etc. and are on par with Beautyrest’s luxury Black line. Lisa also explained that the bed is handwoven vs glued like the new mattresses are because glue will always eventually wear down, hence why many of the newer beds don’t last as long as ones made 15-20 years ago. The bed was delivered the next day and they took our old one as well. Slept on it for the first time last night and didn’t wake up in pain and stiff like I normally do. I know it takes 30 days for a mattress to break in but we’re already enjoying it on day one! Highly recommend Lisa if you are looking to purchase a new bed and want to feel secure in your decision. She was not pushy and encouraged me to find a bed that I loved, not just a bed that was okay. I worked in sales 10 years ago and am rarely impressed with salespeople anymore these days, even in designer stores, so I am extremely impressed with Lisa and cannot recommend her enough. Amazing work ethic and I wish all salespeople aimed to be like this. Thank you Lisa and the Sit n’ Sleep team!

From the moment I entered the store I was greeted by the assistant manager, Chris Evans. Chris was extremely knowledgeable of all the products and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Went through a test that they have there to determine exactly what type of mattress was good for my body. From that test I was able to pick out the perfect mattress according to that test. I also tested out a few different pillows and was able to pick out a couple of pillows that were perfect for me. I purchase the get that kit Chris recommended for me to buy. I was still able to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale that was a great discount for me also. I purchased my mattress on June 1st 2023 and I was amazed that they will be delivering it on this coming Saturday very quickly. Everything will be set up for me in my old mattress will be disposed of. My mattress do that I bought the kit will also have some good features on it in case something gets ripped or something gets spilled they will accommodate for that also. My mattress has a warranty of 10 years. The mattress that I chose excellent features inside of it and is well built.

Had excellent experience at Sitn Sleep in Northridge,CA. They did a sleep test on me in which you lay on a mattress & it measures your pressure and where you most need support. Great invention if you ask me. Was at a previous Mattress store earlier and was almost dead set on buying something from them. That is until I walked into sit n sleep. After that test Chris has showed me some mattresses that were recommended per the test. I had settled on the Hybrid Infinity Cool Essential Mattress. It was a bit firmer than the one I was sure I was going to get from the previous store I had been to, however it offered way more support. Which made sense. So I am so happy I choose this one as opposed to the softer less firm one which would have probably only ended up not giving me the support I really needed. It was delivered in 2 days and they even call you the day before & when they are close by. They also offer tracking, so you can track your delivery. I also have 120 nights if I am not happy I can return it for another mattress of equal or lesser value. So no brainer. Its been a week now and so far Im very satisfied with it. Thanks Chris! One last thing, Infiniti mattress offer a cool warranty:Combined with the lifetime non-prorated warranty, that means that even after 20 or 30 years, if your mattress develops a body impression greater than 3/4 you would be entitled to repair or replacement of the mattress at no cost. I’ve been sleeping on an air mattress for months. I went in to sit n sleep in Northridge and was promptly and warmly greeted by a lovely young woman Lisa. She listened to all my needs and concerns. She invited me to test some mattresses. Then I used their science based mattress test machine. It took 3 minutes and really helped me narrow down what mattress would be best for me. I even tried a Tempur-pedic mattress that was actually so wonderfully cold. I thought this would be perfect for my brothers who live in Hawaii. I asked her if they had sit n sleep in Hawaii and she said Larry wants to stay in So Cal. Larry! My mind flooded with all of his commercials. Back in the 80’s sit n sleep was where you went to buy your mattress and is where you should continue to buy your mattress today!In the early 90’s there was a sit n sleep in North Hollywood. One day when I exited the 170 fwy I noticed the center medium on Laurel Cyn was full of colorful flowers and new plants and bushes. I couldn’t believe it. It was stunning! It really brightened up the neighborhood. There was a little sign that read something like…brought to you by Larry at Sit n Sleep. To this day, I’ve never seen a business do anything like that for the Valley. I’ve never forgotten how thoughtful that was. Mind you this was before social media, nothing went viral. Larry just decided to do something to brighten up the community. So, this is 30 years late, but I want to say thank you Larry! Seeing all that beauty before heading to my job at Laurel Hall preschool really cheered me up all those years ago. Thanks for hiring wonderful people. Lisa K assisted me through the whole process, from helping me find which mattress was best, the best types of pillows needed for my sleeping positions, even to finding the right adjustable frame I was looking for. By the time we walked into Sit N Sleep, we had been to 2 other places looking for the right mattress and at a great price. Needless to say we were worn out from the past two experiences and were thinking we werent going to get what we needed. Boy were we wrong. Lisa our consultant was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. I took the sleep match test which was great, it provided all I needed to know about what I should purchase. There were several mattresses to chose from and Lisa was knowledgeable. It was the best experience I have ever had in finding what I needed at a reasonable price. Thank you.

My girlfriend and I are moving and were looking for a new bed. I have been a Sit and Sleep customer since the Howard Stern/97.1 KLSX days. I bought my first mattress from them and have always had a good experience. The day we walked in we were greeted by Hector E. warmly. He inquired to what we were interested in and suggested we try the mattress test (forgot the actual name of the device). We were not interested at that point and time in buying a mattress and told him wed just like to look around. He was very helpful that day and I got his card. We came back two weeks later (3/26) to purchase a mattress. Because we had such a pleasant experience with Hector I searched him out for help. He again suggested in a very cool manner to try the mattress test because, as he explained, this is an investment. We completed the test and he was very helpful in what models and brands to suggest as well as any miscellaneous items. All in all we were VERY happy with the service and knowledge he shared with us and we both felt very comfortable in our purchase. I recommend this store and Hector E..

We had an amazing experience at the Northridge Location. We came on a Friday and Roderick helped my wife and I. He had answers to all of our questions and was honest about us possibly being able to return a mattress we purchased at another store and possibly getting one there. He wasn’t pushy either. We came back on a Sunday to purchase our mattress and he helped us again with everything and with a great discount. I would definitely recommend this location and ask for Roderick.

We stopped by Sit n Sleep to check out a mattress we were interested in. Amanda greeted us and showed us what we came to see. She was great! She only showed us different mattresses upon my request. She was not pushy and didnt try to upsale. I highly recommend this store and Amanda!

We had a wonderful experience at this location. We were in the market for a new bed and did some research on the Tempurpedic. The manager at this store was very helpful in the fact that he knew what we wanted but that he wanted to satisfy our needs in getting the best value for our money. He worked his magic and beat the prices of Sears and Ashley in giving us exactly what we wanted and also added pillows and mattress cover to gain his business. He was very friendly and professional and accommodating even after the transaction. We will definitely return and work with Matthew Jordan for any future purchases needed.

Went to Sit N Sleep in Northridge to get our new mattress. I have problems with my hips and back & I need a very special type of mattress and Rod had me take the sleep diagnostic test to ensure that I would be able to find just the right fitting type. Sure enough, I needed a firm blue to red on the color scale & we ended up with a great deal on the Nectar Premier. Rod was fantastic to deal with & took great care of us!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Initially we only purchased a new mattress, but after several attempts, it became necessary to purchase both low profile box springs and bed frame.We cannot stress the patience and the knowledge exhibited by all. Came in for the first time. My boyfriend has been here before and we met a very pleasant and upbeat worker there named Joe, and the other staff. Joe helped us in every way possible not only find a matress that we liked but made sure I had one to fit my needs in the comfort of how I sleep. He really took the time and care to ensure our happy fulfillment in what we bought and more. Can’t say enough on how pleasant and uplifting this experience was but definitely check it out and say hi to Joe.
