I looked online to get an idea of mattress prices and compared them to the mattress prices at Costco before going here. The prices of the beds shown to us were NOWHERE near the prices on the website. In fact, they were about 3X as much. That being said, I probably could have asked to see the affordable mattresses in a different part of the store but I doubt they had very many of those from what I could tell looking around. But I did like the technology of lying down on a mattress to sense what firmness you should get in a bed. And I liked they had the option of interest free financing, also.

Ever since I purchased my bed a few years ago, Sit ‘n Sleep has had my back. This visit was no exception. Angie not only served me with a smile, she did her best to match the price of sheets I had previously purchased.From way before I bought my bed, I looked everywhere. Prices were higher, salespeople were not focused and I didn’t feel so welcomed.Sit ‘n Sleep is the only exception to check all the boxes.For that, I give them an A+. Don’t look around, it’s a waste of time and precious gasoline! Save time and money at Sit ‘n Sleep. I already did the running around.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent visit to Sit N Sleep. It was my first time shopping there, and from the moment I walked in, I felt warmly greeted and given the freedom to explore the store at my own pace.After a few minutes of browsing, Jackie the salesperson approached me and kindly offered me assistance. I explained what I was looking for, and she provided me with some helpful suggestions. What impressed me the most was that she never pushed me into making a decision or made me feel uncomfortable. Instead, she allowed me to continue my search while ensuring I knew she was available if needed.Later on, she checked in to see if I had found anything I liked. I mentioned that the options I initially liked were beyond my budget. She immediately asked about my price range, and I provided it to her. Without hesitation, she guided me towards the mattresses within my budget, encouraging me to lie down and try them out. She understood the importance of not only what we want, but also how I feel when I actually use the mattress.In the end, I ended up choosing a mattress that wasnt even on my radar initially. Jackie was our sales associate and she was so patient, understanding and knowledgeable about every product we asked about. Based on what we told her we were looking for she immediately took us specifically to mattresses and pillows that were just right for us. My husband and I spent two hours there and Jackie never seemed annoyed, uninterested or inpatient. After all that time and trying out this mattress and that mattress with this feature or that feature we really feel we found the perfect mattress/ pillow combo. Good experience. First time buying a mattress. Ralph helped me out. They have a machine to determine which level of firmness is right for you.. so I went ahead and gave it a try. Ralph knew a bunch of different options for the level of firmness I wanted and all of them were in my price range. I didn’t feel like he was up selling me. I told him I’m trying to spend about 500$ for a queen bed. He showed me several options and ended up picking one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever been on. Man their motto of matching prices is actually legit lol, they matched the bundle for the nectar i found online giving me an expensive bed frame for like 200-300 dollars cheaper just to match the deal. They also gave me all the free items that come with the bundle online. Dylan Kaiser, the rep who helped me out was awesome, very helpful and accommodating, answered all my questions and not pushy at all like i expected, just really felt like he was trying to help. They even have this bed that reads your body and tells you what bed is best for you. I really do recommend at least checking it out, had a great experience.

First time mattress purchase also first time ever writing a review.. My experience at sit n sleep was awesome, thanks to Ralph Ruiz. I went in with my wife and son, not knowing anything about mattresses and Ralph was able to help us out. This guy is really knowledgeable when it comes down to mattresses he was able to answer any questions I had not only that he gave us an incredible deal.. I would recommend sit n sleep to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress ask for Ralph Ruiz for best experience..
