Location - Laguna HillsSales person - Alfred AbogadoDate 30MAY24My needs were to purchase a complete set of mattresses to fit my antique bed frame.I met with Alfred a few times and checked and rechecked that all dimension would fit our frame.Alfred was patient, and came up with solutions to make it work.Delivery was within 36 hours, with the team arriving on schedule, and put together the bed foundations and all.Bottom line - mission accomplished, purchase, delivery and assembly .Alfred also took time to explain the financial options for the purchase.I have nothing but thanks for SitnSleep.

Joseph was very helpful with my mattress purchase. He had me do their Bed Match system and then showed me various mattresses that were proper for me. There was a range of prices to choose from. He then let me try them all out on my own timing, so I could make a decision. I came back a week later and chose one. I very much appreciated his helpfulness and manner of doing business. I would recommend this Sit N Sleep location.

My husband and I were in the market of buying a new mattress. I decided to go check out some mattresses at Sit n Sleep in Laguna Hills with my two small children. Julie was our sales person. She was very kind and patient with me while I had my two little children. She was very informative and asked me many questions to help her better understand what I was looking for. After laying on quite a few mattresses, I found that the Purple mattress was probably my top pick. My husband and I came back to the store later that evening together. Julie continued to help us and explained everything again to my husband. Its a nice enough store thats been here forever. The products are all quality, and you can likely buy them with confidence. The reason for the single star rating, is because the employees stink like cigarette smoke. Its unfortunate to have to be in close proximity to them. Based on that, we left and shall not return. If theres any doubt, check the parking lot behind the building and see all the discarded butts. They dont even care about the environment enough to throw them in the garbage properly.Edit in response to the owners reply: I love that you replied, and clearly took what I said to heart. There is now a bucket behind the store for cigarette butts. Unfortunately, the employees clearly dont care about it, as there are still several stepped on butts on the ground near the bucket. As long as you have employees who dont care, I will never do business with you.

All of staff here are amazing! Angelia was great at assisting me through many days of me coming back and forth many times before I made my final decision. I ended up buying two beds, for 2 kids, but had an issue at delivery. Another sales associate, Joseph rose to the occasion and helped to solve everything for me. He did not help in my original sale, but he went above and beyond to help me out with my problem. I had to return one of the two mattresses I got due to an oversight of my own, but when I have to come back and buy a second bed soon, I will definitely be coming back here!

We have purchased Beds from Sit & Sleep and what keeps us coming back is the knowledgeable staff! Joseph, our salesmen, was very professional yet unassuming. He was extremely courteous when we explained our past bed purchase from Sit & Sleep. He had us try the “Sleeptime” software to gage what support we needed and after a few questions we were on our way. He also worked with our budget as we had bought a very expensive Heirloom bed that had not held up so we didn’t want to go for the most expensive mattress this time around. I have had two fantastic experiences at this Sitn Sleep, first taking the sleep measurement and trying out beds, and then coming back and ending in me buying a Purple RestorePlus mattress. I was helped by Joseph, who took special care of my partner and I at the end of the night right before closing, answering all our questions (and laughing at all our bad jokes!), he really helped settle our fears and concerns of making such a large purchase. Yesterday we went mattress shopping at Sitn Sleep, Laguna Hills. This was a long time after our last purchase at the same store. That mattress lasted way too many years to mention. Our sales person was Alfred, who surprised us as having more than 20 years of experience in the mattress business. We showed him a picture of our old Natures Rest mattress. He new the construction technology used, and proceeded to explain how it had evolved over the past few decades. The explanations of the choices we needed to make were clear, as was the description of the pros and cons of the mattress we were sleep testing. Needless to say, when we made our final choice, it was with the most detailed information we had ever received for a mattress purchase. Because I have a minor, but chronic, back problem, I cannot over-emphasize the importance of getting the mattress choice right. Alfred explained all the trade-offs for us to a degree way beyond my usual shopping-for-anything experience. And that is why I am taking extra minutes of my time to recommend my Laguna Hills Sitn Sleep as The GO-TO-PLACE for your next mattress.

He invited us to do the bed match technology thing and was very informative with everything. We walked in knowing we wanted temper pedic, but he wanted us to be ‘as informed as possible’ so we could make sure we made the best decision. That was helpful! We recently bought a Kingstown mattress & boxspring. From day 1 the mattress showed indents at body pressure points...shoulders, hips, etc. from 125# & 175# people. I had an issue with a bed I bought in 2019. Fortunately, I had purchased the insurance on the bed and contacted Guardian Insurance. The process was pretty slow, and I was getting frustrated, but the staff at the Sit n Sleep in Laguna Hills helped me every step of the way. So, thank you to Lisa, Angelia, Cindy, Joseph, and Alfred. And special thanks to Cindy for putting me in touch with the amazing Eric from Guardian. This man went above and beyond to make me happy. He made himself available pretty much whenever I called his cell. If you need a bed, this is the place to go. If you need great pillows and sheets, they have some wonderful products. And if you buy the insurance and have any problems, ask for Eric at Guardian. Unfortunately, our beds in the house are pretty new, but once they wear down, we will be back to Sit n Sleep.

Buying a mattress is difficult because they all start to feel good. How do you decide? RightJoseph at the Laguna Hills store was fantastic and patient. No sales pressure. As an engineer I wanted to know more about how to pick the right mattress. They have a mattress computer that helped me narrow the search. And Joseph’s explanations and methodology for narrowing down which mattress was great for me was very helpful. At the end when he recommended a slightly lower priced mattress, something unexpected in sales experiences, just confirmed in me a confidence in Joseph’s help. I waited zero seconds before I was greeted walking into the store. The salesperson immediately recognized my mother from a previous visit and knew exactly what to show me. Tamara came over soon after and was a fountain of information and was able to answer every single question we had. She was nice, patient, and I felt comfortable really feeling out the mattresses she recommended. Never felt rushed. Transaction was smooth. Can’t wait till it arrives!

Just bought an adjustable bed from Alex. Could not have been a better experience. We came in looking for the cheapest mattress we could find and left with a new sleep system. As soon as we tried the quality mattress and the adjustable positions we almost fell asleep in the store it was so comfortable! Alex is one of the best salespeople we have ever worked with. He is very professional, knowledgeable and patient, not pushy at all and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase as well as made sure we received the best deal available. When we first arrived we arrived at about 8:55 p.m. Store was supposed to close at 9 p.m. We walked in the store my son and I we were greeted by David the the manager. He was kind enough to take care of us that evening even though the store was supposed to be closing in 5 minutes. He took his time explained the different mattresses. Let my son lay down on the mattress selector machine. Show thats the mattresses that would work for my son. We chose a particular bed. He gave us a great price on buying two of them. I told him we needed to think about it. He thanked us for coming in and we left. I went back the following day. He honored the deal he made for us that night. I ended up purchasing two beds from him. No pressure. Great guy. Thanks very much Dave you made our purchase pleasurable and easy ! I would recommend seeing him to anyone. Thank you, The Fishers

After 14 years, it was time to replace our mattress, so we dropped by Sit n Sleep in Laguna Hills. We were met by Casey who assisted us in finding the perfect adjustable mattress for our needs. Casey was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. The entire transaction took about an hour. This was our third purchase we have made from Sit n Sleep over the years.
