Had an excellent experience at Sit n Sleep in Chino Hills. When I arrived I was greeted by your Sleep Consultant, Matt Brown. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely customer service oriented. He wanted to HELP me find what I needed in a mattress and I had no clue. We started by going to the mattress area that asks a few questions on a computer screen and then you lay on the mattress in your sleep position and it determines the amount of mattress support ideal for your body. What a great idea!! I fell into the blue medium/firm category. Then he showed me 3 mattresses within that category and had me lay on them in my sleep position to determine which one was most comfortable for me. At that point, he told me about the mattress I liked best and showed me the price. He asked for my feedback and my budget and he showed me other options to try as well. He made the process much easier than I had anticipated. In the end, I wanted to check out a couple other stores and do some computer research as well. He gave me info on the mattress I was most interested in and I thanked him and left. He was not pushy at all. I returned today after doing my due diligence. Met with Matt again at the store. He answered my questions and had me try a few other options. By this time, I felt confident in my decision and ordered a cal king mattress and box springs. Before I left, I introduced myself to the Store Manager and told him that Matt Brown is an exceptional salesperson. I explained that I have spent the majority of mt career in sales and I respect the fact that he was working to meet my needs as a customer. I said it builds trust and thats how you build a base of happy customers! Yes, I am a happy customer! Thanks Matt!

Matt Brown was amazing! He helped me choose not only an amazing mattress, but helped me select a comfortable pillow and a great comforter. I loved how detailed he was in explaining everything to help me choose the best options for myself. I could tell he cares a lot about his job and the people he helps. Overall, my Sit ‘n Sleep experience was great with Matt and I’m sure that if I’m looking for another mattress or pillow I know exactly where I’ll go.

Our salesperson Teddy was great! No high pressured sales tactics and gave us his own personal experiences with the products we were checking out. He gave us what we’re assuming was a good deal but it would have been nice if on our receipt, we could have seen how much of a discount we received for each item. He just kept saying he’s taking more money off on our mattress but I had to ask what the original price actually was. We were able to apply for credit with Sit n’ Sleep with the deal of no interest for 12 months which will save more money! Thanks Larry!

Bought a mattress cover for our queen bed that we bought at the Chino store 4 years ago. The bed is the best weve ever had. Very happy with our purchase and the sales people are great, very knowledgeable and did not try and push us into anything we didnt want. Would highly recommend them.

Teddy was such a great help! My husband and I went in to finally replace our old bed. Teddy greeted us right away and asked if we knew what we were looking for. We didn’t, so he directed us to a bed that analyzed our sleep positions to give us the best recommendations. So cool! Once that was done he showed us a few to try out. I have successfully shopped at Sit and Sleep several times before at a different location and I was not disappointed in Chino Hills either. Matt was extremely helpful 4,000,000 x 200,000 x 2000 2000 2000 2000 goes into 4000 twice and then zeros and zeros and patient with me as I tried numerous beds until I was satisfied! He was very conscientious of the budget I was using as this is a bed for my daughter’s house and not my primary residence. It was an easy and pleasant experience for sure!! Thanks Matt!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Sit and Sleep for their Black Friday sale. Jessica, the assistant manager, met us at the door and was enthusiastic to help us find the perfect bed for the perfect price. Once we completed the initial assessment, Jessica was able to narrow down a few beds that would work best for our comfort and support. She truly made the whole process very easy and fun. We saved a $1000 on our purchase, had the bed delivered with adjustable bed frame, and installed within days of our purchase. They even hauled away our old mattress, at no charge. Truly, a hassle free experience. We love the zero gravity setting and have already noticed a better quality of sleep overall. I would highly recommend seeing Jessica Wise and allowing her to fit you for the perfect nights sleep too.

We did not expect the level of attentive service we recieved from Teddy Stock, our sleep consultant. The store is clean, quiet and well lit. The assessment very informative and Teddy immediately knew what mattresses to show us. We had a couple of poor experiences with other Mattress retailers.We stopped by sit n sleep - Chino Hills with low expectations but were treated to a great experience.The salesman, Matt, greeted us and was very polite and informative.He answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns.He was not the least bit pushy or “salesy”.He seems like a really good guy who is genuinely serving his customers.We bought a great mattress and are super happy with it.We’ve had a few questions since receiving the mattress and have called Matt each time.He was very responsive and still incredibly helpful!We highly recommend the Sit N Sleep Chino Hills and specifically Matt for anyone in search of a new mattress.

We had a wonderful experience. Our salesman was Matt Brown. He greeted us and we walked through the door, asked relevant questions, was knowledgeable and made the experience fun.You start with the Bed metric machine ( weight, age, sleep style). You then spend a few minutes laying on the bed as it uses your weigh and a Xbox Kinect to see your patterns. Your reading then says the bed firmness you should use.After that, we tried several beds and pillows. They varied from traditional to foam.My wife and I really liked the experience because we tried so many different beds that we don’t feel like we missed one.We were happy with our purchase and recommended you talk with Matt.

Matt Brown was an exceptional help to us when we were shopping for our mattresses. He very efficiently helped both my parents, and me and my wife, who were both in the market for a Tempur-pedicure bed on the same day.We began by understanding what type of mattress was best for us using the in-store assessment machine. We then promptly went to test several mattress, using the process of elimination to narrow it down to just a couple.Matt was able to describe the subtle differences in each of our choices. He was patient, kind, and did not pressure us at all. Once we decided to purchase, the payment process was also very clear and efficient. He explained financing options and we executed the purchase very quickly.My wife and I changed our mind about the size we chose (Queen) and came back to see Matt the next day to switch to a King. Matt gladly took care of us and we handled the “exchange” in less than 15 minutes.Overall, it was a great experience with Matt and we’re extremely happy we chose to go to Sit N Sleep in Chino Hills.

Sit n Sleep has done a great job for us on several purchases. Whether in store or over the telephone, the sales associates do a very good job at getting things right. Ive made four mattress set purchases over the past two years, and each time I have been very satisfied.Regarding my most recent purchase, I spoke to JESSICA on the telephone. She has been our sales person on previous occasions. I provided her with a list of what I needed (mattress, pillows, sheets, etc.), and she was able to have them delivered the next day. Jessica is always friendly, professional, and provides fair pricing.Regarding the next day delivery, the staff members are routinely on time and professional. Although they move quick, they have routinely been careful as not to cause any damage setting the mattresses up. The entire process with Sit n Sleep has been seamless with no issues.

Sit n Sleep is always going to be one of those really good mattress stores. This particular one in Chino Hills has a lot of different mattresses, bed frames, head boards and accessories. I thought the customer service was very good and they were also very knowledgeable about the different types of full beds that they had available. They did not have any complete beds, but I guess their philosophy is people want different frames, mattresses, and different styles, so you end up putting together the type of complete bed that you want.

We went to a few (high pressure) mattress stores before coming here. Came in and was greeted by Dave, who quickly went back to what he was doing allowing us time to browse and lay on a few mattresses. After a few minutes, Dave was back and could tell just by our expressions what we did and didn’t like. After a few observations he guided us over to a few he thought we’d appreciate. He was making great selections for us, and loved them so much it became hard to choose. But we each managed to find what each of us liked best. We got a mattress set for us and each of our teens. Dave was very informative, and patient with us and gave us plenty of time to think about all of our choices with no pressure which I greatly appreciated! Can’t wait until all our beds are delivered!! $700??????This is not the mattress I saw in the store, its second-hand, not new, its very soft, and it collapsed when I stepped on it. I strongly wanted to buy the hardest mattress in the store, but I was sent one that collapsed everywhere. The old mattress is sore all over, and the return conditions are very strict. If the mattress purchased for $700 is not satisfied and asked to return, they only refund the voucher of $125, which means that the mattress that looks very cheap is actually worth no more than $125. I Need to find a department to complain about this fraudulent forced sale.

(She’s the one who primarily assisted me) she was attentive, well versed on their product line, honest, patient, humorous, courteous and never pushy. I imagine many people enter and window shop as many had this evening but Jessica treated them all as if they were all going to purchase $6k mattresses! She spent a great deal of time making sure she guided the consumer in the best direct for my needs taking into consideration that I had somewhat of a budget, but was willing to pay for quality. I accidentally ordered the wrong size mattress online. Once they tried to deliver it, I realized it was the wrong size and my husband and I went into the Chino Hills store to do an exchange. We actually found a better mattress and Ron Gonzalez helped us choose the correct mattress for us. He was friendly and knowledgeable and also tried his best to get us the best price and he did that! When we got home we measured our bed again and realized we have a California king and not a regular king sized frame. We called Ron the next day and he was able to do the exchange over the phone and still have the mattress delivered on schedule, within a day!! I purchased a fairly expensive mattress 4 years ago, The consultants name was Floyd, he was a very nice guy, The mattress, after about a year started to lose its support and sag,,,after a few more years it became lumpy, saggy, and pretty much lost all of its support, it started out as firm and was now soft, lumpy and mushy, and was hurting my back badly. I contacted the office and they arranged a mattress inspection, it went smoothely, the inspector agreed that it was failing, and he would turn the results in. The manufacturer declined the warranty and I contacted the office again, after speaking with Maria and relating my story to her, she told me she would see what she could do and call back,,,,,,she called back within a few hours and told me to go back to the store,,,and they will issue me a FULL CREDIT for the mattress,,,YES,,,,FULL PRICE money back credit !!!! SO,,, off to the store I went and met Jessica,,,a very, very cool person,,,who is so fun to hang out with, it was like going to your best friends house, not to mention shes a great asset to the company and a fully knowledgeable consultant.......I think I might have tried every mattress in the store,, and picked out a highly rated and extremely comfortable Cloud Tech mattress.Sit N Sleep,,does not even carry that brand of mattress anymore YET,,they fully warrantied the mattress, and decided to eat the price as the manufacturer ( Serta) has already declined to honor the warranty. Jessica went above and beyond. She gave us different choices of mattresses to choose from that varied in price(not to expensive outside our range to affordable) and comfort(soft to very supportive). Also gave us adequate space to feel the mattress out ourselves but at the same time thoroughly explained how each mattress worked. She was awesome and made our first time buying a mattress an extremely pleasant experience. Thank you!

Great customer service here in Chino Hills, especially from my sales person Daisy. Daisy was very thorough, a good listener and never pressured me at any point during the sale. She offered me alternatives in several price ranges and bed types. She did not rush me even though she had other clients she was attending to. The diagnostic tool they use to help guide you to the right firmness of bed is a big advantage. And I found it to be quite accurate. It eliminated a lot of unnecessary searching.Her store manager and her colleague Chad were also very supportive of her during the sale. It is definitely the Nordstrom’s brand type service. I would never have expected it from there sometimes quirky advertising. They are the real deal when it comes to mattresses and pillows.
