Dr. Pham and everyone working at Singleton Smile made my experience a joy and a breeze. The office is clean and comfortable. New patient registration and sign in was conveniently digital. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time due to the pandemic, and in one quick and painless session Dr. Pham expertly got me back on track. Their explanations and advice were clear to understand, and the cleaning was thorough and professional. My teeth look and feel great!Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for dental care.

Long overdue review. I have been coming here for a year now and also got my wife to switch over to this office. Now that my daughter is old enough she will also be coming here.There is always availability/flexibility with appointments.The facility is clean, modern, and equipped with all the latest technology. There is a TV in the ceiling to help pass time during your cleaning.Dr Pham is the best. Shes very knowledgeable, personable and thorough. My experience with the staff and Dr.Pham was so fantastic. The facility was clean and welcoming. I’ve had a really hard time finding a dentist in my area. I’m was more than satisfied with their expertise. I didn’t have any pressures that made me feel like I was being pushed to buy unnecessary services or items. The front desk went above and beyond to make sure accommodations were made with my insurance transitioning. I highly recommend this dentistry.

Kind, professional and patient that’s how I would describe the good doctors and the staff at Singleton Dental. I had a wisdom tooth removal by Dr.Arman who was friendly and took the time to make me feel comfortable by answering all my questions. I felt I was in highly competent hands. I needed to change my appointment a couple of times due to unexpected travel and the Singleton team handled all of that with ease and efficiency. I would highly recommend.

I went for my regular 6-month cleaning 2 weeks ago. As always, from the front desk personnel to Dr. Pham, everyone was polite, kind and responsive to my needs. Dr. Pham did a wonderful job with my cleaning. My teeth always look great after seeing her.For someone like me who dreads going to the dentist, I have to say, I dont usually postpone or skip these appointments. Just an all round great place.

She explained some issues I had and gave me at home solutions that I can take. She could have tried to sell me on some procedures but she did not! Her staff was very nice and patient. I was referred to Singleton Smile by a lot of neighbors as I was trying to find a new dentist in the area. I called to make an appointment and I was on the waitlist for about two months before finally getting called for an appointment at this practice. I met with Dr. Pham and had a very pleasant experience. I was greeted immediately by a receptionist upon arrival and the entire practice was extremely clean!! As I got my x-rays and cleaning done, Dr. Pham was very attentive and you can tell she actually wants to get to know her patients. There were times she would ask questions to get to know me a little better but I couldn’t respond as she was cleaning my teeth. I felt like she was very thorough with her cleaning and diagnosis on my teeth, and gave me pointers for better dental health. If you want to just get in and out, this is not the place for you. If you want to feel taken care of the moment you step into a dentists office, then I would highly recommend making an appointment here. It’s no wonder why it took 2 months to make an appointment! This will be my go-to office for any dental needs.

Dr. Pham is amazing. I was very happy with my teeth cleaning and filling. I was nervous and I have sensitive gums and teeth. Dr. Pham was very gentle and my teeth felt so clean afterwards. I was so happy with my experience that I decided to bring my children to her office for cleanings and a filling. Each of my kids had a great experience. My youngest was so surprised when Dr. Pham had finished. He said “Wait, you’re already done?!” I took that to mean that he never felt any discomfort. She was so nice with each of them and was good at explaining what she was doing. We will definitely be back. The kids loved the TV screens that they could watch on the ceiling during their visits. Billing was smooth, front desk is friendly and very helpful, and the office is beautiful- modern and very clean. It’s also very easy to schedule appointments. Dr. Pham is stellar and she will be our family dentist moving forward!

This is the best dental experience i’ve ever had. I was unable to tell Dr. Pham this while at the office (since I didn’t see it until I looked in the car mirror after my appointment) so I hope she reads it here.I was brought to tears seeing my teeth. My previous dentist had told me that my teeth were irrecoverable. The built up plaque and tartar wouldn’t be able to be removed without under going some serious and painful treatments. I was too scared to do those, so I just accepted my teeth would always look that way.When I got into my car and saw all the “irrecoverable” teeth completely clean and white, I couldn’t believe it. During a normal cleaning. No special treatments.Thank you so much. I cannot recommend this office enough. I am so grateful. ♥️

I rarely give reviews other than exceptional experiences but Dr. Pham and her team art Singleton Smile are exceptional. They have a modern, clean, yet warm office with courteous, professional staff, and what appears to be all of the latest X ray technology and televisions on the ceiling! Dr. Pham was even more so, performing the cleaning and dental care, answering any questions as needed with care.For those with limited means, her office also takes Guardian and unlike all of the 9 other dentists I called on the island, (depending on your plan and your individual needs obviously), she does not charge beyond what Guardian reimburses for cleanings and X-rays. I have never walked out of a dental practice without forking over additional money in my life, and that was such a blessing.

Overall very positive experience! I just moved to the area so I was looking for a new dentist to begin with. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the scheduling experience was a very good; the reception was friendly, helpful, and proactive: they contacted my prior dentist and got all my info, films/xrays, etc ahead of my appointment so they were very prepared and I wouldnt have to redo xrays that I already had.The service itself was great. Staff was extremely friendly, the dentist was thorough, and I felt like it was very comprehensive while still being fast and efficient. The office is clean and modern. And I appreciated the TV on the ceiling so I would have something to look at during my appointment!I felt very taken care of and would recommend coming here!

I had high hopes for this practice. I chose it because it was so close to my home and for the clean aesthetic. They initially said they took my insurance but they went under a long contract negotiation with Guardian. It took over 6 months but I waited because again, they we in walking distance from my home. I followed up with them and miraculously they accepted Guardian again. After two appointments I decided to leave because of improper office practices. The doctor asked me to pay in advance for 3 appointments and when I got sick, charged me a cancellation fee (even though I told them upon confirming the appointment that I was sick). Then when I decided we would no longer be a good partnership the doctor tried to hold onto my pre-payment until the insurance cleared even though my pre-payment was way above the co-payment for my work. Im still having some pain from my filling but dont trust the office practices or integrity.

The office is immaculate and they have a lot of state of the art equipment. My previous dentist retired and I’m so glad I found this place because going to the dentist is not something anyone I know enjoys doing so I really appreciate that they make an effort to make it as pleasant as possible.

Hands down, the best dental cleaning experience Ive ever had. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt welcomed. The holiday decorations were a nice addition. Everything was super neat, organized and high-tech. I received protective glasses to wear which were comfortable. I was very surprised to spot a TV on the ceiling when I laid back in the chair. A funny Netflix show was playing which helped keep me entertained during the cleaning. Dr. Pham was very thorough, explained everything and was just overall pleasant to talk to. The dental hygienist was lovely as well and took the time to explain my billing/insurance questions at the end. In a nutshell, I definitely recommend coming here for your routine cleanings. Dr Maria Pham and her staff at Singleton Smile were life savers! Id been dragging my feet on finding a new dentist after my longtime dentist retired but after losing a crown on one side and cracking a filling on the other, I was in dire need of dental help. Dr Pham squeezed me into her packed schedule so I could go on my two-week Xmas vacation in comfort. After the antiesthetic wore off, I found that my bite was a little off but Dr Pham stayed after hours to adjust it. She observed that the gullies in my molars and the thin edges of my front uppers were due to grinding and recommended using a mouth guard. No previous dentist explained the symptoms and consequences; Ive been using a guard at night and refraining from grinding during the day (possibly a larger contributor than the nighttime grinding) and am already seeing the benefits. I highly recommend Singleton Smile Dental!

I found the Singleton Smile Dental office when walked by on my way to Target. I highly recommend Dr. Pham and her team for the following reasons:The booking and scheduling of the visits are accommodating; the New Patient Form through email prior to the visit is easy; the office and equipment are new and fancy; the check-up and analysis are explained in detail; the cleaning is very thorough; and filling treatment is fast and hardly noticeable (not feeling any pain). Depending on the insurance coverage. My co-payment for the filling is very reasonable. Also, the assistants are very thoughtful with care and they even provide sunglasses for eye protection when lying down for treatments.A lot of street spaces with no meters, in a safe environment, and closer to shopping area. Relatively new office and easy booking. All of the above contribute to an ideal dental office. Hope you have the same experience as well.

Ive been coming to Singleton Smile Dental for over two years now, and Im quite satisfied with the overall service. Unlike some other dental offices where Ive experienced pushy sales tactics for expensive, unnecessary treatments, Dr. Pham doesnt operate that way. She provides very practical treatment recommendations based on individual circumstances and provides convincing reasons for her suggestions.Additionally, this place is child-friendly. Kids can watch cartoons on the ceiling-mounted TV during treatments. However, its worth noting that there arent many specific child-oriented facilities, and the rooms arent decorated in a child-themed style. In summary, its a dental clinic that offers practical treatment advice and is suitable for the whole family.

I have made about 3 visits now to since late last year (2022) for a cleaning, wisdom teeth removal and crown replacement. Every one of my visits have been pleasant and the care Dr. Pham and her team provide is wonderful. They are kind, friendly and sensitive to your dental needs, time and work schedule. After a bad experience at a dentistry in Emeryville, Ive had trust issues, and am very critical of the experience when it comes to dentists.The facilities are small, but clean and modern. The staff are approachable, polite, and provide a pleasant experience. They arent particularly talkative, but thats totally fine by me.My most important assessments are with the gentleness of a cleaning, and the candidness of recommended course of action.Dr. Pham, like her staff, is very polite, approachable, and exudes an air of calmness. It put me at ease. I have very sensitive teeth and her cleaning was more gentle than I would have expected. She was very patient and took her time. I also needed to get some more involved work done, and there was no pain or concern. Incredibly gentle and smooth. Quick at times when efficiency was needed, but never hurried. This alone wins my recommendation.Going back to initial visit, when it was time to discuss my future work needed, it was fair and honest. To MY error, I experienced some initial hesitation. In the past two decades, I havent had any procedures done beyond a simple cleaning, and a very long gap between dentist visits. When I was recommended to consider completing some re-work on the claim of existing cavities, I was concerned because I had the belief that I had no cavities. I presented my concern and Dr. Pham was able to explain the situation deeper, while providing me a mirror so I could look at exactly what it was she was describing.The staff allowed me to call my former dentistry, whom I havent contacted in more than two decades ago. They were able to confirm the previous work done on my teeth.I went to my follow up with Dr. Pham and was grateful that she:Recommended a course of action, and after I showed concern, she described in greater detail why.Did not get offended or pushy when I showed hesitation.Provided a pleasant experience on the follow up. During the procedure, Dr. Pham continuously checked in on my pain level, and ensured great effort to work on details when I showed the slightest concern of the feel of my bite (which she asked for- greatly appreciated), even though she probably nailed it on the first run. Post procedure was easy, by the way. No pain, and everything felt great 2 hours afterward.Some things to understand, and maybe consider feedback for the staff:If you are at all concerned about a procedure/process, it will be up to the customer to actively ask for the deeper details. I dont mind, and am typically the person to ask a lot of questions before and after a procedure. But a lot of people arent, and I would be concerned if I sent someone with such a personality to get a procedure done, that they would have all the pre- and post- procedure information needed to ease their mind and prevent issues or concerns. So, for customers: ask why a lot, especially if you dont know. Dr. Pham and the staff are very patient and answered all of my questions and doubts. For the staff: at least for my girlfriend and me, more details on what to expect and why, the better :).Ive been on the hunt for a great dentistry, and now that hunt is over. The office is beautiful, and the employees are very very kind. A few things I didn’t enjoy was waiting over 35mins to see the doctor, my Appointment was at 12:00pm. I showed up at 11:30pm. I didn’t see the doctor until about 12:35pm-12:40pm. I’m also not happy that I paid $158 for a partial exam when I feel like for that price I should gotten a full exam and maybe a cleaning. I explained I needed my teeth pulled due to a situation. I was told if the doctor couldn’t do there is a doctor on site that would be able to take care of it. I stumbled upon this dental office but I don’t take them for granted by any means. The updated modern interior and new modern technology provided makes the office visit that much more refreshing. I had a very positive experience visiting the dental place. In my prior experience with other dental places, they often time run late and make you wait 30 or so mins past the confirmed appointment time, which delays everything. Its really frustrating. But thats not the case here at Singleton Smile Dental, where they respect your time and aim to be timely. In addition, this place is new and seems clean. Overall, very positive experience

Went to Singleton Smile twice now, and both experience were great! I Initially went in for a dental exam/ cleaning and Dr. Pham was really gentle . She informed me of every step and made sure I wasn’t in pain. I came back 2 weeks later for my wisdom teeth removal and saw Dr. Afifi who was also very nice! I was so nervous since I’m taking all 4 out at once, but Dr. Afifi and his dental assistant made the process as easy on me as possible. I walked out of there saying “well that wasn’t so bad!”, and believe me, I’m the biggest baby when it comes to pain, so I appreciate the Singleton Smile team so much for getting me through that! Needless to say, I’m happy to have found this dental office, I’ll definitely be back for my routine dental care :)

Finally found the best dentist even though it takes me an hour from Fremont to get to Singleton. After going to dentists in South Bay (Saratoga, Milpitas, San Jose) and East Bay (Fremont, Hayward) and also I needed a dentist for my Sleep Apnea oral device and Dr Pham was the most knowledgeable in this topic. She helped work with insurance and get my device within a week after approval. Yes its a drive of about 45min to 1 hour but well worth it to be in good hands when it comes to the health of my teeth.
