Simple Real Estate group is simply the best! Jessica and Alex sold our house above asking in 3 days. Jessica is an expert sales consultant. She and her partner Alex visited me two years ago and provided invaluable feedback on how to best prepare our home for sale. Her insight, as well as her feedback on things like color selection, design and timing resulted in several offers for our property within two days on market and a quick close. While Jess and Alex make it seem simple, the consultancy, support, talent and passion they brought to preparation and marketing are top tier. Alex and Jessica were truly exceptional when assisting us with the purchase of our first home. Their knowledge of the area and market helped us make informed decisions. They were diligent in making sure all inspections and requirements were in place, communicated with the seller’s agent and kept us informed. To top it off, they were always available, very patient, and responsive to our endless questions. I recommend them to everyone who wants to have a smooth and pleasant purchase or sale. Jessica and Alex were absolutely amazing and the best team to work with. We were new home sellers and didnt know what we were doing but they walked us through every step of the process and whenever we didnt understand anything they took the time to explain it. They answered messages quickly and have great chemistry together. They are a crack up and it was really fun to work with them. The open house ice cream cart was a great touch too! Jessica and Alex are literal rock stars! Selling your house and moving can be stressful and give almost anyone going through the process, severe anxiety. Well, not with Simple Real Estate Group. You know, their name says it all....SIMPLE. They just took everything into their hands and let us relax while they handled it. At the beginning Jessica said this should be a happy and stress-free time, thats why we are here. She was more than true to her word! I can honestly say, without hesitation, they are the best. I have known Alex since 2003 and Jessica since probably 2012. I adore them has humans and maybe more so in business. Their systems are flawless. They are knowledgeable and experienced (this matters more than most consumers know). I genuinely feel they care about their clients having a great result and is shows.They are also hilarious and would truly do anything to help. I strongly recommend you give them a shot to buy or sell a home in the Inland Empire areas of Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Claremont, Upland, Corona, Riverside, Fontana and any area in Southern California. Jessica has a Tik Tok where she presents a lot of real estate information and I LOVED the listing presentation they do. Its so comprehensive.On the listing side the do staging and home improvements to help the seller get top dollar, i am always impressed by that. I have used Simple Real Estate now for 2 home sales within 6 months. Jessica and Alex make an AMAZING team. There is absolutely no way I could have ever gotten the top dollar I received for my homes in Fontana and Ontario without this team. Selling...? Buying...? Both...? In August of 2022 I decided to finally sell my house (going through a divorce) contingent on me finding a place live with my son. My mortgage lender recommended Jessica and Alex from Simple Real Estate Group, Inc. She promised me that if anyone could get me through all this, it would be them. Jessica and Alex came to home and listened to why I was selling, what they were up against (the ex) and what I was looking for moving forward. It was a rollercoaster ride to say the least. They sold my house and had my bid approved all in 48 hours. Jessica and Alex stood by me when the ex tried to call off the deal and worked diligently with both attorneys and the ex to pull this off. They kept the buyers and sellers agents in the loop, never being dishonest with them, and were able to buy some time while they worked their magic. When the dust cleared...the house was sold and my new home was purchased! They were a God/Kelly sent. This TEAM is amazing. The hurdles they cleared were nothing less than exceptional.
