2024-05-26 18:19:05Ive been coming to Simi Cycles since 2015 when I bought my very 1st bike. They all have been awesome people to work with. I had an absolutely terrible experience at Thousand Oaks motorsports where I was treated disrespectfully in part because they didnt see me a serious buyer and second because they tried to play games with me when it came down to financing. In the end, I was recommended to Simi Cycles by my friend and that was that. Chris in service is great, knowledgeable and thorough. Jessica in parts is awesome and friendly. David, the parts manager is always in a great mood, walking around with the biggest infectious smile in the world. Duane, the owner, has always been great and has taken care of me when it comes to questions, financing and giving me a great deal on my other bike.Ive had both of my bikes serviced by them. Ill be going back once my son is of the riding age.So, yes, I highly recommend these guys.See Chris for service, see Jessica for a laugh and parts. See David for a smile and free hugs and see Duane for a killer deal. 🤙🏼

2024-05-26 15:51:22Took in my older sport bike yesterday to have the clutch adjusted and met with the service writer, Chris. Chris was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the product that I own and ride. He and his mechanical staff took exceptional care of my bike and made suggestions to keep it operationally safe and sound. This was important to me as the bike is also going to be used at the track as well. Inside at the parts department, Jessica was equally as helpful with ordering the components that Chris suggested. She took extra time with me to insure that what I asked for was exactly correct. Finally, a shout out to the sales team. Rick and Jeff are easy to do business with and both have a great heart and passion for the Motorsport. Both of them make me feel like family every time Im in that store. I highly recommend Simi Valley Cycles and am very glad that I have a hometown connection with them for the future. Thanks to the entire staff and management. Well done!

2024-04-13 21:08:52Really cool people. Got my old bikes serviced here and recently bought a new R1 from them. Theyre always super cool and helpful. Their work on my bikes has always been solid. They often also have deals on anything from gear to fluids and oils for the bike, tires as well. Very much recommend checking them out.

2024-04-14 15:36:50Came in for a few things that I felt silly asking a dealership/service center to do. I even came in before to sniff around to see what kinda place it was. They were very cool and welcomed me and my dog and told me it was no problem as long as they could get the parts. I guess this was my summer warm-up Service. I actually forgot they gave me an oil change as well until right now. My turn signals went out about a month ago, and I didn’t think it was a major issue But figured it could have been. They just cleaned the connections and it was working fine. Then I had my big bulky fairing and windshield taken off with my stereo and four speakers. But besides just removing it, they noticed that the previous owner put the headlight in a different position 4 inches forward so they put it back in its original place. Then most amazingly of all I had an aftermarket corny looking speedometer plate from the previous owner, but it melted in the San Fernando Valley sun and prevented my speedometer needle from moving. Chris did some Jason Bourne MacGyver James Bond stuff and took the old one and photocopied it onto a special paper and essentially made me a new one! (Pictured). All totaled it was only $330 and I feel like I’m ripping them off. A definite rare good moment in this weird economic time, but also it’s nice to move to Simi Valley and find some good motorcycle repair guys after having not so good luck previously. I’ll definitely be back.

2024-04-16 16:03:17This was my first time buying a bike from SVC. They were very helpful and guiding me to the right bike for the type of riding I want to do. They made a few suggestions about immediate upgrades to make my first ride, enjoyable.(Spark, arrester, longer shifter and hand guards). They also recommended a few upgrades I might consider for the future. Went out the next day with some friends to Jawbone Canyon and had a great time. I like that they weren’t pushy salesman, and they greeted me as soon as I walked through the front door. This was my second time visiting the shop to inquire about the bike. Nick and Gary were Very helpful.

2024-05-16 04:28:06Came on a whim, left on one of my many dream bikes. The kindness, courtesy, care, genuine-ity, and interest Jef and the entire staff shared while helping me was world-class. Cant more honestly and effusively rave about my experience here, do yourself a favor and stop by.

2024-05-23 22:39:21Best shop by far for buying a new bike or having service done. The staff is friendly and won’t hassle you if you’re just browsing, like so many other shops do. Being able to drop your bike off at service without an appointment is pretty sweet too!

2024-06-03 23:14:34For being in a small town like Simi Valley Simi Valley Cycles gives big town service. The sales guys that work there know their stuff. Theyve guided me to at least three of the best bikes Ive ever owned. I wont shop anywhere else. Duane is one of the nicest people Ive ever worked with.
