Super happy with Dr Gorman and the staff here! It’s so hard to find a Dr you trust and can count on and Dr Gormans office does just that. Recently needed to get my husband in to see a Dr, he had not established a primary Dr here in CA since we moved here a few years ago . He desperately needed to see a Dr for his medical issue and he was able to get in immediately! They were very thorough and competent when they evaluated him and got him the tests he needed to be on the road to recovery.

I have been going to the Dr. Gorman’s office for the last ten years. The front desk lady is exceptional (same person all these years), always friendly and competent. I never had issues with billing or scheduling an appointment. Appointments usually are available as soon as the next day if you have an urgent issue. As for the quality of health care provided: even though there was a turnover of the medical professionals ( NP’s, MD’s) through the years, all doctors and nurses here are always super attentive and helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience here.

Crystal was incredible. I was nervous at first because Dr. visits can be nerve wracking. From beginning to end she was extremely thorough and did not rush the appointment. She made sure to listen to my concerns and was very kind in her responses. Lightly asked about my diet and exercise, but never made it a topic of concern. Which gave me confidence in talking more about my goals and concerns.The staff was very friendly, music was playing in the room that was soothing. I felt very well cared for. Looking forward to the future with health maintenance at Silicon Valley Sports Medicine.

I am a new patient and saw a PA, Crystal, in this practice who did my annual physical. First, I was professionally greeted by the office staff. The facility is large and clean. Crystal was attentive and made be feel comfortable. I also appreciated the online health portal which allows you to send emails to the practitioners and receive test results. I am very satisfied with Dr. Gormans team!

Dr. Gorman has been my Primary Care Doctor for over 20 years. She and her staff have taken excellent care of me. She has a way of making you feel like she has all the time in the world for whatever you have brought to her attention, and she cares deeply for her patients. Even before the COVID pandemic medical professionals were under enormous pressure, and that has not changed. Through it all she has maintained her desire and ability to care. I heartily recommend her and her team. As a primary care doctor who is also a sports medicine doctor she is a vital link in my health care team.

I’m very picky about my medical providers, and an happy to say that SVSM has consistently exceeded my expectations for the last 6 years. Scheduling is quick and easy, doctors and PAs are professional and knowledgeable, and the support staff is awesome. My beloved former PCP retired, and after procrastinating for too long on the search for a new PCP, I finally dove in back in late June. Based on the many amazing online reviews for Dr. Tiffany Gorman, I made an appointment at SV Sports Medicine. (Note that I am not an athlete by any stretch of the imagination ... just a heavier-than-Id-like middle-aged person. I was therefore a little anxious about signing up with a potential PCP at a Sports Medicine facility, but it wasnt a problem at all.)Dr. Gorman was booked out until October, so I scheduled instead with a new doctor to the practice (Michelle Doscas), and met with her for my annual physical last week. Dr. Doscas was wonderful ... willing to listen, quick to understand, knowledgeable, and friendly. Equally importantly to me, everyone in the front office was helpful, friendly, and an absolute joy to interact with. All my prescriptions and orders were updated and submitted to my preferred pharmacy before I even walked out the door. I know Im new to SV Sports Medicine, but I am so far very impressed and happy. Thanks to all!

Called and left message asking for an appointment. Got back to me in 10 minutes and fit me in the same day.Dr. Gorman was thorough in her exam of my knee. She thoroughly explained what was causing my issue, and treatment. She completely set up what I should do prior to a second appointment, if I felt I needed one. *Update May 2023:I am updating this review based on the clinic’s recent response to my review and to provide additional info.Their response actually shows deeper issue: lack of accountability, being incapable to listen and learn based on patient’s concern.During all the years calling for appointment I do not recall to be given an option of seeing an MD, and being naive (as a person new to the region) I thought I was actually seeing an MD!!! 🤦‍♀️When I realized after awhile how they run business and when specifically asked for MD there was always 1 month wait. To say patient should “plan” to see an MD is such a rich statement coming from a health care provider. Yes, you can plan for regular/annual check ups, what about other cases? since their PA service is only sufficient for low criticality issues, for the problems that are neither ER level critical or mundane, they are badly short staffed.To give an example: I was checked by one of their PA for an problem that was mid level critical, they told me the MD was in the building if needed. PA gave me green light that everything was ok and I left with no additional test performed. However, the problem persisted and I had to call Sutter urgent care. Sutter care nurse immediately consulted an MD over the phone and after going to their location (the same day), I was seen by an MD. They run tests that Dr Gorman’s PAs did not run and found critical issues that Dr Gorman staff did not foresee in all these years. Sadly this office’s arrogance will not allow them to see their shortcomings, thinking they are some kind of unicorn in health care services. Other locations are also providing speedy services if needed but with better quality. I have moved on.*April 2023:This is a tough one. I have been going to this place for several years. I am super happy with courteous front desk staff and the knowledgeable PAs w great bedside manners and the quick online appointments, and chat option in portal.This could easily be a 4 or 5 star review if I once in a while was able to see an MD in a timely manner. I kid you not, in all these years I recall only seeing an MD maybe once years ago, the visit w Dr Gorman herself and it was super quick and not thorough, not impressive at all. Her PAs in contrast are great if you don’t mind seeing a PA. For me the arrangements was working so far but as you age and more complexity arises in your health, the service deems insufficient.

Wow! First off patient services were incredible. I have been looking for a new PCP since my last one joined a new program I couldn’t continue with. My family went to this office and met Dr.Gorman earlier this week. My family came home raving about how nice everyone was. Establishing a new doctor can be a little stressful for some people. I contacted the office through their website chat and asked to make an appointment as a new patient. They were able to get me in THE SAME DAY! The facility was spacious and clean and everyone there was very welcoming and kind. I had my first appointment with one of the PAs (Paige). She was very kind and actually listened. I can’t even tell you how much it meant for someone to listen, understand, and sympathize what I have been going through. I actually felt seen and taken seriously which is all I could ever ask from a doctor. I am looking forward to having their team join me on my health journey. Had a physical here today. First visit and I am impressed. The reception area is spacious and the receptionist was friendly and efficient. My knee had been bothering me. Call to make an appointment. Spoke with Annabel at the front desk. Annabelle was great to get me in that same day. I arrive for my appointment and was immediately seen by dr. Bishop. Dr. Bishop a complete examination of my knee and recommended we get an MRI. I am always made to feel comfortable when I walk into Silicon Valley Sports Medicine...From the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Gorman. It’s important to be heard and not rushed through a doctor’s appointment and that’s exactly how I’m treated with Dr. Gorman. She has a caring bedside manner coupled with patience and excellent care. I recommend her to anyone that asks for a GP or sports focused care.

I transitioned to Silicon Valley Sports Medicine after 15+ years at PAMF. The decision to leave PAMF and seek the care of Dr.Gorman and her team was the best decision I’ve ever made when it comes to my health and care.PAMF prevented me from accessing specialists, often saying “they will laugh at you because it’s not a serious enough issue” (the issue being severe fatigue, low bp, etc. over 5+ years, which later became so severe it caused me to faint and obtain a grade 3 concussion). Their solution? Smaller meals and “just eat more salt”. They also refused a referral to see a cardiologist and when I finally obtained referral to an endocrinologist they did not see me because “my routine labwork was normal.” They did not offer up support in additional bloodwork or alternatives in figuring out what was wrong.Fast forward to seeing Dr.Gorman’s team: they instantly referred me to a cardiologist, with the PA telling me “they take heart health seriously here”. Regardless of it was or wasn’t a heart condition, they wanted to at least rule it out. Finding the root cause of my fainting and subsequent concussion was high on their list of concerns. My jaw dropped to the floor when they said that. I had no idea this is what true care was, and what I deserved (what EVERYONE deserves).I recently received a physical from Dr.Gorman herself and it was a wonderful experience. She is so personable, smart, and empathetic. I feel so much sadness for my past self for believing PAMF was really trying to help me, and for staying longer than I should have.Special thank you to Dr.Gorman and her team for helping me to reclaim my health and supporting my own advocacy towards my health.

Their staff need some training and improve their communication with blood test lab. They said you can just go to the labcorp, they would send my info there. But they never!! It wasted me half day in the labcorp. It already happened to my wife before. I even called sv sports medicine to remind them send my information to the labcorp so that I won’t miss the appointment. They said yes but just never did. What’s more, not sure who to blame, many tests the doctor required were not done, I got to go to the labcorp again!!

Unbelievable how we were treated here. Both my husband and I made appointments back to back a few weeks ahead of time. There was no one there when we arrived yet we had to wait, not for another patient but for a drug sales lady who was a walk in after we arrived. After we were put into a room for an ultrasound which no one had discussed with us, we waited another 30 mins only to find out that the doctor was a man when I specifically asked to see a woman. I was very clearly upset and told the rude nurse that I needed to see a woman. She then told us that it was impossible due to the one out of many female doctors they had being on medical leave and proceeded to disclose that doctors medical information to us...HIPPA violation? We waited a few more minutes and decided to leave. No one has even called us since then to apologise and its been over a month at least. We drove over an hour for this early morning appointment and my husband needed his meds to breathe which they knew. This was my husbands first visit here and I regret recommending then to him.

Great physicians office!! I chose this office because they are active, sports minded and can relate to my injuries and activities. What I like best is they take the time to ask questions and listen to find any contributing factors e.g eating habits other activities as opposed to just a check up and prescribe. I always bring a Kindle to read,, but seldom get past a couple of pages before Im called. Their PAs are top notch and professional. Anyone who asks for a good medical office, this is my only choice.
