Being a business owner does not mean you instinctively know how to do sales. Ive had a fear of sales for years and finally decided to do something about It. I joined David Cowans Sander Training in January 2024. Being a process person, I love that I now have a process to follow and Im not lost in my own thoughts.Best part of the training is the role playing. Theres nothing better than putting into practice what you are learning in the workshop.

I have been working with Dave for a few months now. He is engaging and practices what he teaches, so he is a good example of what I need help with as well as a good coach for specifics. He has challenged me on my own thinking several times- to my benefit. I appreciate his ability to take an issue I have identified and help me work around it-- I have a hard time not spilling my candy in the lobby and he has helped me to reign my tendencies in to begin to hone a better sales partnership focus. I have always been naturally good at sales and Dave is helping me reduce the ego of that belief to begin to use better tactics to win more deals. From the first meeting with him I began to see marked improvement in advancement towards the finish line-- specifically with no longer having as much of an issue with the dreaded ghost client.

Dave is simply amazing. 10/10 and more.I really appreciate Daves patient and measured approach in teaching. The profession of Sales is typically seen in a negative light which is quite unfortunate. Thanks to Dave he was able to work with me in breaking down pre-conceived notions. His methods are great to show you how to sell in a consultative manner that does not break any moral code but rather empowers your customers and helps them through the buying process in an honest fashion.Going into the sessions I end up learning more about myself above anything else which is great as it exposes areas of improvement which is fundamental to growth. A better me = A better experience for the customer and ultimately people by from people :)

I have been attending the foundations sales training for the last couple of months, and I can say Dave is super knowledgeable and patient. I have enjoyed learning Sandler. Dave is an excellent sales trainer and over a short time has made a substantial improvement in our sales team through his sales management training class and individual coaching. He helped to align our team on a consistent process with a common vocabulary enabling our leaders to identify and put words into areas of improvement. I see positive results from our sale people in learning and utilizing new techniques. I highly recommend Dave for teaching and coaching.

The Sandler training Dave customised for our company sales training was top notch! Ive done several similar sales courses but this meant a lot more as it was specific to our company products and goals.
