This was my first visit to Silicon Valley Eye Clinic, and my experience was very positive. The insurance verification process was smooth from the start, and I appreciated the friendly reminder calls and messages.The check-in process was efficient and seamless. Nurse Mo was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining each procedure before the examinations or tests. She was able to answer any questions I had with detailed explanations.Dr. Grace Tsing was extremely knowledgeable and addressed key issues, highlighting important approaches that benefit her patients. After the visit, the professional visit summary and the OCT report were promptly sent to me for my reference.I had a great eye exam experience that was both efficient and effective. I will continue using this clinic for my eye examinations and recommend it to my friends.

I have been going to Silicon Valley Eye physicians forever… And I am now 57. They go above and beyond for their clients. Dr. Kevin Wu, Sylvia, Rachel, and others have been with me every step of the way with my dry eyes. I hate that I have dry eyes, but they have tried so many different things and continue to take such great care of me always. The staff at the front desk is always so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I seriously cannot say enough great things about these physicians and all the staff. They always welcome me when I walk in by my name and I’m sure it’s mostly because I’m there all too often with my dry eye issues; nonetheless, they make you feel really special and they are super patient with everyone. A huge thank you to you all!!

My first visit went well. I enjoyed the congeniality of the staff and Doctor as they efficiently went through the steps of the exam. I especially appreciated the patience of the woman in the eyewear section as I decided which frames glasses I wanted to choose.

I’ve been going to Silicon Valley Eye Physicians for my annual eye exams for years and can’t recommend them more highly. Consistently, courteous, professional, and efficient, they handle every aspect of my eyecare from ophthalmology to eyeglass prescriptions. I’ve been entirely satisfied with the customer service, communication, and quality of care. Kudos across the board.

I have been going to Dr. Johnson at SVEP for 10+ years now! Shes seen me through highschool, college, and now post-grad life. I trust her opinion and recommendations, and she is super responsive when I leave a message with a question for her. The other staff at SVEP are super efficient and knowledgeable as well, I always feel well taken care of.

Ive never been excited to visit the doctor before, but somehow Silicon Valley Eye Physicians gives me that feeling every time because I know Im in capable hands and my life is improving with every visit. I came in for issues with dry eye caused by Accutane, and Dr. Wu + Rachel were really knowledgeable and thorough with their dry eye examinations and addressed every concern with a lot of patience. My annual today with doctor-in-training Diana went great as well! Thanks to Michelle for being super friendly and going through the paperwork with me, and thanks to everyone at Silicon Valley Eye Physicians for the great experiences. See you in a few months 👍

I have seen doctors at Silicon Valley Eye Care for many years, both for annual eye exams & for eye troubles. I wouldnt go anywhere else.The staff & doctors are knowledgeable, patient & friendly. They always take the time to answer my questions.The staff in the optics area where one can get fitted for glasses are also amazing.

I had very positive experience at Silicon Valley Eye Physicians for my dry eye problem. A patient recommended this place in Little Red Book. I am so glad I came. This place is clean, bright and has modern decoration. I was first welcomed and checked in by the front desk. They had a nice portal for new patient intake which is much better than filling out 10 pages of paper forms. I only waited for 5 mins. Rachel picked me up and ran a few dry eye related exams for me. She was super patient and gentle, clearly explained every step. After a thorough exam, Dr. Wu came and did a few more tests and asked me many questions before he gave me detailed treatment plan. He recommended starting with home therapies to see if symptoms improve. I received a email with everything I need to know later that day from Rachel. I really appreciate the effort they put into every detail to make an eye appointment as satisfying as dining in a Michelin restaurant.
