I had the opportunity to work with Erin on a home purchase and she was amazing! She was very responsive and communicated everything clearly. She managed all the different relationships involved, kept everyone on task and made a significant life event stress free. We used her for a home purchase but I would also use her for home sale if I had the opportunity. Erin is an A++. I highly recommend her!

This was absolutely the best homebuying experience! Erin was understanding and patient throughout the process. She got to know our preferences and what we were looking for, she went to open houses on our behalf even when we were out of town, and she found us our dream home! We got great advice about how much to offer, when to counter-offer, and how to position ourselves. Then she walked us through every step of escrow. We are so happy and can’t thank her enough!

I was a bit nervous about listing my home for sale since I was living out of state at the time. Erin was on top of every aspect, including getting photos and a virtual tour completed, coordinating with tenants and even helping to get my personal belongings packed up for someone to ship out to me. She also saw to the entire process and stayed on top of the buyer and lender to make sure everything went swimmingly. I would highly recommend her and Silicon Beach Homes for your real estate needs.

Erin sold my house during covid last summer. I had to move quick because my husband had just passed. She got me the price I wanted in a very difficult time and situation. She uses all the digital tools available and handles things in a most professional manner yet takes care of you like you are her only client. She goes above and beyond!
