They have a great selection. Ordering was easy and I appreciate the feedback as one picture was blurry instead of just making it as is. Once I received my order it was better than I expected, especially the light box! The turn around time was quick. Items was well packed. I expect to do business with Signworld again.

Be aware! I do NOT recommend it because their products description was misleading, and you can actually lose money when ordered online. According to the website, it says PET (a polyester film produced from polyethylene terephthalate) backlit films which allows light illumination to simply pass through. (No picture) It was my mistake NOT seeing the sample before I ordered. After I received it and opened it to check, it was too late. It is not simply pass though. When I wanted to return without using them at all, they charged me whooping 15%+TAX for the product was opened and used. I complained, but they said that it was a company policy. And I had to be responsible for return shipping cost. I am certain that they sold me an used product and made money off my return. What a business!

I bought the adhesive wallpaper and it’s cost me so much more then the project itself. i applied it once and it didn’t stick so I called they gave me little advise on applying it and I went ahead and gave them another try thinking I applied it wrong but it just does not stick it is the same texture wall they have their sample on but just doesn’t work . So if you don’t want to waist your time and money I wouldn’t recommend buying their wallpaper Material

Love how awesome these banners came out. Wish the bag was a tad bigger so I could roll the banner into the bag for easy storage. The quality is perfect & I love the easiness of the stand. Sturdy & strong but lightweight I could pull out & set up anywhere, in a few seconds. Great turnaround service as well.

Would rate it 0 stars if it would let me. Horrible customer service. Spend over $200 with the company and tell them I need my order in 10 days. They tell me that they could not ship within time frame requested so I ask if they would split my order so I could use part of my order. They tell me the only way they will split the order is if I pay an extra $50!Refunded my order but that doesn’t help me because I still need the products!

We were looking for a removal vinyl floor wrap for a dance floor. The product states it can be used for temporary dance floors. We also called and spoke to someone on the phone who verbally Confirmed that the vinyl was removable and has been tested. We were told it makes for a easy removal.The application was smooth, however there was a very strong order of chemical. The removalTook over 7 hours and the vinylWould not come off the dance floor. We had to use blow dryers to heat the vinyl in order to remove the vinyl. Would not suggest using this product if you are looking to remove it.

When I ordered our sign from them I chose ground shipping. They emailed me and told me that it wouldnt get there in time for my event and asked that I let them know right away if I wanted it expedited. Within 3 minutes I said, yes please expedite the shipping. But it was still shipped ground and I received it after the event. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Most incredible customer service Ive ever seen. The young lady with whom I worked, Jazmine, was very professional and was able to get our order placed in a very timely manner. They didnt have the items in their West Coast warehouse, so they had to ship it from the East Coast location. She notified me of every step in the process. I couldnt have been happier with these banners. We had to order very large banners for returning to work during Covid and didnt have a clue of how to hang them. Found these affordable, easy to assemble and display banner stands. They arrived very quickly with their own carrying bag and fold up very small for storage. These were great! I wish I needed to buy more!

Im remodeling my older home and the ceiling was something I really didnt want to redo. I didnt want to rip out the plaster in order to put new drywall up, so I decided to get some sticky wall covering to where it was a blank canvas so I could have possibly have somebody come in and paint something on the ceiling but applying sticky back covering was extremely difficult. There were 2 people trying the role, we measured and cut, We tried, but gravity was not our friend.So it didnt work out for us. Its extremely hard to hold the wall covering up over the head for long periods of time . Needless to say we still have 90% of the roll left.Edit: We didnt peel back the whole piece at once, we peeled back a corner and started from there. It was holding it over youre head and peeling and smoothing that was next to impossible.

The product that I purchased was very nice and solid. I have one suggestion concerning its construction. When attaching the shelves there is a bar that interferes with attaching the screw to the bolt. If the holes in the side of the shelf could be relocated, it would make the process of putting it together much easier. The bottom hole could be raised and the top hole could be lowered so you can attach the shelf without be obstructed by the bar.

I have used Signworld in the past where my clients had me send files to them for producing displays. Last week, just before the 4th of July holiday weekend, I decided to give them a try with my own client.We had a show coming up the following week and were having a hard time finding a vendor to get the display done. The only thing is Im very thankful I had a graphic designer friend create the file to send in. It is not something I couldve done on my own with the file requirements listed. Had a great customer service experience from online ordering, speaking with sales to clarify my request, design emailing me to ensure quality was satisfactory before printing, and on-time delivery.My only complaint is the product itself - the Outdoor Cone Poster Sign - doesnt screw together particularly well and leaves the signs a little crooked or too easily pulled apart. However, they still suit our needs and am happy to have them.

My company ordered 12 banner ups from Sign World and one-by-one they have broken. Sign World did replace three of them, and cautioned not to lose the end caps. When the three replacements came, the endcaps had already fallen off. When I inquired about sending us new caps they wanted to charge us.We use banner ups all the time, and have never experienced this problem. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. Wont be ordering from them ever again.

I ordered two feather flags for my sons wedding for out by road. I used vinyl and put their names on them. They worked out great. People were able to find the driveway easier. And I can peel the names off and reuse next year for my daughters wedding. They went together easy. And stayed up in very windy weather. It was a little rainy at times and the flags looked great the next morning when we took them down.I ordered the flag separately from the pole then when it arrived I had to order the stake in the ground. That was a little frustrating. If I had to order again I would order the complete set from the get go.

Due to Covid19, sign holders are hard to find. If you do find them, the price has been inflated. Sign World had reasonable prices, but did not have them in stock. They held my order until they did. They told me it would take a month, but they under promised, and over delivered. I had them in two weeks, and they kept me informed about every step of my order.Great Customer Service!

Today its 5th of June 2018 and still, the order is in transit. Seriously 18th days ... never received the tracking number too and when I called to get the refund. Both the supervisor and the call center representative were super rude and hang up the phone on me saying they will not refund the money. worst place to do business .. We also had an extremely difficult time returning two sandwich boards because of their strict 7 day return policy. These guys let us down in the worst way.We paid them over $1,000 to make a tradeshow banner for us that was tobe the back wall of our booth. We paid $10,000 to be at the tradeshow,so this was a very important project for us, and thye left us HIGH AND DRY.Long story short, they couldnt figure out how to use the artwork we providedto them. They sent us some emails that went to our junk folder. It wasnt until4 days before the tradeshow that we got a voicemail about a problem with our order.We had assumed the banner was shipping any day. After calling back, the issue withthe artwork was resolved in about 3 minutes WITHOUT us providing them anything else.They figured out how to use our artowrk on the phone? Arent they professionals?Sad to say, they had Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to produceour banner even after they realized their mistake(their production is in house),but they refused to get it to us in-time, even after we offered to pick it up by driving 70 miles.We gave them our money and artwork 12 days before ourtradeshow. They had 3 more days to make it happen for us after hearing about the problemand realizing that they had everything they needed to print.1) Why did they not call us sooner if they were not getting email responses?2) Once they discovered that they had no issues with our artwork and that they could print it, why did they notmake our order a priority and get it done by Friday night? Or someone work the weekend? Again, they do this all in house.3) After hearing about the horrible position they have put us in, why did they not at least recommend someone or pointus in the right direction of how we could get SOMETHING for our tradeshow? Its the leats they could have done.Their only repsonse is that they have a 4-day turn-around time... We were dumbfounded at this levelof service and we told them as much, but they dont seem to care. We found a company that got us something in timethat worked, god bless them.We could never do business with Signworld again. The lack of service is just like a smack in the face. Very Disappointed with this company. My company spends thousands of dollars with SignWorld America and recently they changed a banner stand sign size without any notice. My company sold 2 of the stands and when we went to order them, we were informed they changed the size. I asked for a comparable stand and price and was told NO. I asked to speak to a manager and was told just to write an email to a general email address.My company spends thousands of dollars with this company and I thought some sort of customer service would have been offered. I have even got some of my fellow sign companies to use them. I will not refer people to them in the future after being treated poorly.

I really disappointing with Sign World. Im a new customer and I aready place a few jobs with them. Now it was my second time placing a order for flag. I place the order while I was talking to the lady, and sent the file, she said it takes time to receive the file, but anything wrong she will contact me, and she did at the next day saying they didnt receive the file and I sent again, and it was success message sent. But their website it was with problems and they didnt receive it again. After past 2 days trying to send it, I sent the file thru email, and they finally receive it. But the problem is, I was with hurry to receive the file and I pay $100 EXTRA for the shipping, and just because of their mistake and the bad wesite they have it, they also charge me $40 to rush the file, but it was not my mistake. Melissa was the one that help me and charge me $40.One star it was because we can not trust on them and no either the website. Even thought they have good quality printing, I feel so disappointed of a extra charge that was not my mistake. I pay because it was not my client fall, and I will never charge him, because of something like that.
