2024-02-09 20:30:30They refund customers who received their items then send you the bill, leaving you to eat the cost of the refund and the products that the customer already received.Even after a review of the customer with the product in his hands and confirmed tracking, the clowns at Signature issued a refund of over $1100.00.Stay Away before they rob you as well.

2024-02-25 19:36:29This company created a glitch in our PayPal payment gateway that caused settlements to be delayed by two months. Customers were confused and outraged to be debited up to two months after authorization.

2023-12-26 18:33:32A salesperson named Jasmin signed me up bc I told her one of the things I was not happy about was PCI compliance, she told me she would take care of it for me. It was taken care of for two years. I tried to get a hold of Jasmin but Im guessing she is no longer an employee. After getting frustrated over several months I called and spoke with a supervisor, John, who is the worst customer service rep Ive ever dealt with. Im already ticked off and speaking to someone as disrespectful as him makes things so much worse. Not sure how he can do his job when he is so confrontational to people that are already ticked off but nothing with this scam company makes since. Good rittence, I would recommend finding a more honest company.

2022-07-23 04:22:50Have been using them for a few years now and usually no problems, but unfortunately when we finally did have an issue we discovered that they have no 24/7 technical support. Not only did they not pro-actively contact us when our account got frozen due after a flood of fraud got through, but if we didnt have a backup credit card processor we would be losing out on 3 days worth of sales. Plus the added loss of potential repeat customers as their transactions not going through. How a company is able to respond when things dont go well is what really matters, and in this case its call back at 7am on Monday which is completely unacceptable.

2023-03-13 02:44:35Commenting on a few of the negative comments. Read your contract. Every prossesor has a cancellation fee typically short of 2 years. Ive looked at many and Signature is one of the most honorable processing companies. Ive seen tons of horror stories. Signatures statements are transparent and they stand by what they say. There are a lot of misleading companies out there. Signature is not one of them.

Services are excellent As Long As you keep them with Signature Payments but be prepared pay-out should you choose to leave.Want to inquire on any potential termination fees before cancelling? Dont bother with being responsible and asking up front....youll find out soon enough when your account is debited out of the blue.Want to question it after the fact? Good Luck getting a hold of them. They will dodge your phone calls and not return your voicemails. (Still waiting on the fine print documents that they claim has some obscure language in there that justifies their termination fees.)

2023-05-01 14:17:56Trying to set up card processing for my small business, they have had me in (underwriting) for over a month I dont hear from Ken chapple about updates for over a week no email response, today Im told underwriting needs MORE info? I cannot think of anything more that could possibly be needed AND your gonna charge me 20 dollars a month? No thanks!! Outrageous go through guardian they had me through in 2 days, or venmo, had a business account in 32 min

2022-08-04 21:34:27Highly recommend Signature Payments for all of your credit card processing needs. Russell, my account representative is by far the most knowledgeable and resourceful processing agent that I’ve ever worked with. He saved me money, is available anytime I need him and knows the industry like no other. If you want to save money on your merchant fees do yourself a favor and please give Russell at signature payments a call... I would be shocked if he is unable to accomplish that.

2023-06-12 20:58:28Horrible company. Refused to set up an account for me due to not having an EIN. I am an LLC with no employees and do not require one. I sent a screenshot of this directly from the IRS webpage. They stopped responding afterwards. This company was directly linked to some software I was using so it would have benefited me greatly to integrate it in. I was forced to change software due to their inability to conform to IRS regulations.

We tried to setup an account with themWas told we would have an update by end of business day, fast forward two months later here I amCalling to see what’s going on with the application. After being denied we asked why, first response was “inconsistency in application” and after following up again I was told by the Vice President that they called me and had a phone interview and it went poorly. Liars nobody called us and we are thankful this happened becuase we would rather give anyone our money but these clowns!!
