2024-06-24 22:58:23I finally was able to move out of the SIG managed property and I must say they did a terrible job while I was there. First I moved into an amazing apartment at least I thought in Burbank but quickly found it wasnt. The night before I moved in fully I went to clean and noticed dead bugs ie roaches. I asked if there was an issue. I was told there was not (I have email and pictures for everything that I am discussing) but there was a huge known problem. Upon moving in I saw live roaches and SIG acted as if they didnt know. I asked my neighbor and she told me the man below me was disgusting and had roach issues. I dealt with this for two years, they would have someone spray but they did not deal with the issue truly. They let this man ruin this apartment and Im quite sure that this was the reason the person before me moved out and probably the others too. Because when I moved in there were three units avail. The problem was not resolved either even when I begged them to do so, the way it was solved was sadly that the man died. If he hadnt they would have let my apartment still have issues since they refused to also make sure my home was not being overrun by roaches from below. Soon as he was no longer there the issue was resolved. What makes it worse is they never got to the root about anything. the tub should have been replaced, my windows had mold growing in them they always did quick fixes. When I finally moved by the grace of God they took almost 500 from my apartment deposit and said I was filthy. I have photos before i left and the place was spotless. This is from a place that allowed the man below to turn the apartment into ruin. They also never cleaned our laundry room it was always gross, dusty and dirty. DO NOT go with SIG they are thieves. I wouldnt have even come here if they hadnt stole so much and lied on my cleanliness. If you want to deal with thieves after you move out with stealing all they can then move here. If you want a management company that cares about how ppl have to live in their apartments then go to someone else.

2024-05-28 17:06:36I have been living in a SIG property for over a year and I LOVE IT!!! I’m super happy with my apartment and my neighborhood. Fergie is the woman who runs my building and she amazing!! She takes good care of the building and she is on top of it if there is a maintenance issue that needs to be addressed right away.

2024-05-01 00:35:58S.I.G. is the kind of company, with a number of employees, who really LISTEN to your story. Acquiring an apartment isn’t always easy because many companies don’t exhibit any humility. I felt like a person when dealing with Carl or Ellie. They listened to my story and still encouraged me to apply and always offered extra help and encouragement.

2024-05-09 18:06:54Yeah, we’re living in Glendale and management company for our building is SAGToday I woke up and noticed that from our ceiling we have water dripping so I call to management company and Carl was there for me he put an an order for Plumer service for our unit. Hopefully, they’re gonna show up soon

2024-03-03 01:10:53Slumlords that try to pass as a legitimate company. They take days to fix anything if they even get back to you. They also broke a hole in my wall and took several days to get back to me. On day 3 now that I’m waiting for them to come fix my hot water.Update #1: Update #1: I raised the rating due to some effort .Company reached out finally after the reviews and began addressing some of the issues.Update #2 Office negotiated with owner to give a rent credit for the laundry. Raised the rating because of that.Update #3: communication continues to be an issue and new headaches due to the construction.Update #: changed review rating as they have improved on communicating.

2023-12-04 21:56:26I have lived in a property in Los Angeles that is managed by SIG for the last 5 years. The vast majority of my interactions with them have been very positive, they are attentive to resident concerns and requests for repairs etc... in 5 years they only really dropped 1 ball, recently taking a few weeks to repair the oven. Yes it was annoying that it took almost a month with no explanation, but in the grand scheme of 5 years they have a very good track record. It was Mabel at SIG who got that repair back on track right in time for Thanksgiving. Thanks Mabel :)
