This is my very first experience going to Sierra Subaru to have my Subaru Forrester serviced. I booked the first appointment of the day and was assigned to Rafael Ibarra. Rafael was in charge and saw to it that my car was taken care of promptly. He updated me on the status of the service while I waited in the lounge. Rafael was professional and respectful. He even moved things along so my car could get a free wash at the end of the service so I did not have to wait too long. I have had plenty of new cars but this is the first time I was treated like a valued customer. When I return for my second service, I hope I can ask for Rafaels service again. Good job, Rafael!!! Keep it up!!!! Thank you.

I cannot remember the exact names of the individuals who helped us. We have been to this dealership two times and have had an excellent experience! This past visit was on 1/19 and I went in with my toddler due to my car battery dying. The gentleman who assisted us with such a gem, he was very understanding and worked quickly and efficiently to get me and the little one out of there. In addition, he appeared to understand the issue well enough for us to not have to leave my car overnight. He was very courteous and efficient. I am glad I have this close by Subaru that I can bring my car to as I was originally going to one further away. These guys def deserve more good reviews.

I used to go to Glendale Subaru to get my car serviced, but staff there havent been that great so I switched to Monrovia location. Upon arrival and checking in, Rafael had been very welcoming and friendly. He answered all of my questions and concerns even though he had more people to see. I felt like I was cared for well and he took his time to address any concerns I had! I highly recommend Rafael for being an educator and a great spokesperson for providing exceptional customer service!

Always a friendly staff and do the best they can to make sure things are done right. Rafael Ibarra is usually the person that helps me out and he recently help me fix/replace a faulty radio I had on my Forrester. He got me a loaner since the shipment can take several weeks. I got my car back last week and everything seems great so far. I know if anything comes up, both Rafael and Sierra Subaru will make sure it is right.

One of the service persons, Rafael Ibarra, at Sierra Subaru of Monrovia in the service department has been friendly and wonderful in greeting me when I arrive for our appointment. I have met Rafael in dealing my current 2024 Outback Touring XT and my last 2021 Outback Touring XT. He has taken his time to explain to me what was done and what might need future work. Sierra Subaru has an excellent service station. I made an appointment and Veronica Rios helped me as I explained the issue with my car. The waiting area in the service station was nicely furnished and stocked with coffee and snacks. Once my car was ready, Veronica explained the technicians findings and how they fixed my cars problem.

I cant recommend Sierra Subaru Service enough! I took my car in after a check engine light went off in what I thought was simply a sensor issue that would take a few hours to fix. I soon found out it was a more complicated issue and I would be without a car for a while. Veronica Rios, the service advisor I worked with, made a stressful situation less so. She helped me understand the issue with my car and my options, kept me updated on the status of my car, and got me into a loaner car as soon as it came available. I have never felt more taken care of! Veronica was knowledgeable, communicative, understanding, and solutions oriented!!! Thank you again!!!

Even before the actual date of service, I had talked on the phone with Jaime to discuss pricing. Ive been to Sierra Subaru for service twice now, and both times have been excellent experiences. Theres often a long wait, but the staff does a really great job of estimating your wait time and keeping you updated so nothing is a surprise. I worked with Yadira Cedillo both times and shes always kind, courteous and efficient. She makes sure I have everything and I need and takes the time to answer all my questions, I really appreciate her.

Jamie Vega is and has always been very pleasant and seems to be a caring person in that the customer is please, informed. However, I dont know about the mechanic for leaving their phone in my car. Jamie was calling to let me know. I was over half way home had to turn around and go back. Was not a happy camper after spending over 3 hrs waiting for my car.

I just had a great experience at Sierra Subaru. I had malfunctions of several systems in my Subaru legacy, made an appointment and when I arrived at Sierra Subaru I was asked to check in with Rafael Ibarra. This is where my great experience started, he was great, he asked me what was wrong and he listened to everything I said. He checked the car, came back and checked his computer and told me the problem was a engine coolant bypass valve, it needed to be replaced and it was causing all the malfunctions. Rafael asked me if I was waiting or needed go go home. He said no problem, he could have me taken home. I said I would wait. Two hours later he came back to me and said they did not have the part and the car would not be ready for two days. He said not to worry, he could take me home and have me picked up in a day or two when the car was ready. I was taken home and several hours later I received a call from him that the car was ready. He had found the right part and it was installed, He told me if I come back before they closed I could pick up my car. I am sure Rafael was able to find the part and get it installed the same day, great service, great guy. Rafael turned my three day service back to a one day, great job, hard working, and making things happen. Rafael Ibarra is the service advisor to see at Sierra Subaru for great service.

I had originally made an appointment to have a part replaced because of damage done to the original. Unhappily, the part wasn’t in stock when I arrived for my appointment. I was very disappointed since I had made an appointment specifically to have that part replaced. Jaime Vega understood my predicament and said that he would order the part and give me a call when it came in. The best part was that he said I could come in anytime, and he would personally put the part on for me, no waiting. Which is exactly what happened. I really appreciated Jaime Vega making the dealership’s mistake good. I know mistakes can be made, but what I value is how they are taken care of. Thank you Jaime Vega.

Joseph DiThomas made my visit to Subaru Monrovia worth repeating for numerous times in the future. His customer service was excellent. He was sincere and listened to my needs and only recommended the service I needed for my Outback. He didn’t upsell me for any services that are not required at all. I loved that they provided me a Lyft service to get home and get picked up when the car was done. It was so convenient as my work didn’t have to stop while the car was getting serviced. He made sure too that I was able to use all the coupons I had to lower the service cost. I commend him and the ladies who helped me with my Lyft. I am a very happy and satisfied customer and will come back in the future as long as Joseph will be there to assist me.

I had an issue with the battery, and the dealership was really helpful in walking me through the issue, and how I can best safely get to the dealership for them to assess the situation. The person who answered the phone was very patient and helpful, and Devon who is on staff was efficient and helpful in walking me through all the different services I was due for.They provided me with paperwork and also explained to me the warranty. They arranged for a Lyft to get me to where I needed to go. The lobby is clean and spacious, and theres a television.

The service at this location is unbeatable; Joseph Dithomas was so kind and helpful. He walked me through the service beforehand and even offered a complimentary wash 🧼 which was much needed. Since the whole thing was likely to take over an hour, Joseph offered to provide a complimentary Lyft ride anywhere in the area I’d like to go (to and from). I’ve never experienced service like this at other Subaru locations. He really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, I’ll definitely be back!

This is my first experience with Sierra Subaru on a used car warranty repair. My service advisor, Diane Brereton, was absolutely outstanding in every respect, as was the repair! I purchased a used Camaro from Sierra Subaru and a few weeks later the engine coolant temp sensing failed. Sierra not only got the fault repaired promptly, but they listened to my fault diagnosis and replaced an additional part (at my request and expense) in a timely and efficient manner. He always listens to our concerns and advises us on what needs to be done, what could be done ahead of time, and what can wait awhile. And if I forget a coupon I received for my oil change or general service, Jaime will always add it without my asking. I credit Jaime with being the reason my 2006 Subaru Forester has lasted almost entirely trouble-free for 17+ years (160,730 miles) and counting. Most amazing service! My boyfriend and I were on a roadtrip from Phoenix to Seattle in 110° weather when our coolant system decided to start leaking. We were told by the Palm Springs dealership that Monrovia was the only one with the parts we needed in stock. We showed up at 2:15pm and they made time to squeeze us in that evening so we could get back on the road. They even stayed an hour and a half late to get it done. Forever so grateful to all of those who helped, especially our service coordinator Raphael!!!
