Sierra helped me and my brother sell my parents property after they passed away. It was in terrible condition, but we wanted to do some minor fix ups before we put it up for sale. She arranged for painting and changing out some hardware and light fixtures, and it completely changed the look of the home. She also had a great junk guy that removed all of the trash. It was a 180 transformation for a very low cost. It sold right away. If you have a distressed property give her a call. She’s the best!

Sierra was the perfect Realtor to help us list our home of 15 years. In a world gone a little mad, Sierra is a shining, sparkling beacon of light. Buying my first home was like learning how to walk and she literally held my hand the entire time.To say Sierra is trustworthy is a vast understatement. Sierra is absolutely amazing!! From day one to escrow close she came through with enthusiasm, professionalism, and solid work ethic. Totally advocated for us as sellers. She is diligent, well-informed, incredibly helpful and encouraging, and always made sure all of the bases were covered. Plus she was fun and inspiring!! An absolute delight to work with.The simple and inexpensive improvement suggestions that she made definitely helped us make more money from the sale of our home. AND, for staging, she brought her own trailer full of tasteful decorations and furniture, which was amazing!! I met Sierra Player last winter as she was tromping through the snow bringing gas and burritos to her client and our neighbor who had also listed his home for sale with her. She went above and beyond to help her client out during a power outage. So, when my husband and I decided to list our home for sale, Sierra Player was our first call and she never disappointed us once. We were so impressed from our first meeting to our final closing day. Sierra found our dream home for us in Nevada City and helped us close escrow incredibly quickly. She is such a kind and warm person, and she gives great advice on what to consider when thinking about putting in an offer on a home (e.g. if the house has a deck that will need to be repaired/replaced, that will probably be an expensive project. As first time home-buyers, we would not have thought about that). She has great connections to mortgage brokers and contractors in the area, and Sierra also lives locally so she knows the area very well. We can’t recommend working with her enough!

We had a realtor that was not as professional as he should have been and we were not comfortable moving forward with him on the sale of our home. We found Sierra in a Google search, and based on her reviews, decided to take a chance in her. We are so glad we did! She is professional, but very down-to-earth, knows the market and gave us a real sense of what our home was worth and expectations for the selling process. She is very personable, sweet and yet was no-nonsense when it came to getting top dollar for our home. She has an aggressive marketing plan utilizing multiple platforms. Her photos and videos of our home were beautiful and really showcased our best features! Had the best experience buying a home in Nevada City with Sierra. Shes communicative and pro-active and always has a positive outlook. We saw numerous houses over the span of a couple months and she always made us feel like we were her top priority. (Which I could tell she does that for all her clients!) Shes excellent at communicating over SMS and email. We even scheduled a few walk throughs over video chat to get a feel for houses we were interested in since we dont live in the Grass Valley area. Shes thoughtful and attentive, always listening to what we say we want, but also intuiting us as a couple and a family. I always trusted that she knew what we wanted, what our goals and desires were, and that she had our best interest at heart. I love how hard working she is and its worth mentioning that shes also SO delightful to hang around and talk with.
