2024-04-02 21:12:09The service here was fantastic. I worked with Alfonso and Will. Both gentlemen were stellar and very amenable.I was especially impressed by the way I was welcomed and how the people here made me feel like I was a friend not a business entity.I got a fair price for my vehicle and for my trade in. I am sure you will too.I highly recommend this location if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle. I will definitely be back again for my next one.

2024-05-24 18:44:13My 2020 Colorado has been sitting in one of Sierra Chevrolet back yards for almost 3 months now. They claim when my brake booster broke, it blew my camshaft into pieces.Now they can not get a camshaft. When the brake booster broke, it was a large popping noise and the brakes didnt want to work unless I pressed hard on the pedal, then it just wanted to stop, not slow the truck down. A bit scary, but there was no traffic around. There was no weird noises ether, not in the engine or when I stepped on the brakes. They have left my engine open, with nothing but a shop rag over it, all these months. They didnt even think it was important to cover it at all, but we had high winds shortly after they got my truck and I complained. The rag was their answer. GM is saying it was not a manufacturing problem. I rented cars for 3 weeks. Then I bought a second car, because I need transportation. I now have two car payments and insurance for both. I talked to the parts distributor, they purchase from. Sierras idea. She said its all on back order and that some dealerships dont return their parts. Now many parts of a car are expected to be return to be rebuilt. ( I have worked with auto parts before). So where do all those parts go?

2024-03-09 06:24:43Sierra Chevrolet was excellent! It was the easiest and quickest purchase of a vehicle I’ve ever made Rudy and Luis were awesome. They were attentive, responsive and on the ball with everything. We agreed on the price and that was it. No pressure sales pitch or anything like that. About 90% of the entire transaction was done online. I just showed up to sign papers and drove away in my new suburban!I highly recommend Sierra Chevrolet.

2024-05-21 16:46:12This was a horrible experience mainly because of the service advisor who would not respond to my calls, voice mail messages or emails. Finally, my husband had to go down there in person because we were at our wits end trying to get a hold of him to try and find out what the status was on our vehicle. The initial repair took two weeks. Then we waited 2 months for the other part. That part finally came in and I dropped off my vehicle to have it installed only to be told at the end of that day that it was the wrong part so they couldnt install it. We waited another month, again with no communication from our service advisor. I kept calling and finally a different advisor told me the part was there and arranged for installation. This whole process took over 3 months and was a literal nightmare. Our Suburban is brand new and Sierra is the closest dealer to our house. I really dont want to go back although I always prefer to have our vehicles serviced by the dealer. What a dilemma!

2024-04-25 16:59:38Dropping my truck off went fine. Jeremy is professional and efficient. The repair was fast and ready same day. Where sierra dropped the ball was when i stood around for 30 minutes waiting for them to bring my truck out so i could leave. I finally walked behind the building to find it myself. I was told there were no porters available. Not a huge deal, but irritating nonetheless. Overall a good experience. Without that long wait sierra wouldve earned 5 stars.

2024-03-22 19:06:12March 22, 2024Rating update:I upgraded them to 4 stars because they did complete the process of paying off the amount of my traded-in car faster than then the estimated time.However, the fact that someone in the Dealership gave me incorrect information that could have affected me financially is still unacceptable. If they dont know something, they should not give advice; they should first find out if it is true or not.Other than that, the Sierra Chevrolet Team did an excellent job. They were easy to work with to reach a reasonable deal.------------------------March 20, 2024Rating correction reason:When I made the the deal with the Sales Team at Sierra Chevrolet, I told them to be honest with me and to give me all I should know from the beginning because I don’t like surprises.The monthly payment for the car I brought in as trade-in is due in 3 days and I am still financially liable because 7 days later (5 business days) Sierra Chevrolet has NOT issue the payoff payment for the trade-in. I contacted them to find out and they say they would call me with information…and they did not. I called them again to find out what happened, and they said that I should pay the monthly payment remaining, and I will get a refund from the trade-in dealership…they lied; once a monthly payment is made, is not refundable (per the trade-in dealership).I reduced this rating to 3 stars, since we are talking about my credit worthiness and potential financial penalties that I may suffer due false information given by Sierra Chevrolet. If payment is received on time, I will increase to 4 stars. If not, I will adjust to 2 stars.Stay tuned!-------------------------March 14, 2024Great service, great deal, great car, great people. 2024-02-20 15:42:28The service writer, John, went above and beyond to repair my 2015 Chevy Tahoe. I told him that I needed my SUV repaired that very same day. He made sure that the service would be completed. He went as far as to locate the part required with another vendor. I was so grateful for his commitment to excellent service. I experienced the best customer service at Sierra Chevy.

2024-03-08 22:06:57My sales man Edwin was wonderful! He gets 5 stars! I worked with another sales man Elliott and he is nice too. The sales manager seemed nice as well. However, finance department is terrible! I changed my mind about an extra warranty and called 2 days later to have it removed. I spoke to Andy in finance and he said it would be taken care of. I got a bill from the leasing company for the same amount. I called back today and spoke to Andy again. He was very nonchalant about it. My base was wrong and I still had this extra warranty. There is no reason I should have to pay extra money on a lease when I called before it could even fully be processed. This is terrible customer service!! I hope this can be rectified but Andy didnt seem to care. If this is the attitude of management then God knows if this will ever be fixed. Once again the sales people are nice but management doesnt care. Ask a lot pf questions and dont lease if you can. There are many stipulations that they dont tell you about. Its honestly not worth the hassle. I honestly wish I never went to this location!
