Truthfully a painless buying experience. Tom Redd took outstanding care of my wife and I. Numbers were clear and easy to understand which made us feel good about our purchase. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and recommend Tom to anyone. On top of the great service the car itself was in wonderful condition.

I usually go to get Honda parts like oil filters etc. The customer service is good and their prices are competitive for the basic stuff. Its cheaper to buy non-maintenance items online ans have it shipped provided of course that they arent very heavy.

Came in to Subaru Sierra to have my car checked out. 2017 Outback was feeling a little sad and leaking some type of fluid onto my driveway. Was greeted at the service drive way and my car was immediately checked-in. Jaime was my service manager and informed me that I would still be charged the $155 diagnostic fee to do a complete run through of my car. Well worth it, as the technicians found the leak (from my transmission) and found some other things that could use some attention. I left the dealership around 9:30 and Jaime called me back to tell me it would be done by 15:00. (Pretty fast for fixing a transmission, changing brakes, and cleaning the throttle body). He waived the transmission repair costs as it would be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. All I paid for was the throttle body cleaning, rear brakes, and diagnostics check. Jaime also hooked it up with some coupons for the work done. He offered to wash my car but was unable to due to my gear on my roof. Haha. 2 weeks later and my car is running smoothly, made it through another camping trip.

The service and salespeople are great. There is no pressure to buy a car. But they answered ALL my questions about a new car. I just went in to get a routine oil change for my 2018 Chevy Cruze and left with a new Chevy Malibu. Luis was helpful as well as the managers and service staff which made my trade-in so smooth! I will always get my new Chevy cars from them and I recommend anyone to stop by and browse.

Its ok; there is always a long wait time; nearly 200 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation is crazy to me. Watch out for their creative ways they tell you you need services you dont need.

I am not even sure what to say. I had an appointment for 9 am to have the oil changed and my tires rotated. He said the car would be done between 1:30 and 2:30. I was stunned that it would be so long. I got a rental for the day since I had other appointments. At 3 pm I called to find out what was going on. He said the car would be ready soon. At 4 pm I got the call that the car was ready. Then he informed me that they close at 4:30 so I needed to return the rental and get back to the dealership by then. When I said I couldnt make it there by that time he was super impatient with me. I wont be taking my car back there again!

Had a great experience at Sierra Subaru. James was very accommodating from the beginning and got me the best price right off the bat. When we arrived we found him quickly and he was very helpful since we had to bring our newborn along. Stacey was walking by and suggested we go to the service department but wasnt able to right then due to James and my wife being on a test drive. We were able to go the service department which was a relief since we had our newborn with us (thank you Stacy for the option). When we got to finance Leo was very helpful and willing to work with us on the pricing. Overall experience was excellent!

I bought my honda civic here brand new and the ac stopped working I went there and they did not want to help. I requested to talk to the manager and still did not want to help then I wrote to the general manager requesting a meeting with him to explain my situation and frustration and he never got back to me. That it showed the they just care about business whatever comes after you deal it in your own. Very 😔

Sierra Honda is more honest, and straightforward about their sales without the high pressure sales pitches others seem to always use that border on annoying as hell. They came through with the best price and were not pushy at all, unlike the other two out of a total of four Honda dealers I had dealt with for the past week. I highly recommend this dealership. If you are looking for a really good sales consultant, I would personally ask for Cong.

Good dealership going through a remodeling. Bought 2 cars from them since 2011. Good service managers that will usually add a service discount to your needed repair. Thinking of trading in my 2011 Legacy for a newer Subaru. Do your homework on what you want, they are willing to deal.

Brought my car in for service, the check engine light was on. They said they fixed what was causing the light to go on. 30 min later the light was back on. The gear shift button was sticking, they said they fixed that, it was worse after I picked it up... Back to the dealer I go. Not happy!

It genuinely feels like this enclave of three distinct (Chevy, Subaru & Honda) dealerships AND Repair facilities us managed by a group of people WAY Understaffed. Sharing management between dealerships seems to be failing at these adjacent Sierra businesses. Communications between employees, and breaking through their automated Telephone WALL is certainly frustrating.Dont bother to ask for the service manager to call you for assistance - - it never happened on my request. Is this really a couple of businesses (?) Or just a casual Hobby for the Ownership and GM?

Wish they brought Mazda back!! Bought my Mazda there almost 3 years ago and just 9 months after purchase they got rid of Mazda!! :( I can still have some work done there with my Mazda, but now I have to go to Browning or some other Mazda dealer...booo :( They have good, friendly people working for Sierra and a nice abundance of inventory, and if you cant find it there, they will find it for you.

I bought a used Mazda Miata but not from Sierra (they did not have any in inventory while I was looking that matched my requirements). I wanted to buy from them from prior good experience and also since they are a business that gives back to the community (funding computers for schools, library book funds, etc).However I am writing this review about their excellent service department. I brought my 7 year old hardtop Miata in with an intermittent power roof problem. As anyone who troubleshoots (cars, IT, whatever) knows - intermittent problems are a nightmare to diagnose since you dont know when they will re-occur. James was my service coordinator and he and a mechanic tried for days to get the problem to show. Each day he providing me updates and offered to return the car or keep it at my choice, but I chose for them to continue to attempt to recreate the problem. On the 3rd day after many dozens of attempts the top finally stuck and they were able to determine it was an intermittent failure of a module that however was back-ordered by Mazda with no estimated date of re-stock currently. Since the failures were so infrequent they suggested I take the car back, and if the frequency increases I can bring it back and they will know what to order and do to repair it and they will also track when the module is back in stock. In addition to tenacity and finding the issue, frequent updates, super polite service - James even picked me up at my house after work to take me to my car after hours when their normal driver was gone. Icing on the cake was that they did not even charge me a diagnostic fee. I am so happy to know there is a great Mazda dealership nearby to support me and my Miata. Shady service department. Adding services you didnt ask for. Catching people offguard when a different person sets up the appointment and a different person drops off car. They add services saying the person setting up the appt added it. And when the other person picks up the car they claim the person dropping off the car wanted the service. Only after checking each others story and confronting the rep do they refund the money. But he gets defensive saying he went over the services and the person dropping off the car signed for it. When you are dropping off your car for multiple issues, beware of them slipping extra services you didnt ask for.

I like Sierra Honda very much. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them. One was 2007 Honda EXL Accord Coupe and a 2017 Honda EXL CRV.I still have my 2007 Accord. I like my CRV because of the latest safety features.I also like my service writer Kevin Eng. When I make my appointments for service or have issues with my vehicle, Kevin is always friendly, courteous and a helpful Honda person who explains things thoroughly to me.Thank you Kevin Eng for your help. I truly appreciate your friendship too. I always feel like I am treated like a family member.I would recommend this place.

I was just at Sierra Subaru to get a new windshield wiper and needed to kill some time because parts was closed for lunch. Having already spoken with a Subaru salesman regarding purchasing a new Outback, I decided to go over to Honda and check out the CRVs. I spotted one I liked and was trying to look through the windows while 3 salesmen were chatting together nearby. None came over to me. Next time I looked they had walked away so I wandered around for about 5 minutes and then headed back to Subaru to pick up my car. On the way I now see 4 salesmen hanging out chatting amongst themselves so I walked over and asked about a CRV brochure. One young man told me that Id have to check it out online and then turned back to his co-workers to continue their conversation. I guess Honda doesnt need to sell cars and these salesmen dont need the money. Maybe its because Im a woman, or perhaps because Im a senior but I have bought 3 out of my 4 last cars from Sierra. Perhaps Ive bought the last one.

Once again its a car dealership they promised all these great deals and savings but theyre just going to wear you down keep it there for hours until you take the deal they give you if you need a car just see if you can find something online because most of these guys are not knowledgeable enough they just point at the paper that stuck to the window and say wow look at that and read it to you at this point theyre not knowledgeable in cars
