Claudia was awesome. She kept an open communication with us every step of the way with pictures and all. We felt very comfortable with her and especially our cat Benz felt very comfortable with her. We would definitely recommend her and return back to her with our Benz.

Amazing experience! Claudia’s grooming of my Himalayan, Cirilla, was done professionally with love and care.I especially enjoy the fact that she does a one on one grooming experience (as my cat is often overstimulated at other groomers due to the number of other pets). She was able to fit me into her schedule 2 hours early and was very communicative leading up to the day.Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for our grooming needs!

I have to say I am truly amazed with the results. My husky Phi was long overdue for a spawday and Claudia exceeded our expectations! She went above and beyond and treated my dog like a VIP. Overall experience from setting an appointment to picking up my dog was smooth. If you are looking for a perfectionist for your fur baby then Claudia is your bet! Thank you for the new harness as well! Phi was a happy dog today!

Claudia was really patient with our puppy, as it was his first grooming. She cleared out her afternoon schedule to make sure she had enough time to groom him and allowing him to take breaks as needed. Claudia is very easy going and welcoming. Check her out!!

Claudia is a very caring groomer who went above and beyond when grooming my two female shih tzus. She sent pictures and communicated with me during the entire process. She also made sure to fill me in on important details about their health and behavior. She even checked up on them the next day! I highly recommend Claudias grooming services.

Claudia is AMAZING. I have 3 dogs that I’ve rescued and each one has different needs when it comes to attention and care. It was extremely difficult to find a groomer that would take them on and I’m so thankful for finding Claudia! She took such good care of them and they look fantastic. My oldest who’s 12 yrs old was shedding badly and she looks like a whole new dog. My other two, a pittie mix and a golden wiener mix look great. She did an amazing job with the lion cut for Luke. I was hesitant with leaving my pittie because I know how rambunctious and hyper he can be but Claudia reassured me he would be fine. And he was! She’s extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in what she does. I will for sure be a forever customer ❤️

Today was our 1st apt with Claudia, my almost 12yr old golden/German Shepard needed a spa day BAD!I’m so impressed with her work, she kept me updated during his grooming session, communication was always fantastic. She kept in mind that my dog is an elder, helped him into the tub & allowed him to lay down when he needed.She worked her magic on his overgrown nails, dirty ears, teeth & knots in his hair. Claudia was awesome! My wife and I took our two cats to her for their first professional grooming session and it went so well. The atmosphere was very relaxing and she even played relaxing music to help calm even more. I like how we were the only clients there so no other animals could intimidate or cause worry to our cats. Claudia was all about making sure the cats were not too stressed out and as comfortable as possible. Our cats hate the vaccum cleaner when we use it so we werent sure about getting them blow dried but they both accepted it really well and dont freak out at all. Claudia gives off good calming vibes and Im sure that helped the cats be more at ease. She is very proficient with her abilities and her overall professionalism was great. Would definitely recommend to other pet parents I know.

She praised him for the good things and he was so happy when I picked him up. Not to mention he looks so handsome! We have already planned to rebook with her! I took my Yorkie in for grooming services and Claudia did a fantastic job. It was our first time visiting Claudia and my dog immediately took a liking to her and I could tell she felt comfortable with her. My dog had matted a little bit because it had been awhile since her last haircut. Claudia got her all cleaned up and her coat was really silky and shiny. Claudia did a beautiful job! I took my dog to get her first grooming from Claudia today. After being in this lock down for almost 4 months and after 2 attempts to groom my dog myself lets just say that she was more than a little uneven. Claudia was so gentle with her and my dog looks amazing she was actually smiling when we put her in the car. She did an excellent job and my dog loved her. Her rates are fair. Brought my puppy Hope for her 1st grooming. I called Claudia and she was able to fit her in the same day Christmas eve day as other places was closed! Went to her home and she was very nice and welcoming, explained how she grooms the pets. I like that she gets personal individual attention to her clients pets. I felt very comfortable leaving her to get groomed. I picked her up and she looked beautiful and I can tell she was happy and comfortable. I reached out to Sienna’s grooming services after finding her on Yelp with amazing 5 star reviews I could not ask her to help me as a first time puppy mom. She was extremely helpful and had several packages for puppies, she was so kind and sent me progress photos from my pups first bath and grooming experience and my dog just loved being with her tail wagging and full of joy he looked so happy and I’m glad he enjoyed the experience as much as I did. She had great tips and information to give since this is my first dog and I truly appreciated everything she had to say and the information she gave. She also gave us a little toothbrush we can’t wait to use on him and let us know she is a pet specialist and could help us on creating a diet for the full benefit of my pup. 10/10 hand down would recommend. I took all 3 of my fur babies to Siennas grooming. My 2 big dogs were so nervous and Claudia did amazing with them. Ive been taking my little dog, Kira, to Claudia for a couple years now and Im so glad I found her! I was taking Kira to a larger grooming facility in La Mesa ans every time I took her in she was absolutely TERRIFIED of that place and actively tried to run away when I was bringing her inside. It made me wonder what was going on that made her so scared so thats when I found Claudia. Not only does Claudia have amazing grooming skills but she listened to my concerns when I first spoke with her telling g her about my previous experience and how Kira was also afraid of big dogs. So Claudia took the time to let Kira get use to her and put her own doggies outside so Kira didnt have to interact with them. Its night and day experience. She sends me text updates with pictures of Kira and lets me know how shes doing. She truly CARES about your precious pets and Kira is never scared when she sees shes going to be groomed (only a little peeved haha) but is happy as pie after. Thank you Claudia!!!

I loved Luna’s groom. Having a standard poodle it’s difficult to find someone who can work on her coat and leave her looking fabulous. We brought our oldest in to be groomed, Summertime. Shes a very happy go lucky dog who loves everyone, including Claudia. Our jack russell Summertime has a coat that grows out half long half short so it looks very worry when long. When we got Summertime back she looked absolutely beautiful. I brought Claudia my brother’s 2 Shi-tzu puppies because their hair had gotten out of control. She immediately responded to my call and I was able to get an appointment that worked for both of us. I brought my husky, Penny Lane, to Claudia when I went away to Italy for 12 days! This was the longest I had ever left my baby so I was very anxious, but Claudia sent me pictures and videos almost every day of her having fun at the beach or on pack walks. Sienna’s Grooming is a Godsend! We have a 13-year-old Shih Tzu who is very nervous to go to the groomers. We had a bad experience last month at another groomers and we think that he was dropped. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience like all of the other reviews, which is why I came to Sienna. The grooming itself was fairly quick, I dropped my puppy off and she was ready in about an hour. It was dark so I did not really see my pup. the reason for the bad review is because the next day I noticed my puppy had about 4 mats. If I am paying for a grooming, I would expect my pup to be dematted. When I asked sienna about why she hadn’t been dematted, she stated she did not see them. She offered for me to go back and she would take off the mats, but the point is it should have been taken care of at her grooming session.she then said I could do it myself by cutting off the mats. I responded I didn’t have the correct tools for this and expected her mats to be taken off if I’m dropping her off to be groomed. Apart from that, her nails were left very sharp! It seems as if I just paid for her to be showered. Not even brushed out properly because my whole car was full of dog hair, my pup never sheds and this has not happened after other groomings! I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I truly feel like I got ripped off, and paid over 60$ just to have my pup bathed and still have mats on her, nails too sharp, and I don’t believe she did a sanitary trim after checking my pup the next day. Sienna offered a 10$ discount on my next visit, but I was overall unimpressed with the grooming and response about the mats left all over my pup.

Claudia did a great job in all of my three dogs...she really loves what she does ... I found her online noticed she had multiple things she offers for your pet needs...she easy to talk to and lives really close to me .. that is a big plus for me... my girls come out smelling great and happy!!🐕🐕🐕 ... defiantly would take them back again .!!

I took my dog Paloma to her first grooming service, Paloma is very shy, but Claudia did a great job taking care of my dog, Paloma was so happy and is enjoying her haircut, and Im happy to see her being so excited,she was a street dog and she has suffered so much in the past, she looks beautiful now, I will stay in touch with Claudia, and I recommend her services, Thank you so much😊😊
