Everything was going smoothly. My wife and I were approved and put $500 down for a car and waited a few days for its return from the body shop. As far as we were concerned, GREG was happy to sell the car.We return to inspect the car and finish the paperwork. Greg was now aggressively insisting that my wife purchase the maintenance warranty for $2,000. Repeatedly stating that the car will break down tomorrow!At this point my wife is now questioning if the car is safe to drive, which infuriated Greg. We head indoors when Greg tells us that he is now unsure about selling my wife the car saying how impossible and difficult she is. He confusingly talks about taking us to court and garnishing our wages - (Not something you want to hear before you buy a car and major red flag for us)Greg turns his attention to myself and says he would only sell the car to me and not my wife. The penalty for backing out was $100, even though HE refused to sell my wife the car. Greg now has my $600 in his pocket.Greg, this is for you. This is not how you do business, my friend. Everything wouldve gone great if you would have listened to your customer. I am disappointed that someone referred me to your dealership. If at least one person reads this review and finds another location to purchase a car, my mission would be fulfilled.If you want me to delete this review give me a call and well talk. You have my number. Dont bother writing back, I wont be waiting for your reply. I consider this matter done.

He is a good and popular dealer in that area, you will get a plenty of options once you visit there and which are good conditions and droven less miles. The condition of all the cars are good here. And you will be getting the cars for a even good price on top of that he is nice person that he will help us fix the cars if something goes wrong too. I totally love the place cars and his service.

Stay Away from this place. Most Cars are Damaged or been involved in accidents. They want you to pay for their damaged cars for example Cracked Windshields. They dont offer warranty and want to sell you an extended one for an extra cost.

I did a lot of looking and found Sidney Auto Sales through a friends recommendation and Im so glad I did! They were extremely welcoming and friendly and let me know my credit issues werent a problem. Not only did they have a huge selection of cars for me to choose from but they were kept in such great condition non of them looked pre owned! I am writing this review because Greg and his staff have been totally professional and friendly to me. Greg gave me a chance when no other dealerships would due to a repossession of a vehicle that is on my credit. I didnt know what I was going to do until I came to Sydney Auto sales. I really liked how he took the time out to listen to my needs and Greg matched what I wanted. He took the time out to answer all of my questions. Greg did not rush me on making my choice or decision. I got to test drive several cars before I made my final decision. Anytime I need something fixed, done or repair to the car I never have to worry because Greg always fixes it without any hesitation he always calls to see how everything is running and going with the car. I came here looking for a used car and Greg was of great help in helping me finance the car that I wanted. I was pretty unsure about getting a used car, but Greg assured me that through their extended warranty everything would be covered from engine to transmission for up to two years.Im really happy with my car and have had zero complaints. Price was perfect, car was practically looking new, warranty is amazing, and the people there are great.Theres no reason not to give this place a shot if youre in the market for a used car. This place was a life saver for me! 🤷‍♀️Id probably still be without a car if I hadnt taken the chance to stop by. 🤦‍♀️I had the money for a down payment and to make the payments. However, I did not have the credit numbers that other dealers wanted😡. Which is all they care about and its extremely frustrating. Greg was very welcoming and extremely assuring from the moment I walked onto the lot. He and his wife are extremely friendly . In the past three years, I have bought two cars from Greg. I have never received anything but courteous service, any time Ive been in there, whether it was when I was making my purchase, or making a payment.My first car purchase was for my son, Cameron. Greg helped us pick out the car that fit him best, as hes 65 tall, and some vehicles are just too small for him. Greg was super patient as we went from vehicle to vehicle ( my son is beyond picky. Buying him a car was a breeze, compared to buying him shoes!), until we found the one that not only fit my son, but was sporty enough to satisfy a young man. For those wondering, it was a Pontiac G6. Wonderfully safe, and fun to drive, so this Mom was happy. When Cam moved out of state, a few months ago, Greg had his mechanic go over the car with a fine tooth comb, so that he could feel safe knowing that the car was ready for a 2,000 mile drive, and more.My last purchase was for me. I didnt want my Mom car anymore. So, I went to Greg, and he helped me pick out a beautiful Ford Mustang. I got a warranty with it, as well, so I dont have to worry about anything for the next two years. I feel good about that.I do have to say that Greg told me, when I purchased the cars, that he doesnt report to the credit bureaus until after the car loans are paid, and, once my sons loan was paid off, it was reported promptly. I havent paid mine off, yet, but Im sure it will be handled in the same way. I have recommended Sidney Auto Sales to my friends, and family, and will continue to do so in the future. I honestly cant imagine buying a car anywhere else, to be honest. Greg has been nothing but professional, courteous, and beyond helpful.

I had been to multiple dealers before being referred to Sidney Auto and was denied at at all of them due to my credit not being perfect, or the dealership wanted way too much down with interest rates I could never afford. I was hoping to find something reasonably priced but was still practical and reliable. Greg, the manager, was very helpful with the entire experience and made the process easier. I was able to test drive any car I was interested in without any hassle. I had a great experience at Sidney Auto Sales. I didnt have a lot of money for a down payment and was nervous because this was my first time at a used car lot. The sales manager Greg was awesome. He didnt make me feel pressured when talking about payment plans. In point of fact, he was willing to negotiate. The whole team was no nice. I got a great deal and super low payments. I have not great credit and they still financed me no problem. I will honestly go back to Greg and his staff. I brought the car in one time to have a small part fixed and they fixed the car without charging me for the parts or labor. Who does that? Aside from all the car mumbo jumbo, they treat you like friends. He always asks how my job is going and how my mom is doing. I just would like to say Thank You to Greg and the team.

I highly recommend buying a car from here. I am a single mom and was sceptical about dealerships giving me a good price. As I walked onto the lot Greg was friendly and accommodating. He didnt even mind my hyper three year old!! He answered all my questions and took me for a test drive. This was the first dealership I was planning on visiting and it turned out to be the only one. I purchased a 1998 Toyota 4Runner that day!! He gave me a great deal, took his time with me, and was never pushy. I felt very comfortable here, my car hasnt had any problems with it and runs great. My experience with Sidney Auto Sales, First I went across the street to Affordable Auto . Lets just say I will never go there again. So I walked across the street to Sidneys on Lakewood blvd..I needed a car right away, My credit isnt the greatest, I met Greg, told him I needed a dependable car. After looking around I decided to go with a 2002 Toyota Rav4. This car was very clean well taken care of. He put new tires, battery service the car. I drove it for about a week it was a, all wheel drive. I hadnt driven a stick in along time. Well I didnt like it, and Greg said he thought I should look around the lot for a automatic, he came up with a 2006 Red (my favorite color) PT Cruiser, He again service the car put all new brakes, tires, and also gave me a 2 year warranty. Now tell me, who gives you a 2 year warranty on a 2006 car? I love my car it drives great and did I say it was a $1,000 cheaper. Thank you very much to Greg. If I were able to put multiple rows of 5 stars for Sidney Auto Sales I would have no problem. My husband and I were purchasing a car from another dealership and quickly changed our minds because we felt the lack of customer service by the way we were spoken too.... And denied the car we wanted because the employee was driving it and giving us wrong information of what documents to bring. I found Sidney Auto Sales in the internet and my husband and I spoke to Greg. He welcomed us to his car lot and took his time in explaining the history of the cars we were interested. When we went to sign the contract we met his wife who gave us exceptional hospitality.
