Always wanted a Sideshow statue, and when they announced Gotham by Gaslight Batman, I had to do it! And wasn’t disappointed. The statue is Amazing!! It’s THE coolest thing I own, I love it! Price was really good for this, they had a payment plan which really encouraged me to make the purchase. Shipping was fast, and packaged super secure. Great experience all around!

Best Site!! I purchase highly sought after Integrity Toy dolls from this site. They are usually very hard to get through other dealers, but I’ve been able to purchase through this site each time I tried. They accept very low down payments on pre orders and accept payment plans (mine have been 2-3months) and there is no hassle if I need to change a payment date (I have been able to change a payment date a month out) and able to do it right on their site under my orders. Very Fast Shipping!! Highly Recommended!

This is my first collectible toy and I must say that it looks very impressive. It was very efficient from Sideshow from the point of order to shipping and I received the goods by 3 days earlier than planned. The appearance of Optimus Prime with the weathering effect took me by surprise and the longer I look at it, the more that Im beginning to appreciate the details that goes to this piece of art. Very excited and happy to try this one out.

These are not your typical action figures. For these are carefully sculpted and dresses to resemble to likeness of the person or item it’s trying to portray. It’s quality you can see, touch, and smell. You really get what you pay for and will not be disappointed.

Excellent hot toys figure. I ordered batman forever sonar suit and recieved in just a few days in switzerland. I had a little issue on the delivery but the costumer service was quick to solve my issue. I have 2 more figures to come, I can’t wait!

First of all, these statues by Unruly Industries are incredible. I fell in love with them the moment I saw them. It was a great idea for Unruly to partner with Sideshow to manage distribution. The product was shipped quickly and arrived on schedule. They were packaged extremely well. There wasnt a dent or scratch on the boxes, which are as much works of art as the statue themselves. I will use them to display the figures. Great job Sideshow!

Great, site. Having said that I ordered the shirt more than 2 1/2 years ago. They did keep me updated on the ridiculous delays.I received a email every 3 to 4 months saying that the shirt was not being shipped and they had no idea when it would be delivered.It’s a quality product. They didn’t offer me a discount for the delay. The only response I received is that we can refund the purchase price. I will not be buying anything else from the site. While the products are wonderful, my most recent transaction was a horrible transaction and response.

What can I say about sideshow. Amazing, simply amazing. From start to finish on my purchase I was kept up to date, and there online chat was very helpful. I purchased the man with no name 24 inch premium collector’s figure and I couldn’t be happier. The quality is outstanding and level of detail is truly amazing, and that’s coming from someone that prints and paints his own models. It’s hard to express how good it is, if I remember I think is was literally speechless when I put him together.Yes, they are expensive and it did cost me another £167 in import duty due to being in the UK, but I wasn’t bothered, it was worth every penny and it will never loose value, if anything will only increase.All in all, if you want quality in a collectors piece then Sideshow is the place to shop. Got the Boba Fett and Han Solo in Carbonite as a wedding gift for my son. UPS got a little rough with the box and one of the guns was broken. Sideshow had a replacement there in two days. Outstanding Customer Service!!! The Boba Fett and Han Solo is unbelievable. Pictures do not do it justice!

The detail, the quality, the vast selection to choose from is mind boggling. I actually have a very limited edition iron man lithograph being delivered today which ill upload a pic when it does. SO EXCITED!(02/2024) - Today i just received my Marvel Anatomy book. Holy hell it was so much better than i had anticipated. The size and weight were incredible, the content is amazing, and it looks awesome amongst my collection. Sideshow is the best store ive ever found for all my marvel collectibles. This was my first purchase from Sideshow and Hot Toys. The figure and accessories are really nice, but the light up features are a pain. The connections are small, tedious, and fragile. The one on the belt broke but Sideshow replaced the belt/ boxes. This figure cost nearly $400.00, which is overpriced in my opinion. I probably would not buy another but invest that money into a statue instead. Going to use the display stand and base and try to get him in an acrylic display case, if the connectors will stay attached long enough. Not a bad figure, just not worth the price.

Hello All,Received my Legend Studio Master Revolving House Display soon after placing my order and was pleased with the packing and ease of assembly (no tools required).The revolving base and lighting work well although I noticed something rattling in the lighting unit after assembly.However the unit is sturdy and nicely showcases my Tchalla Black Panther. Overall I am quite pleased with this purchase (provided the lighting remains functional), and I am now thinking of upgrading my Tchaka display.Great product!

Terrible customer services! I ordered a batmobile a year ago from the UK and the final payment came out from another company name through PayPal with I didnt realise was them so I disputed it.Long story short, when I realised it was them I offered to make the payment again, within the same day and they said the order has been canceled and I have to wait for a 60 day process to re-instate my account! Absolutely ridiculous!Now Ive lost my deposit and the car I waited for a year!Stay clear of them.UPDATE FOR ANYONE WHO CARES TO READ ON - So youve decided to comment on the review I left rather than the email Ive written to try and resolve the issue. Great to know where your priorities lie.You failed to mention that the Temporary hold is for 60 days, and my order was instantly canceled instead of giving me a bit of time to try and resolve the issue e.g, sorry the payment failed, could you please make alternate arrangements or your order will be canceled in 24/48 hours. Instead you guys instantly canceled the order Id been waiting for for over a year. I had a great experience with sideshow, getting a figurine on pre-order. They have a layaway payment system as well. Never in my life would I be able to justify spending $200+tax and shipping on a figure, but they made it possible with it split into payments. Other than the $20 deposit, I could have quit and canceled at any time for a refund. I got the Vash Trigun Stampede fig, and it is beautiful. Not only that, they have great, thick, shipping boxes with their own unique printing on them, and it made a great toy for my cat. 😸

Slideshow never disappoints!! I pre-ordered a LE deluxe edition Ghostface display/statue and was a bit worried about shipping as it seems that carriers have become careless with peoples packages. Needless to say, the items themselves were nice and secured, the styrofoam box was velcro strapped together, which was then placed in the display box and then bagged and surrounded by more styrofoam and placed in the shipping box. Everything arrived beautifully and Im so so happy with my purchase and experience!!! My only complaint is the realness of the knife. Ive been a knife enthusiast and ghostface fan for basically my entire life and the supposed Buck 120 is sooooo long. It looks odd in my opinion, so Im a bit disappointed that his staple wasnt realistically crafted, but Im not entirely sure who makes the call on that, so 🤷‍♀️

In todays market which is over saturated with many companies what sideshow does to stand out is use their team to inform each customer, and make their footprint felt through unboxing videos as well as up and coming products. The really great thing is that the quality of these products once they reach you matches or is better than that of which I watched. I also love their REWARD POINT system they have in place. I have purchased a number of sixth-scale replica from Sideshow without issue. I also usually buy my collector coins direct from New Zealand Mint. On this occasion the coin was sold out via NZ Mint,,but I was able to purchase from Sideshow. The box arrived in perfect condition(large and plenty of space to accommodate the coin box). When I opened the box I found they had placed the coin box at the top of the protective paper directly under the flap instead of in the middle. This resulted in a score mark across the coin box from the knife I used to break the seal. The comms were great -however there was no option to replace so they agreed to refund me the money. Really disappointed as was looking forward to adding to my coin collection.

Not happy about the fact that they ship the $270 figure in the box saying sideshow on the outside. So if anyone knows what that is they can steal it easily as it is being shipped or left at my door. Not to mention that this was a Christmas present so if my fiance would have seen the box his ONE present I got him would have been spoiled. Its just a horrible business practice...I think they make you pay extra to double box but it was not explained when that was an option that it would be shipped advertising what was in the box or I would have paid the extra amount. I would give a zero if I could. We purchased the $1000 Sauron helmet as a gift, and it arrived with two prongs that had clearly broken off and been re-glued. Not re-glued, patched up, and repainted to mask the damage - just re-glued with big cracks. We were not informed we were purchasing damaged product at full price. Imagine our surprise to receive this product. Not only is that super shady to begin with, but purchasing a damaged collectible means it’s value is already in the toilet.After reaching out to support about the issue, we were told that the item could not be replaced even if we sent it back for a refund, but that we could be offered a $90 store credit voucher if we kept the item. Let’s be clear:A) $90 doesn’t cover the loss of value on this damaged $1000 collectible. It doesn’t even cover the tax we paid on it.B) $90 doesn’t even buy a small ticket item from Sideshow - so we’re essentially being asked to spend hundreds of dollars more on a company that already screwed us, otherwise we might as well light that $90 on fire because it’s worthless to us.So yeah, huge buyer beware. You may be purchasing damaged product at full price with no visibility or accountability. If you’re in a position where $1000 is no big loss to you, great. But if this is a big purchase for you for a big occasion, maybe consider looking into one of the competitors who offers similar products and hopefully better accountability. Good luck to you.

Order came in pretty quickly, the box was a little beat up so was worried the figure may have damage. Opened it an it was in perfect condition. My only real problem with the order was I ordered this for my bf for Christmas an we live together. Well the box comes in and has exactly whats inside it plastered all over the outside of the box. It would be great if there was a gift option when ordering so its not visible on the box when delivered. I didn’t realize it until a bit later. Didn’t get a call or any kind of follow up to attempt to remedy the issue. Sideshow is pretty much the only major retailer in North America for hot toys. I’ve been using them for the past two years. They have payment plans for just about every thing they sell. Which makes it great for me. I’ve spent way too much money with this company. I’ve felt with their customer service on the phone and it has been great. My only grip I can say is they charge for double boxing items which is important to do because shipping companies can do some damage on the boxes. I’ve been buying from sideshow since 2012, and have ordered around 60 items from them. I’ve spent thousands on this company. My Hot Toys 1/6 scale amazing Spider-Man came in the other day, and right out of the package had a noticeable tear on the chin. After contacting sideshow support, I was told they had “exhausted” their stock of the figure, and my options were to return a figure that I pre-ordered day one and waited over a year to get for a full refund, or a $30 credit on my account, neither of which helps me gain a new head sculpt that is undamaged. It is worth noting that this figure is sold out, cost much more on the secondary market, and that $30 hardly covers shipping. Extremely disappointed with how this was handled, do better by your loyal customers.

Ive had very amazing customer service experiences with them. One instance was to correct an address issue and it was solved immediately. Another was exchanging a collectable that had a defect. The whole process of shipping out and receiving the new one took roughly 10 days. I live in the east coast, so that time frame was more than fine for me. Items I ordered were delivered in a timely manner, and also arrived in perfect condition.

Ive been going to Sideshow for several years and Ive never had an issue with them directly. Any problems that have arose have been rare and they have been able to resolve them promptly. Because I live in SoCal I will often get whatever I order the exact next day if I order something early enough, and everything has arrived unharmed and without issue. Will continue to be a regular patron as long as I keep collecting!

Bought on item off preorder and two days later it after I paid for it it went to “in stock” with codes and discounts able to be applied. After speaking with representatives they offered no recourse to let me retroactively apply a coupon code after two days. With lots selling out in preorder saving 30 dollars is a big deal to some people. Would be nice if they would at least consider it instead of a blanket no statement. Just felt like once they have their money it’s no longer their issue. Just bummed is all
