If I could give negative stars, I would! I called on Friday to get a quote and appointment to have some documents shred. The company I was referred to, Common.... NEVER called me. I had to called them on Monday, they were NOT customer friendly and their price higher than another company I found. PLEASE take my email address off your list. I WONT EVER TRY USING SHRED NATION EVER!!!!
