Complete waste of my time. The first time, did not receive a call back from the company that Shred Nation said that I had been matched with, so I decided to try again because anyone can screw up once. Unfortunately, the second chance was even worse. I was given an appointment date and time window of three hours and no one showed up, nor did they call to reschedule or apologize.
