Excellent service, including phone scheduling, flexibility in dates, mobile service and efficiency of the driver /shredder, and it was such a relief to have 30 years of documents shredded in about 10 minutes.

Sent 2 requests, both times got an immediate call telling me the firm we picked would contact me. They never did. After second form they gave me the name of the firm and told me to call. Person answers and when i tell them I was suppossed to get a call, transfers me to voicemail. Done with them.

From the rep I spoke with to the young man who confirmed & came to do the shredding, this was a wonderful experience. I will highly recommend Paper Cuts & Shred Nation to everyone!
