This Shred service is great. Came right to my house and had the job done in about 15 minutes! Friendly, too! My only complaint and it’s a small one is that they arrived about 2 hours early. But that is better than 2 hours late, right?! Will definitely use again!

Lighting-Fast response time. They seem to be a broker, but the two companies that Kyle recommended contacted me in under 10 minutes as well. This is a well-oiled machine, and Kyle was both personable and knowledgable.

Briscia was prompt in answering our call and she quickly followed-through as she promised. The local shred companies she connected us with responded within minutes, and the one we selected had same-day availability and the job was completed in less than 2 hours after my original call. Such an improvement from the two missed appointments we experienced with another provider.

Im pleased to have reached out to Shred Nations and utilized their Secure Shred service to remove all the papers needing shredding from our office. Devin and Jade from Secure Shred, along with Ashley from Shred Nations, were exceptionally helpful and accommodating in scheduling their service with me. The shredding company promptly arrived the following day. If I have more papers to shred in the future, I will definitely use this service again.

The rep was friendly but she disconnected me instead of putting throughto location as sge saud she would. When I went to the shred nations location, it was a UPS store. I drive 13 miles to end up at a UPS store that had never heard of this company.

I contacted Shred Nations three times, twice by phone and once by eamil, and NEVER have I gotten a straight answer about how to and how much. For drop off I was transferred to a dead phone (no answer and then disconnect) for a truck to come over the agent had to check someting and call me back.

They missed the first appointment, but did inform me they would not make it. Unfortunately that call was after I had been waiting for 90 minutes.They arrived 10 minutes before the window on the second visit would have expired.Once the truck got here the driver was very friendly and efficient and we got the job done in about 10 minutes
