We very pleased at the responsiveness of this service. Kayle was very nice, helped me load all my papers into the bin to be shredded at the truck and then took the time to show me and confirm that my sensitive documents were all completely shredded (without me asking!). I really appreciate the excellent level of customer service and professionalism I received. I would definitely use them again and intend on referring them when asked about my experience.
