I thought she was very helpful and patient. However not too happy with assigned shredder I was given who gave me a quote for $40 for shredding disc drives for 4 laptops but failed to put on their quote I would have to take the discs out myself or pay $25 for each laptop. It was Pacific Shredding in Sacramento.

I was very impressed with her customer service and ability to give me a quote immediately. She also sent an email with the quoted price for shredding my documents.

The address led me to a shopping center, didnt see a sign anywhere, called the phone number & got an answering machine. Ill stick to the guy Ive used in the past, at least he has a physical address.
