I needed a shredding company and Shred Nation stepped up to the job. They had a truck in Turlock in less then 3 hours to pick up the 58 boxes i had. they whole experience was very good.

Customer service was good when I made the appointment. I was told that the driver was going to call me first, 2 hours and second, 30 minutes prior to arrival. This did not happen. The day of the appointment I called at 11 am for an update. After the representative tried contacting the driver unsuccessfully, I was told that he will call me 30 minutes before arrival, and that I should expect him no later than 4pm. The driver called me after I contacted Shred America, to say he would be at my home within 10 minutes. When he arrived to the location, he called me, but unfortunately he was at the wrong address and wrong city. By then he said, he couldn’t make it to my residence and would need to reschedule. Shred America did reschedule, but for a week and half later, causing me another inconvenience.I understand mistakes are made. In my situation, I live in a location Shred America could not serve and needed to go through a partner company. I would have preferred that I was told this when I made the appointment. I would have worked with that company directly.
