They did a phenomenal job and were so quick to make changes and pivot whenever things came up. They even went above and beyond to help us with some of the decor setup since we were pressed for time and could use the extra hands. We were also very impressed with all of the options we were given in regards to screen setup, sound enhancements, lighting options, etc. The world was our oyster with these items and everything turned out great. Show Gear handled our 800 person conference and did so with professionalism and high quality production value. They worked with a content manager from our site and did so effortlessly. We even had some last minute additions of songs and youtube videos to be added to the AV, but they handled it seamlessly. You would think that they had rehearsed the production. SGP has come in clutch twice for me over the past year. First time we used them, we had an incumbent vendor bail on a big event for a client of ours. I typically do not write reviews, but as many people know, COVID-19 has changed many things for us. As a person who attends over a dozen conferences a year you can imagine how my work has been impacted. With being said, many of my events were switched to a virtual venue. A few month ago I attended a conference handled by Show Gear Productions, and it completely changed my view on digital events. It was one of the smoothest running conferences I have attended, and when I lost my login information, their technical support team was great. Overall it was a pleasant experience, and would recommend them for any virtual or live events!
