From the get go, Shirley have been very helpful to us. Being out of the area, she helps us in every way understand the market and of living in Lake Tahoe. She always provides insights and suggestions and always ready to provide feedback to our many questions and concerns. We are very pleased from the service we received. From finding potential properties to helping me negotiate an ideal contract, she was always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. Not only we found a topnotch agent but we also developed a good friendship. We would be gladly work with her again.

Shirley was on top of the marketing and paid attention to the detail. The decision to sell our property was difficult, but Shirley navigated the decision process and kept us on track. She maintained rapport with all parties by being nice - not so common in todays world. Being knowledgeable about how transactions progress in an orderly manner was also helpful. Shirley Russell is an excellent realtor whos number one goal is to help you find the perfect home. I wanted to buy a home in South Lake Tahoe but lived in Southern California and my work made it hard to travel to Tahoe to view homes. Shirley understood my needs/wants and worked hard to find the houses in my price range. I was able to view the houses virtually and within a few months I found and purchased the perfect home. Even after she closed escrow, Shirley has stayed in touch to make sure my transition into my South Lake Tahoe home has gone smoothly. I had a wonderful experience working with Shirley! Shirley contacted me through the real estate company I was using to sell my house in the Central Valley. The market in Tahoe for my budget is very fast, and I was having doubts about the move and feeling a little discouraged. But Shirley reassured me that we would find something in my price range and i would love it. AND WE DID! She helped me get a house off the pioneer trail that I absolutely love. The closing processs was so stressful, but Shirley was always available to answer my questions promptly and help me to understand each step. Two years ago we met Shirley at an open house. My husband Steve and I were not in a position to purchase a home in the Tahoe area but were always interested.
